An unforgettable safari experience with great wildlife, service, and an excellent guide.
Overall, we had a great experience on our safari tour. We did a 5-day trip covering Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, and it was an unforgettable journey.
Our driver and guide, Peter, was extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He shared excellent information about the animals, the parks, and the local culture, and he was without a doubt the best driver we could have asked for.
The food was good, and we were lucky enough to see a large variety of wildlife throughout the trip. One area that could be improved is the schedule and timing, which at times felt a bit rushed.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour operator, and I strongly suggest asking for Peter — he truly made the experience special

The communication was very easy from the beginning and the planner aimed to satisfy all of our needs. The trip was custom planned and exceeded our expectations. Beyond All Expectations: Our Safari with Serengeti African Tours
We planned our trip just two weeks before departure, and the manager, Linah, promptly selected an option that perfectly suited us, taking all our preferences into account. She answered all our questions both before and during the trip. Among other tour agencies, Serengeti African Tours stood out for the manager’s quick and responsive communication, a great selection of accommodations, a clear and informative itinerary presentation, good price, convenient payment methods, and, of course, high ratings across all online platforms.
During the whole trip everything was great: a comfortable safari jeep, filling and delicious lunches during the safari, and beautiful, comfortable lodges and hotels (we would especially like to highlight Suricata Boma Lodge - it was simply amazing). During our 5-day safari, we visited three national parks - Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, and saw a huge number of animals, including all members of the Big Five and many others.
We would also like to specially mention the excellent work of our guide, Godfrey. Thanks to him, we always had the best viewing spots on safari and were able to see many animals literally at arm’s length. He also shared a lot of interesting information about animals and wildlife - he is an experienced professional and knows a lot.
Overall, it was an absolutely incredible experience. We gained so many unforgettable memories, and we are truly happy that we chose this tour company!

Very knowledgeable and great experience
The tour was great! The guide Gifti was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly (good jokes) and helped us go home with an amazing experience and lots of great photos. The tour itself was also great, the camping and food was comfortable and delicious. Would recommend!

Professional service, kind staff and great experience
Very nice tour. My top highlights were Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our guide Luca was an amazing driver and animal spotter. Our cook made us the best meals and we had overall a great time!

A mind blowing experience we want to repeat over and over again!
We originally booked with Killipath, but due to unforeseen cancellations they handed us over to Serengeti African Tour, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, the transition was seamless and professional, and it quickly became clear we were in excellent hands.
Our guide, Peter, went above and beyond at all times. His knowledge is truly beyond his years, and every question we threw his way was met with a thoughtful, detailed, and engaging answer. He has a genuine passion for wildlife, conservation, and nature, and that enthusiasm added so much depth and meaning to our safari experience. The vehicle itself was well set up for long days in the parks, with a fridge stocked with chilled drinks, a reliable power supply for charging cameras and phones, and a comfortable layout that made game drives enjoyable and relaxing. All the small details were taken care of, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience without worrying about anything else.
Overall, this safari exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We look forward to returning to Tanzania in the future, and it would be absolutely essential for us to have Peter as our guide again.
