The big five - An adventure of a lifetime
We embarked on a four-day adventure with Suricata Safaris, opting for the camping safari experience. Our journey took us initially to the vast plains of the Serengeti Park, where we were mesmerized by the sightings of lions, cheetahs, and elephants. Just when we thought the experience couldn't be topped, the Ngorongoro National Park presented us with the majestic sight of two rhinos, adding to our awe. The safari culminated at Tarangire National Park, where, in a stroke of luck, we spotted the elusive leopard, completing our encounter with the Big Five. An extraordinary aspect of our adventure was the expertise of our guide, Elias. His keen eye and timing ensured we were always in the best spot to witness these wonders up close, often before others even realized what was unfolding. Complementing our journey was the culinary excellence of Chef Salim, whose dishes were nothing short of outstanding, adding a flavorful layer to our unforgettable adventure.

Accommodated a truly unique experience very well
We were very happy with our full experience during this safari. We managed to see ALL the animals we were looking for which obviously isn't guaranteed, but it was amazing. Our guide Mandela was great throughout, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Tito the chef provided excellent, authentic food for all our meals as well. The sleeping situation was extremely unique, we camped every night, twice of which in the middle of the wild which was crazy. Overall, we couldnt have hoped for much better!

Exceptional, perfectly organised

All 5 of the big 5 in 4 days and great food!
The whole experience was amazing, all three national parks covered over the 4 days and we saw all 5 of the big 5 including a cheetah feeding!
Our guide Mandela was great company and was great at answering our questions.. the food is a real differential of this tour so thanks to Tito our chef. Where most groups are having lunchboxes we had freshly cooked hot meals for every meal, even out in the national parks!

Best company to do a Safari
In our case we organized the trip to Tanzania on our own. When looking for safari companies we were surprised that there were many and we had no idea which one to choose. After searching a lot. We opted for the Suricata Safaris company because of the good reviews we saw and it was the best choice we could make.
The entire service from the first moment is looked at in detail so that you don't have to worry about anything. They pick you up at the hotel at the beginning of the safari and every time we got into the car they explained to us what we would do next. We felt very safe at all times and Lewis, our driver/guide, apart from being very nice, helped us at all times and always answered our questions.
The vehicle is already equipped and prepared for the safari. It has 8 seats, driver included, it has many windows and the roof, which is about 2 meters, rises almost a meter to be able to see the animals. They also give you plenty of water for every day and there are plenty of power outlets in the car. for everyone to charge their mobile.
We choose to sleep every day in tents at campsites, all organized by Suricata, and the experience of sleeping in the middle of the Serengeti or the Ngorongoro Crater is spectacular. When we arrived at the campsites the tents were always set up or were set up upon arrival.
With us came a cook who cooked for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very delicious, varied food with vegetarian options.
We saw all the “big five” and many animals, it is clear that Lewis knows what he is doing and where to find them. They are also communicated by radio between all the companies to help each other in case they see more complicated animals such as the Blavk Rhino or the Cheetah.
Without a doubt we will repeat with them in the future. The experience was wonderful.

Guide Ezekiel's driving and scouting wildlife along with Mussa’s food made trip exceptional.
Our guide/driver, Ezekiel, was an exceptional communicator as to what to expect and some interesting facts about each wildlife species we encountered. He had a second sense in finding the animals, and ‘delivered’ on wide variety, including the more elusive cheeta, make/female lions, and rhinoserous! Add his exceptional driving skills and great sense of humor … the full package! Also, we had healthy balance meals three times a day thanks to chef extraordinare Mussa.

Amazing
They were amazing! Frederick, our guide, took great care of us, making sure we see as many animals as possible. He told us a lot of interesting facts about the wildlife. They fed us tremendous amounts of delicious food. We did not have any expectations about that, however, some of the dishes I tasted on this trip were the best I have ever tried, thank to our cook James. 10 out of 10 recommend this experience.

Our point of reference before and after, Daniel, was great. Our guide, Amir, was incredible.
I took my family, wife and two young children, on a four day safari through the Segengeti and the Crater. We chose the mid-range option.
This companies organization was impeccable. Amir’s knowledge of the area was difficult to belief. He, without the use of GPS, which I’m sure was available, but not necessary, was able to navigate my family throughout the biggest expansion of land that I have ever experienced. Further, given that you are literally completely emerged in both the beauty and ugliness of the area, it did not escape my attention that not only I, but more importantly, my family were at it mercy, and that we required someone able to deal with any situation comforted. Amir was not only able, but was actually helping other companies fix their broken-down land cruisers along the way.
Facilities were extremely nice and the service at each was over the top. My family and I came back to our tented camp (which is really just a nice hotel room in the bush with cavas wall), on one of the colder evenings, to have noticed that the staff had filled hot-water bladders (“bush babies”) into our beds so to warm them prior to our arrival. Five-star service.

Everything was great!
The safari was incredible, our driver Amiri was very experienced and knew everything! We slept in tents and was really comfortable, the food was very nice as we had hot meals everyday. The highlight was to see a lioness with her cubs 2 meters from us!

They are professionals
We took 4 days safari with them. Everything went really well, our driver ( Amiri) has been doing this for 12 year so knew it all. The food was great ( chef Pius) and everything went really smooth from the pickup until the day drop off.
