Very organized and flexible to accommodate visitors’ needs
The operator (Lennox in particular) was always very responsive and organized throughout the whole booking process, and very flexible to accommodate our specific needs (we needed a different drop off point on the way back). Our guide Joseph was truly amazing, very knowledgeable, kind and fun! He really made our experience unforgettable. We found a great group of people to experience the safari with, which was the cherry on top! Highly recommended !!!

Great experience, worth the price
We booked a budget tour for 12 with Axis and were very pleased. Lennox, from the office, was very quick to answer email and gave complete information. Before our safari started I was given the WhatsApp contact for our guides, who confirmed our pickup time the night before.
Our guides were helpful with answering our myriad of questions about animals, plants, and culture and got us very close to many types of wildlife.

It was a fantastic experience
Good value. Guide was experienced and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and fauna. He knew where to find the different species. The transport vehicles were great as was the camp facility.
Professional, experienced, knowledgeable
Jack and Kevin were the best drivers and guides! They got us consistently closer to wildlife than others. Always knowledgeable about flora, fauna and Masai culture. Would highly recommend!

Tremendously attentive and informative the whole way.
We had a great 3 day safari, and Jack and Kevin were super helpful and knowledgeable about the wildlife. They got uscloser to the animals than we would have thought possible!

Fantastic tour, amazingly professional and helpful staff
Fantastic trip, fantastic company. Steve, our guide did an amazing job, stopping always at the best spots to take picture. He also knew the Mara in and out.
Cynthia in the office made magic much beyond her job, she managed to fetch my lost luggage from the airport for me right after I called her at 6:30 in the morning when it arrived, just before we started the safari. I can only speak high about them.

Everything what you need and more
I am absolutely amazed by the service that we were given! Our guide Stanley was very very skilled , when you see how he is dealing with difficult parts of the road - you understand that you can just relax and enjoy. His energy and sense of humour and knowledge of the nature also very impressive. Everything was more than enough to have a very good time . We saw many animals and (what I was not expecting) felt very secured . This guys are doing their job with pleasure and very professionally! Absolutely recommend

Everything was excellent
Everything we’re great from the reservation online to the safari. Jimmy was a great guide, available arrangeant and very experimented, we really enjoyed our trip with him.If you go to Masai Mara think to bring a power bank because electricity is only available for few hours.
