Top organized
We just arrived at the airport after our Uganda experience with Ngoni. Uganda outranged all our expections. It was a once in a livetime experience. We we're able to See Chimps in Kibale, lion in Queen Elizabeth and finally the gentle Giants in Bwindi.
All those Moments were just mindblowing.
The organization done by Ngoni was perfect, and the selection of accomodations was amazing. Our Guide Gard was the top of all. He was a perfect Driver, so precise, we always felt 100% save. He was always always in time, always prepared, had always some more information and was always in a good mood to have a nice chat.

Unbelievably good at his job
Very well organised tour. Hotels, food & days activities were well spaced out. Tour guides from our 3 groups (Reagan, Steve, Elly) all knew their stuff & made trip fun too. Reagan on the other hand is a step above them all with his knowledge of the place, the communities, for food & must of all any animal alive in Uganda. If you’re thinking of going there, don’t hesitate, it’s a trip of a lifetime.

Amazing
I recently had a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience in Uganda, and I was lucky to have an incredibly kind and professional guide his name is Hamlet. From start to finish, he was attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient ,especially since I was traveling solo. His calm attitude and sense of responsibility made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and it truly made this dream experience so special for me. I’m grateful for his time and energy, and I highly recommend him to anyone , especially solo female travelers looking for a trustworthy guide.

Ngoni Safari was an excellent choice. They made it perfect!
My wife and I wanted to do something special to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We were excited about the Mountain Gorilla trekking safari. After some research we decided to contact Ngoni Safaris. It was the best decision and the most memorable journey ever. Sedrick from Ngoni help us with planning the trip. He was very helpful and forthcoming. he promptly answer all our queries and provided useful advice. Our guide Steven was awesome! He told us so many things about Uganda, its geography, its people, its culture and the local food. It would take several pages to describe the fascinating encounters with wildlife and the mingling with the locals during these 8 days. The Mountain Gorilla encounter is a once in a life experience. All lodges were located in beautiful locations and were very comfortable. We strongly recommend that you consider Ngoni Safaris for your trip to Uganda. You won't regret it.

Well Operated Tour!
Gard was an EXCELLENT guide! We did a 3 day gorilla & golden monkey trekking experience.
The car provided was sufficient for rough roads and Gard was an excellent driver and time manager, making sure we made it to each activity on time.

Communication may be at times delayed but when they say they are expecting you: they are punctual and ready, have an awesome and balance 14 day itinerary of safari, primate trekking with engaging cultural activities. Not only, will you be blown away by the proximity to nature - especially trekking as this is a place that has learned to live in community with the animals but you will be charmed by its people.

Organised and great choice of places and activities.
We just completed a 10 day Uganda safari with Nogoni and was very happy with our choice. Communication with Sedeick was good, our driver James a great source of knowledge and safe driver. His ability to stay calm in trying circumstances and help us whenever we needed proved he is a great asset to the company. Ngoni's choice of sights, hotels and eating places was great, some of the hotels were so nice our only regret was we didn't allow enough time to "chill" in them! Thanks Ngoni and James, well done!

Great experience, very professional and excellent guide: Smith. Would recommend
I did the 3-day Habituation with gorillas and it was a great experience, I felt I received good value for my money. Specially the guide Smith made my solo experience very enjoyable. He was well prepared, very kind and organized everything from beginning to end.
Small remark: I would’ve liked more communication from the offices before the trip started, I had to ask them for pickup time, guide name and all additional info on my arrival to Rwanda, the night before the tour started.
Apart from that, once the tour started, it was all well organized and executed. Would definitely recommend

Ngoni delivered the most incredible experience I have had whilst travelling solo.
Booking and arranging the trip was easy; Sedrick took care of everything for me.
Tour options were varied and exciting.
I opted for the 8 day tour which included a chimp trek, game drives and gorilla trekking and was fortunate to be guided by Reagan.
Is there anything about East Africa this incredible man does not know?
Wow.
I will be hoping to return again next year.

Professional & Value for Money
Before choosing Ngoni we researched many other companies. Sedrick was very helpful with planning our itinerary and delivered not only a great itinerary but all the information that we needed, when we needed it.
We chose mid range lodges and all were good and each had their own character, special mention must go to Turaco TreeTops in Kibale and Kigarama at Lake Mburo. We loved the viewing deck & resident elephants at Buffalo Lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park and the lake view at Lake Mulehe Safari lodge in Mgahinga National Park. Each of the lodges were in great locations for the days activities.
Our Driver & Guide Reagan met us at the Airport on arrival and gave us a briefing for our safari the next day before dropping us at our hotel to rest after our long flight, we found him to be a very respectful and caring person.
Everyday was an amazing adventure and Reagan worked hard to ensure we got the best out of each experience from game drives to Chimpanzee & Gorilla Trekking, leopards, climbing lions & local villages. He was an excellent and safe driver throughout our 15 day trip with all the different roads we had to endure, highway, winding, lots of gravel & rocks and a million speed bumps 😂, along the way sharing a lot about the way of life of Ugandan people.
Reagan started as our Safari guide and driver and ended as our friend, we are so happy to have met him and learn about Uganda, Pearl of Africa.
