Once in a Lifetime Experience
We spent 7 days on Safari with Axis Safaris and visited 4 different national parks/areas for Safari. It was an unforgettable experience getting to witness lots of animals up close and managed to tick off the Big 5! The journeys are long between each of the different areas, but ample bottles of water were provided which really helped for those hot days. Roger was a great guide and managed to get us into the best spots to see/take photos of the animals. His knowledge of each animal and area was exceptional and we learned a lot from him! The itinerary was clear from the beginning and helped us to see what each day would hold. Roger would also communicate with us the day before what the day would look like so we were prepared. He would also ensure we were all okay to move on from different animal sighting spots around the parks before he drove off, and always ensured there were enough rest stops/bathroom breaks during the long days.
One small area that could improve would be for Roger to ensure he asked all of our names from the beginning and also found out a few things about us during our time with him. This would have made the tour even more personal.
Apart from that, the whole experience was amazing, and a trip I will never forget!

7 day safari with memories for a lifetime.
Me and my wife booked the 7 day safari, including Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli. Before the safari, Monica followed by Joy were extremely helpful in organising the tour and ensuring we had all the correct information for a successful trip. It’s hard to summarise the full safari as there were so many incredible moments. Our tour guide Roger was extremely knowledgeable and I believe he put us in the best positions possible across the 7 days to have the best opportunities to see the animals in their natural habitats. It was fun chasing some of the animals with Roger at the wheel, and he made plenty of jokes to keep the tour lighthearted. Overall, I thought the tour was incredible value for money. 4 of our days were spent with 1 other client too, so it was nice to have some space around the jeep. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who is looking to make the most of their time in Kenya, and I thought it was great value for money.

Lovely 3 day trip to Masai Mara. We've seen a lot of animals from very close. Got very lucky and saw all the big 5. Our guide (Raymond) as well as the office contact (Maureen) and the driver who picked us up (Collins) have been very nice and helpful, thanks!
Our camp was basic but nice! Good food and a comfortable bed. Lucy was very welcoming.
All in all s perfect trip - thanks guys!

Great Safari from start to end
I first booked Maasai Mara 3d/2n Safari and then while in Massai Mara, added the 4th day for Naivasha and Nakuru. I shall rate 10/10 for Maasai Mara. It was a life time experience and all 7 of our group members enjoyed it to the limit. In short, we saw every thing and every animal that was possible to be seen. Philip our guide was a wonderful and had full knowledge of animals and their life detail. He had a very goof sense of humour and all 7 of us enjoyed his company. Thank you Philip.
Then come Naivasha and Nakuru. I shall rate 7/10 for Naivasha because the boat ride of Naivasha lake for 30 usd per person was toooo expensive. It must have been 30 usd per boat and not 30 usd per person. I shall rate Nakuru national park and lake at 8/10 again because of very high park fee. Both, Naivasha and Nakuru are good but not good enough as compared to the cost. At the end I shall give high marks to the Axis company for making all the arrangements in a nice way. Our trip was absolutely amazing. Everything was well organised, communication with Axis was smooth, and we felt we could always rely on them. The tour was also great value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide than Philip. From day one, he made us feel comfortable and safe and always made sure everyone was doing well and had everything they needed. He was professional, experienced, caring, and genuinely warm-hearted. You could really tell that he cared about making this trip special for everyone.
The safari through the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli was simply breathtaking. It was an unforgettable experience, and I’ll cherish these memories for the rest of my life.
I can highly recommend Axis and Philip to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience. It truly couldn’t have been better.

An Unforgettable 6-Day Kenyan Safari Experience
I had an amazing 6-day safari experience with Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris. Everything was well organized, and the team was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the trip. Our guide, Tom, was especially wonderful. He listened carefully to our requests and always did his best to accommodate them. His detailed and thoughtful explanations made the wildlife and landscapes even more fascinating. Going on a Kenyan safari had been a dream of mine since childhood, and Tom helped make that dream come true. We visited Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli, where we had wonderful opportunities to see a variety of wildlife in their natural habitats. The safari was also great value for money. Absolutely amazing safari!
We had the best 8 day safari for 2 people with Axis. Everything was well arranged with the office and easy to communicate. The lodges and camps were very comfortable, especially at Amboseli and Masai Mara, where we stayed the longest. Our guide was Charles Pilipili and can’t I say enough about what a wonderful guide he was. He has extensive knowledge of all the parks and the best spots for seeing all the animals. He is from the area and answered all our questions and gave us lots of info, and was helpful in every way. It was obvious he really loves what he does, the land, and the animals, which made our time even more enjoyable. Axis seems to have the best vehicles, and ours was well maintained and much better than others you see driving around the parks. I highly recommend Axis and Charles Pilipili for a safari!
