Easy Travel and Santaely made our dream Safari come true
My wife and I chose Easy Travel for our Safari Honeymoon and we can honestly say the entire experience has been nothing short of perfect.
From the point of first enquiry, Norah was very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring that the trip would be a success. She took care of all the bookings, making sure we picked the right tour for what we wanted and sent over a detailed itinerary quickly.
Our guide, Santaely is the master of Safari! So smart, passionate and kind when speaking about the wonderful wildlife we saw on our trip. At no point did we feel unsafe or unaware of what was going on. He went out of his way to make our trip memorable and I am truly blessed he was our guide for this journey.
10/10 for Easy Travel for their value for money, reliability, clear communications and overall happiness of the trip.

Brilliant, knowledgable and easy!
I would recommend anyone to travel with Easy Travel. My husband and I chose a 6 day safari for our honeymoon and Easy Travel made sure we felt super special.
Norah made booking our trip really smooth and easy. She was quick to respond to any questions and was great at recommending what tour would suit us best.
Santaely was the best driver! He is kind, knowledgeable and great to be around. He made our trip a lot of fun, we learnt a lot and we were able to see so many animals due to Santaely’s knowledge and experience (20 years). We felt safe and calm in the car with him at all times - thank you so much Santaely and Easy Travel.

Baba Baba Baba lou
We have had such an amazing time, we had really specific requests for our safari that meant our poor driver had to drive hours on horrible, dusty and bumpy roads between national parks so that we could see everything we wanted to see. Santi, our driver, has been a great guide, driver and entertainer for our special trip and we are so grateful to him for getting us into all the perfect spots to see all the amazing wildlife. All the camps have been in beautiful locations and full of really friendly staff teaching us Swahili slang and providing delicious 3 course meals. Would 100% recommend easy travel to anyone looking to do a safari around Tanzania as they are so accommodating and helpful in organising with really fast replies before hand, and super flexible and easy going during if there's anything extra you want to add. If you do go with them, ask for Santielli the Baba Baba Baba lou!

Santeli was an amazing tour guide, he knows so much about the wildlife and where to go to find it. Asante sana Sante! We stayed in the tortillas camps almost every night and we're greeted with wonderful staff. The food was always delicious and very filling.

Outstanding safari experience
We booked the Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari experience. Edward our Safari tour guide is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is friendly and made sure we had the best time.

Excellent service from start to finish!
I would highly recommend this company and specifically our guides. Everything about the tour was top notch! Ours was a tailor-made tour expertly arranged by Voice at head office. There were six of us travelling together and so we had two vehicles with guides Louis and Ombeni. They were able to spot animals from a great distance and provide background information. They took great care to ensure we were happy with all aspects of our safari.

Superb safari experience
This was an amazing once in a lifetime tour. We were a group of 6 so arranged for 2 vehicles. Our guides Louis and Obemi were excellent with terrific knowledge of the wildlife and local culture. We were able to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, panthers, baboons, and many more including a rare black rhino and a wildebeest crossing of the Mara river. The accommodations were spectacular with first class service everywhere. Easytravel staff were responsive and dedicated to making sure we had the best experience possible.

We just finished a trip of a lifetime. It was incredible from start to finish. We HIGHLY recommend Easy Travel Tanzania! Voice was great to deal with and organized a flawless custom Northern Safari itinerary. Communication throughout the planning and safari was consistently top notch. We didn’t have a single problem. Worth every penny.
We had 2 fantastic guides (we were a group of 6 in two vehicles, which worked very well): Ombeni and Louis. We spent a lot of time travelling with Ombeni and Louis and it was always fun and interesting. They found all the animals we had on our list and more, including a migration river crossing. We can not recommend them highly enough! They were friendly, knowledgeable, great drivers and extremely skilled at tracking down and spotting animals. They also had pride in their vehicles which were well maintained and comfortable.

Excellent Service from Office to Drivers!
I would highly recommend using this company and using these guides. We dealt with Voice in the office to book our trip and she was outstanding. Very responsive to all of our questions and very knowledgeable with great suggestions. We were welcomed with open arms at their office in Arusha to receive our briefing. Our guides Louis and Ombeni were outstanding. They were attentive to our needs and wants, warm, friendly, and spotted animals that we would never have seen. They were also extremely knowledgeable about everywhere we went and everything we saw and knew how to drive the roads throughout the Serengeti, the Crater, and the Taranguire Park. Our trip was a trip of a lifetime!

Five Star experience all the way
Our family of 5 just completed a 14 day custom family trip to Tanzania through Easy travel and tours. We chose Easy Travels primarily from online reviews and we are glad that we did. Our tour manager was Voice Gerson and our driver/guide was Gilbert Mariki. This turned out to be an amazing once in a lifetime experience for us.
From the first email communication Voice was prompt, responsive, flexible and was very easy to work with. She was very informative and guided us through an excellent itinerary that met all our needs. She patiently worked with us as we made multiple changes. Our trip included an internal flight to Kogatende air strip, two days each in northern & central Serengeti, Tarangeri NP, Lake Maynara NP, Ngorongoro crater, Empakaai crater hike in Ngorongoro and Kilimanjaro day hike from Marango gate to Mandara Hut. We stayed in a mix of tented camps and lodges. Everything was well organized. Our Safari vehicle was in excellent condition. It was nice that water and soft drinks were included during the safari. We came every morning to a clean vehicle with 1 liter water bottle in every seat and soft drinks and more water in the cooler. The only added expense we paid for was alcoholic drinks, laundry and tips. There are other tour operators (700 in Arusha Alone). Easy travels/Voice offered me the best combination of size, scale, personal attention and flexibility. I would highly recommend easy travel for safari in Tanzania.
Gilbert Mariki was our guide/driver. We spent 14 days with him and he became a part of our family. Gilbert is extremely knowledgeable in wildlife behavior and skilled in spotting them. He is pleasant, patient and managed to satisfy/meet the needs of my family with 2 young adult kids and a teen. He worked tirelessly to show our family the most wild life viewing and best experience in Tanzania. His driving skill is outstanding and he always placed us in the best possible location/ angle. He is doing this for over 20 years and seemed to know many guides from different agencies and was able to work with them. He was in constant radio contact with others in the area. The itinerary had him pick us up from Kogatende airstrip and take us to the camp for check in and lunch. Just outside the airstrip, he made a u turn after hearing something on the radio and showed us a massive wildebeest Mara River crossing within an hour of our landing! This was a bucket list item for me. We saw 4 crossings in 2 days including 6 crocodile attacks! Overall we saw the big 5 including over 106 lions with 5 of them on a tree, 7 leopards, 6 cheetahs, 4 black rhinos, large herds of elephants, wildebeests, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, gazelles and countless other wildlife. Once we saw a pride of lions and Gilbert goes “they are looking for lunch” and moved past other vehicles and parked perfectly near a herd of gazelles. We saw a lion hunt evolve spontaneously right in front of us!!. We saw a total of 5 lion hunts. I would highly recommend Gilbert Mariki for anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.
We plan to visit TZ again and can’t wait to go with Easy Travels, Voice Gerson and our beloved guide Gilbert Mariki.
