Always reliable
5/5

Tanzania is always great and I was happy to reconnect with my old friend and host Amos this time going for the ultimate prize - Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route.
Amos and his team did not disappoint, he arranged for perfect guides: Epa and Joseph who took the best care of us.
Getting to the summit of Kilimanjaro was much harder than we expected and I believe the crew of guides and porters made all the difference between success and failure.
Nothing can replace the presence of an experienced guide at your side, whose duty is to keep you going, safe, nourished, healthy and also much more than just a friend.
I know that the level of involvement during the planning phase and actual is huge because nothing took us by chance.
Thank you Amos and the whole Migration Ventures team!

From the first contact with Amos till the end of the safari with our guide Lamek everything went well. Accommodations choices were excellent, and the tour we did kept all his promesses… beautiful landscapes and awesome game drive in a friendly atmosphere.

Great
5/5

The safari was great. The drive to serengeti is long but was worth it. But if you dont want to spent 10 hours per day in the car you should stay more than 2 nights. Serengeti was the best. I was surprised how many different animals you really see and how close they come. We had a great driver. The toilets at the stops in all parks are very clean.
The Tukaone lodge was very nice.

Great Safari Experience
5/5

We booked a five day/four night safari trip plus a one day trip in the kilimanjaro region.

Our safari covered the national parks Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Our guide Lameck seemed to know all the hidden spots to best observe wildlife in those parks and also knew loads of interesting facts and stories about each animal. Despite having a bit of bad luck with some flat tires, he never lost his smile and good mood and brought us back on track in no time. He also always had an open ear for our questions and was helpful with every small problem we had on our trip. Regarding the parks, we liked serengeti and ngorongoro the most as the density of wildlife just seems much higher than in the other two and there is always something to see. Nevertheless the other two parks are also beautiful and have their own specialties, but we'd recommend to visit them prior to serengeti and ngorongoro, when you're not used to see animals wherever you look yet.

On our last day, Lameck brought us to the village of materuni for a daytrip. There, a local guide picked us up for a short hike (40 min) to the region's highest waterfalls. After coming back to the village, we got invited to a local meal, before doing a coffee tour, during which we went through all the steps of making our own cup of coffee. The locals there really knew, how to make this an unforgettable experience, which was closed off with a visit to a local bar to try some banana beer and banana wine.

The organization of the trip was flawless and the selected lodges/camps exceeded our expectations in all regards. The comfort, meals and staff of each of them were just great. Also the airport pickup and drop-off went super-smooth.

All in all we can highly recommend doing a safari organized by Migration Venture. Also have a look at the daytrips they offer!

An amazing adventure
5/5

We were very happy with the tour, and especially our guide Shirima. He did everything to make our four days unforgettable. He knew where to go to see all the animals we wanted to see (yes we saw the big 5 and so much more!) and he told us a lot about all the different species we saw. We were very happy with the accommodations and all the food as well. Everything was just very good organised. We will recommend this company to all we know! Thank you for an adventure we will remember forever!

The best african safari experience
5/5

Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of going on safari with Migration Venture on October '21. We got the mid-range, 3 nights in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guide Tom was amazing. He is experienced so he knows all the tricks on how to get the best views of any animals we requested. He is very knowledgeable regarding all the details on animal behavior, the local traditions, and he also gave us pro tips for the rest of our trip. The luxury tent in the Serengeti was special; sleeping and hearing in the animals next to you was something I will forever remember. Dinner was exquisite. The "lunch boxes" could perhaps improve but it got the job done while out on game drives. We felt we got amazing value for our money. We absolutely recommend Migration Venture for safari.

P.S. yes, this was during covid times, go now and take advantage that there will not be as many other safari-goers so you will have the views for yourself ;) and special shout out to Tom for being awesome!

Best African Safari Tours
5/5

Being an animal lover, I like to visit wildlife sanctuaries. I have also gone on safari trips but with Migration Adventure Africa it was a journey that I wished would never end. Their tour guide, Ninah made my 4 days and 3 night’s safari tour into the best days of my life. I lived every moment as if there is no tomorrow. They made my stay comfortable and asked for my needs now and then. I would recommend every safari lover to go for a ride with Migration Adventure Africa.
