Amazing!
The three days we spent in the Marai Mara were truly amazing. It was my first time on a safari, but I was able to see giraffes, lions, leopards, and cheetahs up close. I was deeply moved by the beauty and majesty of the wild animals. I will never forget the sunsets, the sounds of the animals, and the murmuring of the river that I saw and heard in the Masai Mara. It's definitely one of the places I want to visit again. And Ben was the best driver and safari guide. Not only was he kind and energetic, but he also had a wealth of knowledge about wildlife and taught us how to enjoy the safari. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to him.

Great experience!!
The three-day, two-night safari tour was quite hard, but it was a great experience.
The three-day, two-night safari tour was quite hard, but it was a great experience.
First of all, the scenery was amazing. And it was so much fun to see the animals living freely and naturally up close. The same driver, Ben, drove the whole time, from the city center to the middle of the safari. He was very considerate of the participants, so we were able to leave him in his care with peace of mind. During the safari, he worked closely with the other crew members to transport us to the animals, allowing us to see many rare animals. When another vehicle had trouble along the way, Ben stepped in to help, and he was very reliable!

Axis Safari is a top notch expedition and it was the trip of a lifetime.
Axis Safari provided an amazing trip. We did a 5 day Safari staying at the Sopa lodges and loved them. Naivasha, Nakuru, Masa Mara Sopa lodges gave excellent service. Axis Safari gave above and beyond excellent service. Our guide Raymond was amazing and we saw every animal imaginable, including the big 5. Axis gave great communications, great service and worth every penny of the Safari. It truly was the trip of a life time. I would refer Axis to anyone wanting to go to Africa on Safari. Remember to bring cash and schillings for tip and incidentals along the trip because there really is no where to get cash there and credit cards are not useful everywhere on Safari. We did visit a Maasai village and it was great experience.

7 star amazing life time experience excellent & meticulous planning ,reasonably priced ,excellent
It’s an amazing life time experience with excellent & meticulous planning ,very reasonably priced ,very good accommodation at Jambo Mara in Masai Mara . Jacklyne of Axis Africa was fantastic with her knowledge, guidance experience & meticulous planning in curating our travel experience. Her thoughtful suggestions, and attention to detail transformed our journey into a truly memorable one. Jacklyne anticipated our needs, balanced comfort with adventure, and ensured every moment was seamless. We are grateful for her professionalism and dedication, which made our trip both enriching and stress-free.
We were able to see all the big 5 & a big thank you to our driver cum guide Peter Ngigi who knew the entire forest or rather every inch of the forest . He took pains & ensured that we had the best & closest view of the big 5 including white & black rhino for which he must have maneuvered or reversed the safari jeep endless times . He is deeply passionate about the wildlife . His super sharp eye meant we never missed a moment — from spotting a leopard resting in a tree to tracking lions on the move. I would say he could smell the presence of big 5 & he always chartered his course /trail/game & never followed other safari jeeps . What made the experience even more special was the way he explained animal behavior, local traditions, and the ecosystem with such clarity and enthusiasm. We felt safe, well taken care of, and enriched with every game drive. His knowledge of all the animals was par excellence. All in all I would give it a 7 star rating if that is possible.
Thanks once again Axis Africa, Jacklyne & Peter Ngigi . This amazing action packed game safari was not possible with you all.

Ben was very nice and knowledgable
The company was good and the accommodations were great but our tent had a sewage smell. My group felt that the there definitely could have been more game drives. When we arrived at the accommodations we just sat there for 2.5 hours before driving into the park which we could only be in for 1.5 hours before it closed. The third and last day we could have spend part of the morning in the park if we started earlier but instead we only left to see the Maasai village at 8:15 a.m. ish. The village experience was great but since we had the time to get up earlier, more time in the park would have been appreciated. Also, there was a very heavy focus on the big cats. I think we maybe stopped to look at one group of elephants for 20 seconds and didn't even stop for the second massive group of elephants that we all pointed at. If this had been my only safari experience, I would have been slightly disappointed.

Friendly
I had such an amazing experience on this safari! 🌿🐘 From the beginning to the end, everything was well-organized, comfortable, and full of excitement. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.
The sights were breathtaking — seeing the animals up close in their natural habitat was truly unforgettable. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great insights about the wildlife and the environment, making the journey not only fun but educational too.

With Axis Africa safari we had smooth, wonderful and hassle free experience right from start to end.
We had an unforgettable four-day trip to Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Nakuru. Our guide, Ali, was highly knowledgeable and demonstrated great expertise in locating the animals and explaining their behavior.
It was an adventurous and informative experience which we will never forget.
