remarkable experience, well-organized
We did the 5-day, 4-night tour, 2 nights at Pretoriuskop camp in Kruger Park and 2 nights at Kapama Private Reserve. The overall experience was fantastic. The Kruger Park component was more basic and less intimate but only in comparison to Kapama after the fact. Arrangements in both places were well done, with no glitches. The tour operators at Kruger (Outlook Safaris) were friendly, knowledgeable and instructive on the game drives, and went out of their way to accommodate our various dietary needs for meals. Kapama is much more up-scale, a beautiful lodge (Kapama River Lodge) in a beautiful setting, and the staff were amazing. The experience was more intimate than at Kruger because the jeeps are open, and it was just our family with the driver and tracker. We saw 3 of the big 5 at Kruger, and all 5 in the first two drives at Kapama. Transportation to/from and between places was flawless, and the drivers were friendly and informative. Overall, well-worth the cost for a unique lifetime experience.

I would like to thank Casper from Safari.com for all his help in organising our safari with very short notice. He answered all our emails promptly and followed up on all our requests.
Casper managed to meet all of our expectations including meeting our budget.
Arthusa Safari Lodge in Sabi Sands was absolutely amazing along with all the staff. We saw all of the Big 5 time and time again. Would highly recommend this lodge and wished we could have stayed longer.
Kapama Buffalo Camp was also spectacular with very helpful staff. We did not get to see all of the Big 5 but the sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebra, lions were plentiful. The other plus is that it is across the road from the airport so a good place to stay a couple of nights before flying out.
All our transfers were through Sable Tours. The staff were amazing on both occasions, both were full of information and knowledge about the animals and the surrounding areas and were happy to stop for pictures.
I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Casper of Safari.com and we will be booking through Casper again.

Everything was really excellent organized, all flights, accomodations and land transports!
Also the selection of the accomodations were very good and met our excectations fully!
Again thanks a lot for your support and I can recommend safari.com by 100% and Gloria as well, especially
for german speaking travellers, as she speaks german perfect and fluently!
We will contact you in any case for our next SF trip!
it was very good in general, i did two trips with safari.com, one to kruger that was implacable and other to the garden route. both trips were absolutly different but both were perfect. even than you can expect diferent things for a trip, the trips exceed our expectations. in the garden route i travel as a local with rock the route wich was one of the best experiences i ever had. In kurger was simply awesome.

My bookings at Mpila camp was very efficiently handled by Mandy and all went very smoothly and had wonderful time as always but was really taken aback by lack of people in the park

Giada Claassen was effcient and very pleasant and helpful - a pleasure to work with.
We were very pleased with everything. The accommodations were well chosen and we were very satisfied. Our only criticism perhaps would be with accessing Oyster Bay Lodge. The road accessing their property is so rough and filled with big rocks which could be better cleared. We hit a pot hole and it ripped part of the wheel off. While all the roads are gravel in that area, their property's road leading to the main bldg for check in was by far the worst.

An unbeatable experience.
I think the experience with Safari.com has been amazing. We got different alternatives to choose from and we where deeply supported in the decision making. And best of all, even though we were ensured this was going to be great, the real experience exceeded the expectations big time.

Always attentive to everything I needed, Giada was the best person I could find to make my reservation and take away all the doubts we had during the process. She was very patient and willing to clarify everything, to solve everything, even when I sent wrong information, she was willing to solve everything. I really appreciate your attention.
At the Safari we found a very kind and attentive staff to everyone. I went with 3 other people who did not speak English, but that was no problem as everyone was struggling to meet them. Ishmael the cook, was especially attentive because he speaks a little Portuguese. Loved our experience at the camp.
The guide Albert is a very nice person, very funny and with a lot of knowledge about animals, plants and other things, we were very lucky to to experience wonderful moments with very competent people.
Thankyou very much.
