Disappointing Safari Experience with Super Eagles
We booked a 6-day safari with Super Eagles Agency in August. While the trip had some highlights, our overall experience left us feeling disappointed and misled.
Pros
- Good itinerary: Covering Amboseli and Masai Mara in one trip gave us the chance for great game-viewing potential.
- Fantastic sightings: Our driver ensured we saw incredible wildlife.
- Accommodation: Comfortable beds with mosquito nets; simple but fine.
Cons
- Lack of guiding: Although the driver secured great sightings, he gave almost no explanations about animals or locations. He rarely communicated the plan for the day and answered questions coldly and with minimal effort. I have been to many safaris in South Africa that had fantastic guides, but this was nowhere close to the quality of previous experiences.
- Misleading itinerary: We were paired with travelers on different itineraries, forcing us to wait or pay extra for activities we never agreed to. This was never communicated beforehand. We ended up doing things we hadn’t planned for, while missing what we had actually booked. We felt cheated.
- Reduced safari time: We had paid for one full-day and one half-day safari in Amboseli and Masai Mara. Instead, the second day in each park was reduced to about one hour only, nothing close to what was promised. When we complained, the agency offered no compensation or solution.
- Meals: The food was repetitive—mostly cold chicken, the same meal across six days. Acceptable for a budget option, but still disappointing.
- Constant attempts to overcharge: Beyond the agency, nearly everywhere we went we felt pressured, manipulated, or overcharged. For example, being asked to pay $25 for a fridge magnet worth $3–4. This created a constant sense of being scammed.
Final Thoughts
While the parks themselves and the wildlife are breathtaking, our experience with Super Eagles Agency was deeply disappointing. The lack of honesty, communication, and respect for the itinerary made us feel cheated. We cannot recommend this agency and strongly advise others to consider alternatives if they want a transparent, reliable safari experience.

Satisfied in all aspects👍
The biggest charm of Safari is that there are new surprises every minute and every second. In the last second, cheetahs are showing off their antelopes in live broadcast, and in the next second, tens of thousands of wildebeests appear before your eyes... The wild experience that embodies the vitality of life is worth being amazed at again and again!

Misleading and untrustworthy
I recommend that you avoid Super Eagles Safaris – misleading, untrustworthy and a big disappointment
While Kenya is an extraordinary country with breathtaking parks, the way this agency handled our safari completely undermined our trip.
Although our driver was skilled behind the wheel and ensured us good animal sightings, he offered no explanations about the animals or the parks. His answers to our questions were often just one word, and his attitude throughout the trip was cold and unfriendly. This already made the experience far less engaging than we had expected.
But the REAL ISSUE was much worse: the agency did NOT RESPECT THE ITINERARY we had booked and deliberately cut short the safaris we had paid for.
In Masai Mara, our itinerary clearly stated one full day + one half day safari. On the second day, instead of the promised half day, our driver entered the park through an UNOFFICAIL ENTRY exited after only 1 hour, and never paid the required park fee (worth $200 per person). Not only were we denied the experience we had booked, but the agency also AVOIDED PAYING TICKETS for 7 people.
In Amboseli, the same situation repeated. The supposed “full day” safari started late at 10am (safaris normally begin before sunrise) and ended two hours before closing time. The next day, which was meant to be a half day safari, turned out to be just 49 minutes of driving across the park at dangerously high speeds (over 100 km/h where the limit is 40), without opening the roof or stopping for wildlife viewing. Again, the guide explained he had only paid for a single 24h park ticket, which forced him to SHORTEN BOTH DAYS. In practice, instead of 1.5 days, we got a single day split in two. The agency once again avoided paying tickets (this time $90 per person).
To make matters worse, the agency took us to a site that was NOT IN OUR ITINERARY (it was only in the program of two other passengers). We were told to either wait for three hours or pay extra for an activity we had never booked nor wanted, cutting short our own experience yet again.
All of this left our group extremely disappointed. Park tickets are very expensive, and we had chosen this agency trusting that they would deliver the full experience advertised in the itinerary. Instead, we were misled and deprived of what we had paid for.
Since our return, we have been trying for 3 weeks to get explanations and accountability from Super Eagles. Unfortunately, the agency has been unresponsive and unwilling to provide a solution
If you are planning a safari in Kenya, try to choose a reliable company that respects both the parks and their clients.

Esperienza fantastica, gente disponibile e preparata.
We were a group of 11 people. The agency organized the whole tour according to our requests. We did a 6 day tour that included Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli and Taita Hills. We have seen a huge amount of animals, all very close ... almost to touch them. I recommend 100% to choose Mohamed as a guide and Benson and Simon as drivers. Mohamed is very prepared, knows languages and teaches you the local language. The two drivers are very good and take you one meter from the animals. The experience I recommend most with these two drivers is to go to the Masai Mara ... you will not regret it. To complete the team, choose Mohamed as a guide. And, if you are Italian, the choice is even more appropriate.

Precise
From the very first moment, our journey with Super Eagle felt magical. In Africa there’s a saying, "Hakuna Matata", and that truly became the spirit of our trip: everything flowed naturally, with warmth, care, and unforgettable experiences at every step.
Simon and Benson were extraordinary—guides with the sharpest eyes and the kindest hearts. Thanks to them, we found ourselves breathtakingly close to lions, elephants, and giraffes in their natural habitat, always feeling safe and completely in awe. Beyond the safaris, they also revealed hidden places and authentic corners of Kenya that we would never have discovered on our own, making every day a new adventure.
Mohamed added a special depth to the experience: with his knowledge and stories, we felt immersed in Kenyan culture and even learned a few words in Swahili and Maasai. It made us feel less like tourists and more like guests welcomed into the soul of this land.
What touched us most was the way the Super Eagle team handled any little unexpected event—always with calm, professionalism, and a smile. Instead of problems, we only remember solutions—and unforgettable memories.
This trip wasn’t just a safari: it was a life experience. Super Eagle gave us not only extraordinary adventures but also the feeling of being cared for like family. We couldn’t recommend them more—if you want to discover the real heart of Kenya, this is the team to trust.
Kenyan Safari adventure
We (a group of 7) had a great time with Dan at Nakuru and Masai Mara. The rest of the group and I thought that Dan was an amazing tour guide. He gave us lots of good, clear information whenever we asked, and was really good at spotting the animals. Also, when seeing lions etc, he never blocked the view of any other van/jeep. Twice, we helped two other jeeps who were stuck in mud. I would highly recommend super eagles travel services for a Kenyan safari. A special thanks to Bildad from the office who was very helpful in providing all the information before we arrived in Kenya.

Everything was great
The days we spent with Alvin as our guide have been excellent. He searched the animals for us and gave us explanations and curiosities about every one we were seeing and we loved that. He is a great guide. Also the camps and hotels were very good, although we think lunchboxes could have been better. But well, in a general perspective, the experience worth it a lot.

Alvin is the best!
When it comes to game drives, Alvin has very good instincts! He also knows where to park the vehicle so you could get a good view of the animal and take awesome pictures! I got to see and even photograph a handful of rare species thanks to Alvin.
