The review below is the personal opinion of Chirster Svensson and not that of SafariBookings.
rather average compared to other safaris we did in the greater Krüger area

The flights and accommodation were arranged according to our bookings. Unfortunately, we could not do the promised last morning game drive, but dit a rather disappointing Panorama tour ( short stop the waterfall, not the Potholes ...) on our way to the airport instead. The other game drives were rather 'a hunt for the Sabi leopard' whilst kind of sometimes missing the overall safari experience .

Amazing 7 star service!!!

It was so easy and I felt safe in the knowledge I was looked after. I am a woman travelling alone and Giada made me feel very secure. The best possible choice was made for me.

remarkable experience, well-organized

We did the 5-day, 4-night tour, 2 nights at Pretoriuskop camp in Kruger Park and 2 nights at Kapama Private Reserve. The overall experience was fantastic. The Kruger Park component was more basic and less intimate but only in comparison to Kapama after the fact. Arrangements in both places were well done, with no glitches. The tour operators at Kruger (Outlook Safaris) were friendly, knowledgeable and instructive on the game drives, and went out of their way to accommodate our various dietary needs for meals. Kapama is much more up-scale, a beautiful lodge (Kapama River Lodge) in a beautiful setting, and the staff were amazing. The experience was more intimate than at Kruger because the jeeps are open, and it was just our family with the driver and tracker. We saw 3 of the big 5 at Kruger, and all 5 in the first two drives at Kapama. Transportation to/from and between places was flawless, and the drivers were friendly and informative. Overall, well-worth the cost for a unique lifetime experience.

I would like to thank Casper from for all his help in organising our safari with very short notice. He answered all our emails promptly and followed up on all our requests.

Casper managed to meet all of our expectations including meeting our budget.

Arthusa Safari Lodge in Sabi Sands was absolutely amazing along with all the staff. We saw all of the Big 5 time and time again. Would highly recommend this lodge and wished we could have stayed longer.

Kapama Buffalo Camp was also spectacular with very helpful staff. We did not get to see all of the Big 5 but the sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebra, lions were plentiful. The other plus is that it is across the road from the airport so a good place to stay a couple of nights before flying out.

All our transfers were through Sable Tours. The staff were amazing on both occasions, both were full of information and knowledge about the animals and the surrounding areas and were happy to stop for pictures.

I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Casper of and we will be booking through Casper again.

Very efficient

My bookings at Mpila camp was very efficiently handled by Mandy and all went very smoothly and had wonderful time as always but was really taken aback by lack of people in the park

Giada Claassen was effcient and very pleasant and helpful - a pleasure to work with.

We were very pleased with everything. The accommodations were well chosen and we were very satisfied. Our only criticism perhaps would be with accessing Oyster Bay Lodge. The road accessing their property is so rough and filled with big rocks which could be better cleared. We hit a pot hole and it ripped part of the wheel off. While all the roads are gravel in that area, their property's road leading to the main bldg for check in was by far the worst.
