Amazing Driver, Amazing Vacation
Cant say how thankful I am of Wakanda in organizing our Safari experience. We got a private driver and top notch service all week. The vehicle was in great condition, the selected locations we're dreamy and the driver was like a family member to us by the end of the trip. Whenever we wete late in the morning it was "no problem". If we wanted to go here or there or stay at one spot for an hour plus it was "no problem". The friendliness and easy going vibe was exactly what we were hoping for on vacation. Thank you Wakanda.

I met the guides who are Benji & Dulla. They were a good team. Benji drives safely and explains everything which I wondered. Plus, Dulla cooks our cuisine for outdoor. It makes our trip perfect! I highly recommend this company and these guides.

Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and fun!
We started our safari on the 9th of January, and visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ndutu and the Ngorongoro Crater, finishing on the 16th of January.
Everything was exceptional, from start to finish - our guide, Bashir, couldn’t have been better and we cannot recommend him enough.
He knew every single thing you could possibly ask about the animals, their nature, the ecosystem and how everything is. We were lucky enough to see all of the big 5, and also saw a pride of lions hunt a zebra from start to finish, which was incredible.
All of this was due to the fact that Bashir was so knowledgeable about where all of the animals would be at each time of day and how best to approach the safari each day. He was incredibly patient, and made sure to find everything we were looking for and more.
His keenness to detail was amazing, managing to spot things we’d never have seen, and all of our accommodation was perfect. We stayed at the following places:

Mawe Mawe Manyara Lodge
Signature Serengeti Luxury Tented Camp
Intimate Camp Zebra
The food at both the places we stayed and that which was cooked by the chefs for us to eat at lunch was always amazing and had us fuelled for the day.
All the organisation was fantastic, and we would very highly recommend Ushma and Bashir to organise and conduct the safari!

An unforgettable journey!
For our first trip to Tanzania, we chose Serengeti Wakanda, after reading the countless positive reviews and seeing the availability shown right from the start by our correspondent Beatrice.
Well, what can I say, this trip was incredible, made perfect and unforgettable by Edward, our wonderful guide. The latter speaks English very well, was always very helpful, cheerful, ready to laugh with us, to answer our countless questions with kindness and professionalism. He was able to make us live this experience in the best possible way, satisfying our every desire (He also took us to visit a Masai village, local markets and to a structure where they explained to us how typical Tanzanian stones are extracted and worked).
Not to be taken for granted, he is very good and expert at driving on particularly bumpy and muddy roads, he knows every map and timing by heart and during the safaris he always gave his all to let us see as many animals as possible up close… he even helped a driver stuck in the mud, because as he taught us what really matters is: Hakuna Matata!
Safaris in Tanzania are really worth it (it's not our first experience in Africa, but this one is worth gold!), as is traveling with Wakanda: beautiful facilities, spectacular food (they have omnivorous and also vegetarian and vegan options) prepared by the staff chefs (even for picnics), jeeps that are always clean and fully equipped with water, always fresh drinks, Wifi and sockets... what more could you ask for?
We carry Edward, Serengeti Wakanda and all of Tanzania in our hearts... so much so that we will return in August!

Communication is super easy, you just arrive here to see your tour guide, and he will arrange everything for you. You don’t need to worry about anything but enjoy!
The guide is knowledgeable and almost could answer all my questions. I learned animals and their habits. I meet local people and make a few friends. I also know a bit of the history, the society and local people’s life. This is what I come here for, the company fulfil it.

A fantastic company that looked after every aspect of our tour from start to end.
We have just returned from a 4-day safari booked with Serengeti Wakanda and we really cannot rate them highly enough. From booking, they kept in touch and up-to-date with the travel plan, from collecting us from our hotel in Zanzibar through to our guide meeting us in Tanzania. The tour was faultless and the quality of the accommodation exceptional, especially the Signature Serengeti Luxury Tented camp. The camp itself was beautifully built and very sympathetic to the environment, predominantly powered by solar. But it was the fantastic staff that really made it such a fabulous stay. The camp provided our picnics for two days of our safari tours and it was very good food. Wakanda arranged a balloon safari for us, which is an incredible extra and a real bonus of the whole trip. But the aspect that made our tour so enjoyable was out fantastic guide, Landolin, who had such a depth of knowledge of the animals, and history of the region, we felt we were learning so much with every conversation. He clearly cared a great deal and had a great deal of pride for his work. Thank you to all the team - it was a fantastic trip with memories that we will treasure for a long time to come.

Excellent tour organisation and service
Aishwarya and the team were nothing short of exceptional in planning and organising our safari experience, they suggested excellent additions to the trip based on the season so we had fantastic sightings and managed to see all the animals we were looking forward to seeing. Our guide Filix was very knowledgeable about the local species and their behaviours. He went above and beyond to make sure we made the most of our journey.

Amazing journey in Tanzania
We had an amazing time all through our journey.
Our guide Meritho has been wonderful. He made us discover Tanzanian culture and history on top of being an amazing leopard spotter. We feel lucky that Meritho has been part of our journey in Tanzania has he knew all the parks we visited so well he could manage to bring us at the right place at the right time to catch special moments of our favorite animals.
Elephants, rhino, lions, leopards, Buffalos, the big five was all whitenessed from close range in almost a morning!
Many more beautiful animals such as Cheetah's, girafes, Zebras, monkeys... And many more!
The hotel during the journey are really nicely selected.
We were extremely happy with the food offered during the whole experience. It is really healthy and tasted so good especially in the middle of the savannah!

Highly professional, friendly, and transparent
My girlfriend and I recently completed a 6-day safari tour, which included 2 nights in the Serengeti and 1 night in the Ngorongoro Crater, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. From the moment we began planning, everything exceeded our expectations, thanks to the exceptional team behind this trip.
Our contact person, Aishwarya, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions quickly and made us feel confident throughout the booking process. We opted to transfer money via bank transfer instead of paying cash on arrival, and the team’s transparency and professionalism made us feel completely at ease with this choice.
What truly set this experience apart was the team’s willingness to customize the itinerary to match our preferences. When we expressed interest in spending more time in the Serengeti and doing a balloon safari, they seamlessly adjusted the plan. We made the decision to skip Tarangire National Park to make it happen and feel it was worth it.
Our guide, Luis, played a huge role in making the safari unforgettable. His expertise, friendly demeanor, and attentiveness ensured we had the best experience possible. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we spotted wildlife, enjoyed the stunning landscapes, and learned about the rich ecosystem of the parks.
We stayed in luxury tented accommodations, which was an incredible way to feel close to nature without sacrificing comfort. We particularly loved our stay at Signature Camp in the Serengeti. Waking up to the sounds of wildlife and enjoying the breathtaking views was truly magical. The only change we might have considered was upgrading to a lodge for our night at Ngorongoro due to the cooler temperatures, but even then, the facilities at the tented camp were well-maintained and comfortable.
The balloon safari was a highlight of the trip and worth every penny. While safaris are undeniably an expensive endeavor, the incredible service, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and personalized touches made us feel it was great value for money.
Overall, we would highly recommend this safari team to anyone considering a trip. From the smooth planning process to the unforgettable memories made on the ground, this was truly a dream adventure.
