Amazing experience

It's my first safari. I visited Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Serengeti is amazing, migration of 2 millions wildebeest is unforgettable, should spend more days in Serengeti camp. Special thanks go to Ally and Nars for organising my itinerary, hotel pick up on time to start my journey. I joined group of 6 people from different countries. Our guide Adul is qualified. He loves animals and Serengeti. The cook is ok. Food was quite dry, food in lunch box was not hot, but dinner was ok. After safari, the company arranged hotel in Arusha and car transfer to Kilimanjaro airport. Very well-arranged. I will definitely recommend for others to use Moorlands safari as their tour organizer for good quote and well arranged safari.

I am a seasoned traveller - I have never written a poor review - but this company has a lot to learn - poor communication - out sorsing trips - different group members every day - and being forgotten to be picked up on departure day to incur considerable cost to get a new flight with not even asorry - vague promise for reimbursement - nothing

We are genuinely sorry for the poor communication, the inconsistency in group members, and the significant inconvenience caused by the missed pick-up on your departure day. Unfortunately, our driver went to Venus Premium Hotel instead of Venice Hotel due to a confusion, causing you undue stress and additional expenses. For this, we are truly sorry.
