Accommodating, professional, and responsive operator
I'm so happy to have chosen this Operator. For a very reasonable price compared to the over one, I could get a very nice safari experience, with someone always available to answer my questions. This operator connects you with a guide and a group, where the other people may not have booked with the same operator or chosen the same booking sleep category.
Therefore the guide drops us off at a different location (the campsite for us, lodges for others), which means a little extra travel at the beginning or end of each day. But for a much lower price than those who chose to sleep in lodges, we got the same safari experience.

Unbelievably good!
From start to finish this was a brilliant tour. Communication was quick and simple, the information we were given was clear.
As soon as we arrived in the country we were looked after by our guide. We were taken on the most amazing tour from Arusha to Tarangire national park. Papa our guide was very entertaining and imformative. We would never have seen so much if it wasn't for him.
Our accomodation that night was absolutely beautiful and a dip in the pool was just what was needed after the long travel.
The next day we were collected by Papa and taken to Ngorongoro national park. Wow! Just wow!
Then onto the Seregeti national park. Even more Wow! Our accomodation was in the middle of the park and again was stunning. Luxury camping at it's best! We even had a bath in our room and could watch the animals from our room.
It truly was a wonderful experience. We felt cared for and looked after throughout.
There was a lot of political turmoil at the time we were there and our flights were cancelled. Papa stayed calm and took care of us checking that we were ok while we waited to find out when we could next fly. Eventually, after a lot of communcation, Papa and Midean mangaged to get us the flights we needed and also arranged a pick from the airport to our hotel in Zanzibar. They really did go above and beyond to help in a very difficult situation.
I cannot recommend this tour company highly enough! They were brilliant amd made our holiday a thing to remember for the rest of our lives!

Experience of life time
Having a good company and driver makes a difference in you experience. I would highly recommend papa and Africa Chita. He went out of his way to help us see the big 5 and we did several times.
