Professional and patient
We had a wonderful safari in Tanzania with Serengeti Smile. We saw the Big Five, cheetahs, and the wildebeest river crossing. Our guide, Sanare, was excellent—professional, patient, humorous, passionate, and very attentive. He was incredibly good at finding animals quickly. If you book with Serengeti Smile, definitely ask for Sanare. Our sales contact, Patricia, was also fantastic. She patiently revised our itinerary many times according to our requests, was professional and enthusiastic, and always replied very quickly. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!

Our driver, Libby, was patient, caring, and attentive. The trip was enjoyable and memorable, and James’s organization was excellent and well-structured. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

We had a wonderful five-day family safari with Serengeti Smile, thanks above all to our excellent guide, Champion. He was a remarkably careful and skilful driver, always attentive to our needs and consistently enthusiastic throughout the trip. His knowledge of the wildlife and ability to spot animals made every day rewarding—and, with his help, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five. Champion was friendly, patient and thoroughly professional, and we always felt we were in very safe hands. Unforgettable experience
What a wonderful journey! We were picked up from the airport by our warm and knowledgeable driver Aminiel and taken on the trip of a lifetime! We saw all the animals we wanted to see even the rare black rhino even if they didn't want to be seen.
The staff at all the stays included in our package were incredible and so much fun. Highly recommend this to anyone.
