Wonderful six day adventure in Kruger National Park with Wildlife Safaris
Our initial enquiries with Wildlife Safaris were made through Bruce and he was most helpful in describing the various options available to us for a Kruger adventure. We opted for the six day/five night tour which included stays at three different lodges inside or adjacent to the Park. Payments were staged over the months ahead of our trip and we felt the payment process was straightforward and secure.
When the date arrived for our tour, we were met by our brilliant guide Simon at 7am at our Johannesburg Airport hotel. Simon drove us across country to arrive into the Park in the early afternoon. Straight away our sightings of the wonderful wildlife commenced with herds of elephants, giraffes, zebra, antelopes of multiple species and many examples of exotic birds. Simon had an encyclopaedic knowledge of all the Kruger animals and birds and he had a fantastic eye for spotting the wildlife no matter how well camouflaged they were. We spent the first two nights at Sabie River Bush Lodge adjacent to the southern part of the Park followed by one night at Satara Camp in the central part of the Park. Every day featured bush drives, some starting around dawn and more kicking off at dusk with the guide using a spotlight to find and illuminate the animals in the bush.
Our final two nights were at the Mohlabetsi Private Lodge near Hoedspruit. This was where we encountered one of the highlights of the tour when the Lodge guides tracked and found two male lions which had just taken an unfortunate zebra as their prey. The scene was quickly encircled by many hyenas which settled in for their long wait for whatever scraps might remain hours later. This up-close experience of nature in the wild was truly unforgettable.
Our experience with Wildlife Safaris was truly fantastic. All of the accommodation was great, the food was plentiful and excellent, the wildlife was spectacular, the arrangements worked out exactly as promised during the booking process. And we were truly blessed to have Simon as our driver, guide and friend over the six days, he really made the trip into the wonderful experience it turned out to be.

Barnie was the best guide. Very helpful, answered all our questions in depth. He was always there to guide us and assist us in any way.
The tour was great. We were very blessed and saw all the animals we wanted to see. All the rooms were nice, we loved the Sabie river with a view of Hippos! Also the one at Skakuza was super nice! Food was also very good.
Barnie is very professional. Very informative and patient. We have a son with Austism and he was understanding and kind.
It was an experience of a life time. We all learnt so much.

Very helpful . Information provided was excellent and gave great understanding of the tour.
We didn’t know anything about South Africa before booking so we needed a lot of guidance. We were nervous about safety aspects etc. Bruce was our first contact and he was extremely helpful in answering questions thus giving us confidence to book with the company. Every aspect of the tour ran to plan with pick up and drop being perfect.
The Safari was a good mix of experiences and was good value for money being a mix of great to good accommodation. The driver Anthony hoppy Howell was fantastic taking real care of us from start to finish.
There was confusion regarding Airports for drop offf in Kruger and this was sorted easily by the Bookings team. Overall is was a fantastic holiday , well organised with excellent detail and follow up.

Amazing trip
My family and I had an amazing trip with our tour guide Simon! He was knowledgeable, kind and accommodating, and his passion for nature and Kruger National Park was very evident. We had many incredible animal sightings and also learned so much about the park and South African culture and history. Would definitely recommend this tour to others!

Extremely knowledgeable guide provided a once-in-a-lifetime experience
As two female travelers in Africa for the first time, we were initially worried about the safety/logistics of a safari. Wildlife Safaris took away all our concerns and provided a knowledgeable, safe, professional experience for us. We chose the 4-Day Luxury Kruger Park Safari and Panorama Route Tour, and it was the perfect amount of time to see the big 5 (we even saw mating leopards)! The accommodations in the package were beautiful, and the food at all the stops/hotels was very, very good. Our guide, Hoppy (Anthony), knew Kruger inside-out and provided extensive wildlife knowledge/information throughout our trip, giving us time to take photographs and ask questions. The open-air safari vehicles were well-maintained and very safe. The value for money of all the inclusions was fantastic. I highly recommend Wildlife Safaris and want to go back as soon as I can!

Unforgettable
Our trip was super easy to book and everything was taken care of, we didn't have to do anything. Our guide, Henry, was a total legend who would have happily done anything we needed him to. I don't know if we'd have had such an amazing time if it wasn't for him. At first I thought the tour was a tad costly but assumed this was just for the "novelty" of safari but actually the food that was included and the accommodation was a far nicer standard than I could have hoped for. I think value for money was great. The only thing I'd say is I did not realise we would not have an open vehicle every day, or at least more than the once we did. I believe the company used to have their own but now rent it. Nonetheless we loved every second of our special tour. I would defo book through this agent again for our next trip.

A wonderful experience with Anthony
Our guide, Anthony (Hoppy), made our experience such a joy. We had a wonderful time exploring the Kruger and his knowledge of the Park and the animals is endless and always interesting. He adapted the schedule so we could have the best experience possible. We highly recommend him. We chose Wildlife Safari because we wanted to spend a lot of time visiting Kruger Park, see different parts of it and see some of the highlights of the Panorama route. The quote process, reservation, payment, communications were flawless. Accomodations and food : great. We met a guide the first day, we left a friend at the end. We hope to be back one day!
