Excellent. No match. Very nice hospitality
We have enjoyed very much. It's so nice that we could see Lion, cheeta , Leopard. All 3 big cats we have seen. The driver cum guide Mr. Joseph was very good. He was trying to show us the animals all the time. We have enjoyed very good hospitality. Overall experience was very good.

She took care about all the aspects of the program and planned for me a great experience including all the tours that I wanted to do. Service could be improved, vague planning.
The driver was excellent, and the hotels, while simple, were decent.
However, regarding the 4-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru itinerary: it states that you’ll see Lake Naivasha from a viewpoint, but that doesn't actually happen—you drive past it on the road, but there isn't even a stop.
Also, we only spent three hours in Nakuru Park, even though the entrance fee is $95.
The picnic lunch provided during the safari is quite meager—just a piece of bread, a piece of chicken, and some fruit to last the whole day.
On the days we were scheduled to stop at a roadside restaurant for lunch, the stop happened at 11:30 AM 😅.
All in all, the parks were great and the staff were pleasant, but the service itself leaves a lot to be desired.

We had a great time from start to finish. Rose made sure we were well looked after, and the trip was one we’ll never forget!
Our guide made sure we saw the big 5, food was great across all days as well.

An amazing well organised trip
The tour was good. The tour guide Wycliffe understood what we were interested in seeing. The mara maasai village visit, the game drive, African massage and the guide knowledge were perfect. The food at the camp and Buraha did not disappoint my team. Definitely I will recommend Safari line as they are family friendly. The optional activity at lake Naivasha did not go well and I won't advise anyone to take it. The manager was very arrogant with no courtesy. To Rose and the team keep up with the good job. Next time we look for the ugly five...

It was worth visiting these places! The tour was well organized and I could do many activities. Including safaris during the day and night. All the time There were people from the tour company giving me information and picking me up for the following activities!! I really recommend this tour and the tour company!!
An unforgettable and perfectly organized Kenyan safari
We had an amazing four-day safari with Safari Line Defender, visiting the Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Everything was very well organized, including park entrance fees, accommodation, meals, transport and game drives.
Communication with Rose was excellent from the beginning. She was professional, responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard to help us see as much wildlife as possible.
We were incredibly lucky to see lions, a cheetah, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos with a young one, giraffes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos and many other animals. We even witnessed some unforgettable wildlife scenes.
The safari offered excellent value for money, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Safari Line Defender to anyone looking for a reliable, well-organized and memorable safari in Kenya.

Andrew was amazing!

Fantastic Safari with an Outstanding Guide
We had an amazing 4-day safari with Safari Line Defender, covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha. Our driver and guide, Andrew, made the experience exceptional. He was professional, punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and always available on WhatsApp, making communication effortless during the trip.
Every evening, he explained the plan for the next day and adapted the itinerary to our group’s preferences, which made the experience feel very personalized. We were a group of 7, and he made sure everyone had a great time while keeping everything well organized.
