Terrible Agency
A car accident ( may happen ) caused by our tour driver has forced us to rescheduled our Safary trip missing the Tarangire Park day tour. We had asked for a refund for the experience not seen and the partial day lost due to the accident but the owner of the agency has met us into his office and said that he could just refund us only the Tarangire entry fee (50 $) despite we had paid for 4 days private tours costing us 2600 $ for 4 experience. For him, that refund of 50 $ was ok although we had spent 5 hours stuck in a police station (because of the accident) and the following hours driving to arrive to Serengeti National Park with a new driver who could barely speak English and also got lost in Serengeti Park. Flying over the high tone of our conversation, We also had requested to see all the invoices for the extra costs he said he had to pay to guarantee us the continuation of our Safary: He said He did not have any invoices .He focused the attention to the cost of petrol there has been and also the water the tour had provided to us.He also has been very stressful in expecting us to accept his offer interrupting us every time we tried to explain him that we had paid to see four attractions but in the end we just saw three. We didn’t accept

It was our pleasure to host you for your 4 days safari in Tanzania , it was unfortunately that you have an accident during your safari which which made a delay for 5 hrs for your safari , as the company we did our best and you went on with the safari , and due to the reason that you lost your time in day one we paid for extra where you spend more than 9 hrs extra hrs in Serengeti just to cover the hrs you have lost on day one , we changed the program and paid for extra to stay more time to stay in Serengeti and crossing Ngorongoro Highlnd and have more time to visiting Ngorongoro crater than the orginal program , all we paid and keeping the same number of days the same the accommodation and the only difference was to visiting Tarangire due to the changes which we ware suppose to pay back the park fees for Tarangire only which was $120 for 2 people as all the accommodation was the same , number of days was the same but unfortunately you come up with figures that was un realistic which was $250 per person and the company we did not accept as it was completely not ok regardless there was a problem.
Our very big apologies as we did not meet your expectations
Our apologies again

No interest , no lunch , awful operator
They didn’t come to pick up to the AirPort the first day.
The last day was awful , we are super dissappointed. The driver didn’t tell us to take the lunch , we have eaten at the end of safari (3.00pm) awful street food , we are worried to have some illness of that food. But the whole 3 days the general attitude of the driver has been awful, he didn’t explain nothing about animals and Park, tired , showing 0 interest in his Job and looking foward to go back home every day as sooner as possible . We are completely dissapointed with this driver. We really missed to have one guide. But I could tell more things , half of the Park of lake manyara is covered by water , so we could’t see most of the Park , knowing this the company should have offered to us another option.
So taken into account that the duration of safaris has been súper short every day , the attitude of the driver of looking foward to finish , we didn’t have any explanations, the lunch of today was forgotten and we ate hard uneateable chicken in the middle of the street, and we were forgotten to pick up us first day at the AirPort , we are extremely dissapointed with this company .
Starving in the middle of a safari paying 1760 dolars is inadmisible

Great experience excluding tour guide, Mr.Noely
Yes, I and my wife could see a lot of animals including all Big5 in this tour, it was great for us.
We got satisfied with it.
But our tour guide, Mr.Noely, his attitude to us was terrible, he ruined our experience.
We're really regret choosing this tour ant giving Mr.Noely tips.
The biggest reason why we're thinking so, is that he denied our religion.
In a convesation, we taught him that many people in our country believe in Buddhism.
He said to us,
" I HATE BUDDHA."
.....What ?? Why can he deny the religion others believe in ??
If you dislike other religion, you must not tell others that.
(We didn't say anything about his comment because we already understood his terrible humanity at that time, and of course we were afraid that he could abandon his responsibility to let us see animals tomorrow.)
The second reason is, he perfectly blamed his traffic violation on us.
He committed a traffic violation because we didn't fasten seatbelt on back seat of a car, and he had to pay the fine of it.
Then his attitude to us got terrible, drove dangerously with many tsk, and told us anything in a car.
Yes, it's true that we didin't fasten seatbelt, but that was because it's NOT illegal in our country, besides he NEVER told us "fasten your seatbelt."
Finaly, we decided that we gave him money ..... to save our lives and the rest of our tour.
There're so many other reasons why Mr.Noely 's humanity was terrible, but the margin is too narrow to contain it.
According to him, Mr.Noely have a 3 years-old daughter.
You must be an adult, because your child always see how parents behave, listen to what parents say.
