Experienced, knowledgeable and friendly guide!
Lion King Advenutres was nothing short of amazing from the booking process, airport pickup, to our AMAZING tour guide Gilbert!
Our Safari expectations were exceeded in every way. The amount of animals we saw, the price, Gilbert’s knowledge, and hotel stays.
If you are reading this review please book with Lion King they did an amazing job through and through.
The only struggle for us is figuring out how to come back as soon as possible!

Best experience ever!
Amazing vacation in Tanzania. We did 5 day Safari and 3 nights in Zanzibar. Lion King adventures sets everything up for you. From the transportation to and from airport, the hotels, the food, and all the water/soda/beer you want during Safari. All of our hotels were amazing and the staff at these hotels cannot be beat. The best part of the trip was our guide, Salehe. He was so easy to talk with and so knowledgeable and passionate about his country, the animals, the plants, and the landscapes. Cannot recommend this vacation enough. You will not be disappointed.

Well organised, quick to respond and extremely helpful
I had a wonderful time in Tanzania visiting Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara NP. Lion King adventures were extremely efficient and helpful with organising my trip. Mwita, our safari guide was very friendly and great with my two children. He was very knowledgeable about the parks and the wildlife. My favourite experiences on the trip were seeing 3 young lion cubs feeding from their mother. We saw 92 lions in total and have many happy memories from our trip. Other memorable moments were the three leopard sightings and seeing some lions eating zebra after a kill. I plan to come to Tanzania in the future and would definitely go again with this company and hopefully the same guide.

Davis was amazing, kind, funny, attentive, always a smile, very communicative and experienced.
Lion King Adventures was an amazing experience from booking to travel to visa to safari and back. The entire experience was beyond any of our expectations. The trip was a dream. We could not have asked for a better guide than David. PLEASE REQUEST DAVID. You will not regret it. He has such a keen eye that we saw the BIG FIVE plus an endangered rhino. He took such good care of us (single mom and 16 year old son). He and my son talked and laughed. David was so attentive. The accommodations they chose were lovely. The tented camp was a dream. It was a trip of a lifetime and it certainly met every expectation one could imagine. That is certainly because of how the people of Lion King Adventures cared for us - communicating at all times of the day, allaying my fears and anxiety, helping us get COVID tests in the Serengeti, keeping us safe and informed. Please go, choose Lion King Adventures, request David, sit back, relax and take it all in. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Amazing 7 days Camping Safari
Everything about our experience with Lion King Adventures was amazing.
Since the beginning, Pendo was very patient and super helpful with our planning.
Our guide Richard had incredible knowledge about the animals and all the parks (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara) and it is unbelievable the way he can spot the animals from a very long distance. We were able to see so many animals, and even the crossing in Mara river! He also suggested some alterations to our itinerary that definitely made the trip even better.
Our cook Yusuph was also amazing! He cooked delicious meals for us.
Both of them were very professional and polite, and we were super comfortable during the entire trip.

Beyond my expectations
Booking a safari is not an easy task. There are too many options and agencies, I took a chance with Lion King, and I didn’t regret it. The service was beyond my expectations, and everything was very well organized and smooth from the moment they contacted you till the end of the safari.
Kudos to Nick, who was patient, answered all our questions before booking, and helped us pick the best safari option.
Our guide Abu was terrific. He knows parks very well, where to find animals, and can tell a lot about animals, nature, culture, etc. If there were a question he didn’t have answers next morning, Abu would have it.

Best honeymoon trip ever!
We decided to go on 4-Day 3 Nights Luxury Safari wit Lion King Adventures. That was best decision because this trip was truly awesome! The communication with company was excellent. They provided us with all necessary information and they take care about everything. Also our guide David was very helpful and always answered all our questions. The accommodation in Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge, Kitela Lodge and Mount Meru Hotel was absolutely perfect, we experienced highly professional services and food was delicious.
If you want to go on Safari and enjoy it, do not hesitate and contact Lion King Adventures. Those guys know how to make your trip unforgettable!!! Thank you very much for your services, it was absolutely awesome!!!

Very good Service
After contacting several safari companies I decided to go with Lion King because all my special requests where respected, plans where changed from my side few times and they always found the best solution - the company is very flexible, which is important in covid times. And we got rewarded! Even though we didnt ask for a German speaking Guide, we got one. Musa made our Safari incredible! He could read our minds and was really concerned that everyones wishes were fullfilled. He was very patient with us, could tell anything about every animal and even more explained a lot about his beautiful country. We really enjoyed our trip to the fullest, felt in safe hands and would 100% do it again! Thanks Musa for the great experience !

Fantastic experience
My safari through Northern Tanzania with Lion King was superb. During the booking process, both Godwin and Pendo were immensely helpful in planning my trip in a way that it would be a wonderful experience. Pendo in particular even went further than that - my luggage got lost on my flight into Tanzania and she helped me get it back a couple of days later, even had it flown to the Serengeti where I was by that time. Exceptional service. I then had the immense pleasure to have Musa as my guide and it couldn't have been any better. He is extremely knowledgeable and I learned so much about animals, Tanzania and Africa in general. Musa was terrific in spotting any animal, big and small, and I was lucky enough to see everything there is to see - from all big 5, to baby lions and even a cheetah family. Musa also went all out at all times to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He was patient, always friendly and happy, fun to be around and great to have a chat with (even in my native German - which he speaks extremely well). Thank you Musa for this fantastic trip and experience - and thank you Lion King for all your fantastic support. All accommodations were great (I especially loved the tented camp in the Serengeti), so was the food and all staff and people we met along the way - all were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Lion King and Musa as a guide - you won't be disappointed. Hope to come back one day!

Truly a five star company!
Choosing Lion King is one of the best decision we made during our first African Safari! The company is really flexible with our request and last minute changes. They replied to our messages and emails quickly and made sure everything is clear. Our guide Khalifa is truly outstanding! He gets to point out animals from a distance that only we could see through our binoculars, and with that we were able to see majority of the animals we wanted to spot on this safari trip! He is super kind and is always full of energy through out the day! We never encountered any single problem during our trip. Never have a second thought of booking this company to do your safari, you would never regret it!
