Fantastic company and guide
We loved our experience with Serengeti Smile from beginning to end. The booking and communication went excellent. They replied quickly and helped us make an initerary that was suitable for us. The lodges and camps were beautiful, and the food was great as well. However, what really made this trip amazing was our guide, Champion. Champion showed excellent service and did everything he could to make the most out of our experience. And our experience turned out even better than we would ever dare to hope for. We got to see everything we wanted, and more. Champion could spot animals from miles away, and he did everything for us to come as close as possible while still respecting the animals. We will recommend Serengeti Smile and Champion to our friends.

Just finished an amazing safari. Words cant describe the experience we had. We where so lucky to get the best safari guide in Tanzania. Mr. Champion is the best, he know it all. Unforgettable experience
We had a great time on the 5 day great migration, Serengeti and Ngorongoro tour. Our guide (Libe) was very knowledgeable, and we managed to see all 5 of the big 5 plus plenty more. The quality of service and rooms for the price was also great.

Albert and Emiliana’s company delivers a product of exceptional quality, making for an unforgettable experience. A key factor in making this possible—beyond Smiles' professionalism and infrastructure—was our guide/driver, Stanley. He possesses extensive knowledge of the Serengeti, backed by 12 years of experience. Punctual, available, and well-informed, with an incredible eye for spotting the park's wildlife, having him with us for four days was a pleasure.

From the very beginning, Francisca made the whole planning process incredibly easy. She helped us choose the perfect itinerary and was always available to assist us with everything we needed, from arranging our airport transfers to assigning us an experienced Italian-speaking guide. Her professionalism and kindness made us feel well taken care of even before our adventure began.
Our safari started in Tarangire National Park, and right from the first day we were amazed. We saw so many animals, including a beautiful lion resting in a tree just a few meters away from us. It was an unforgettable sight!
On the second day, we visited the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, where we were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including two black rhinos from very close up. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The third and fourth days were spent in the magnificent Serengeti National Park, where we also stayed overnight inside the park, surrounded by nature. Sleeping in the heart of the Serengeti was an unforgettable experience. We were lucky enough to see countless lions, leopards, cheetahs, and many other incredible animals, including some very rare species. Every game drive was full of surprises and unforgettable moments.
Our last night was spent in Karatu, where everything was once again perfect and the accommodation was excellent.
A very special thank you goes to our amazing guides, Erick and Pius, who made this journey the most incredible experience of our lives.
Erick, thanks to his excellent Italian, explained so much about Tanzania, its wildlife, and its fascinating culture. We learned about the traditions of the Maasai and other local tribes, making the safari not only exciting but also deeply enriching.
Pius was an outstanding driver with exceptional knowledge of the parks. Thanks to his experience, patience, and incredible tracking skills, we were able to find not only all of the Big Five but also many rare animals. He always knew exactly where to go, even in the most challenging situations.
Thank you once again to the entire Serengeti Smile team for giving us memories that will stay with us forever. This was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives, and when we come back to Tanzania, we will definitely choose Serengeti Smile again.
