Our seven-day safari in Kenya (Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli) went perfectly: we paid only
I want to share my impressions of a seven-day safari in Kenya organized by this company. The route included Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli. The organization was clear: we paid only the agreed amount in advance, with no additional payments during the safari. We stayed in good hotels. I would especially like to mention our driver-guide, Papa Jon — he worked conscientiously: he actively searched for animals, chose good spots for viewing and photography, shared information about the animals, the places and the daily life of the local people, and answered our questions. During the safari we managed to see and photograph elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, hyenas, lions, leopards, cheetahs, a rhino, hippos, crocodiles, jackals, monkeys, baboons and many birds. We also watched sunsets and sunrises and admired the scenery from high viewing points. The impression of African nature is excellent. The company worked at 100%, and I am happy with my choice.

A bang-for-the-buck safari
We traveled with Jocky Tours on a classic route: Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, and Amboseli. I spent a long time choosing the right company and must have sent around 15 inquiries to different agencies.Here is why I chose Jocky Tours. First of all, they gave me a transparent, upfront price right away. All the other companies initially quoted prices about twice as high, only to drop them to Jocky's level during the back-and-forth emails. Second, their communication was super fast, the price was incredibly fair, and they had tons of positive reviews.Our driver was PAPA JOHNS. Before the trip, I read many reviews saying that safari drivers are just drivers who simply chauffeur you around the parks. But our driver was a true guide. He shared detailed, fascinating facts about every single animal we encountered. Most importantly — I don't know how he did it — but we always had the absolute best viewing spots, even when the areas were crowded with other vehicles. On top of that, we were often the first to spot the animals, which allowed us to take incredible photos.He also helped us skip all the typical tourist traps, like the Maasai villages, Crescent Island, etc. Our guide filled us in on everything and saved us from wasting money on useless activities.Naturally, we saw the Big Five, the Little Five, and everything in between. In just a couple of days on safari, I saw more animals than I had in my entire life! We traveled during the peak migration season, so the wildlife was everywhere. Herbivores were grazing, predators were hunting, and because the grass was short, the visibility was perfect.Keep in mind: 90% of your safari's success depends on your guide, and 10% depends on the weather. You can't control the weather, but choosing the right company and guide is entirely up to you. Highly recommended!

Asenboli is the best!
Jocky Tours was recommended to me by a Japanese friend, and as a Japanese traveler, I would also highly recommend Jocky Tours\. In particular, my wife was very happy that our accommodation was arranged at a hotel rather than in a tent\. That alone made the experience worthwhile for us\. On the way there, we traveled along very bumpy roads and arrived at the hotel at around 2:00 p\.m\. At about 4:00 p\.m\., we went on a short safari drive\.
The safari from early the next morning was absolutely amazing\. The animals were very active and full of life in the morning, and we were able to witness many incredible scenes, including lions hunting\. Of course, we also saw the Big Five\.
It was truly a wonderful safari experience\. The magnificent scenery of the African savanna will remain one of the most unforgettable memories of my life\
Unfortunately, one disappointing point was that guests who joined the balloon safari seemed to be given priority\. On the third day, there was no sightseeing or safari activity, and we were taken to the hotel at around 3:30 p\.m\.
According to the original schedule, we had expected to continue the safari until the evening and arrive at the hotel later that night, so this change was quite disappointing\.
However, after I contacted Jocky Tours, they arranged a boat safari for us the following day as promised\. We were able to enjoy that experience, and overall, I was satisfied with how they responded\.

The guide 'Geeman' is an excellent driver as well as the guide. He shown us all big five animals very closely and we had a chance to enjoyed our safari trip.
Rooms and communications services are also well upto mark. It is simply wroth it to have a safari tour with Jockey.

Flawless and impeccable tour operating company
We had the most perfect and unforgettable Masai Mara trip with Jocky Tours. The experience was seamless and was far above the expectations. Our guide, Geeman was the most cooperative and knows-it-all person who took special care of our each and every need during the trip. It really felt that he put all his energy and heart to give us a memorable Masai Mara tour where we could experience the wildlife and nature at its finest.

Best Masai Mara Safari Experience with Geeman from Jocky Tours and Safaris
Our Masai Mara safari with Geeman from Jocky Tours & Safaris was an absolutely fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Kenya.
From the very beginning, Gman was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire safari experience feel smooth and enjoyable, from the journey to the Mara to the game drives inside the reserve.
What really stood out was his knowledge of the animals and the Mara ecosystem. He knew where to look, understood animal behaviour, and was constantly communicating with other drivers to locate wildlife. Because of this, we were fortunate enough to see an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, and many other species.
Gman also made sure that the safari never felt rushed. He gave us enough time to enjoy the sightings, take photographs, and simply appreciate being surrounded by the incredible landscape of the Masai Mara. His enthusiasm was infectious, and you could genuinely tell that he enjoys what he does.
Another thing we really appreciated was his attitude towards guests. He was always attentive to our questions and requests, and he went the extra mile to make sure that everyone in our group was comfortable and having a good time. For a group travelling together, this made a big difference.
The Masai Mara itself was breathtaking, but having the right guide made the experience even more memorable. Gman was not simply driving us around — he actively made the safari an experience.
I would especially recommend asking for Gman if you book through Jocky Tours & Safaris. If you’re visiting Kenya and planning a Masai Mara safari, having an experienced guide who knows the reserve well can make a huge difference, and we were very happy with our experience.
