Just outstanding and a wealth of knowledge
We did a 6 day safari across Taragire National Park, southern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara in February 2026. We had an outstanding experience with Serengeti Smile, from booking right through to the safari itself. Special mention goes to our guide John. He was a wealth of knowledge, friendly, easy going, and just really nice company to be around. I don’t think there was a question we asked him about the animals that he didn’t have the answer to. Could not recommend John enough, thanks for giving us the trip of a lifetime.

Solo birthday safari
I came on safari alone for my birthday and it was a great experience. I booked the 12 day 11 night trip for during valentine’s week. From the time my driver Oswald (32) picked me front the airport it was a vibe. He was professional and offered that I can request him to show me around Arusha, so I requested and agreed to the fee. We visited hookah sports bar, another sports bar for food, saw downtown, and the African art gallery. We visited the local market for souvenirs. Oswald was very attentive during the experience. The next day my guide Pius (40+) picked me up from my hotel and we started our multi day journey. Pius is super professional and very proper. He was very attentive as well. He even went on a hunt for my Coke Zeros because all store seemed to be out of them. This was a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Exceptional 7-Day Safari with Barnabas – A True Wildlife Expert!
We just completed an unforgettable 7-day safari in Tanzania, and we cannot recommend our guide, Barnabas, highly enough.
If you are looking for someone with profound knowledge of wildlife, Barnabas is your man. His expertise is truly beyond any AI or textbook; he answered complex questions about animal behavior and the ecosystem that even the most advanced technology couldn't tackle. It felt like traveling with a walking encyclopedia of the Serengeti.
Barnabas was incredibly proactive. He has an uncanny ability to read the terrain and animal movements, ensuring we were always in the best position to see the action—as close as safety and regulations allowed. He is also a fantastic photographer who knows exactly where the light and angles are, helping us capture stunning shots that we will cherish forever.
Beyond the drive itself, Barnabas was instrumental in the planning. He recommended itinerary that maximized our sightings, including a brilliant suggestion for early morning game drives that allowed us to witness predators at their most active.

Cool Safari experience
We joined the 7-days Safari and the experience was cool. We found Serengeti Smile online and we communicate with the staffs through WhatsApp. The staff was helpful and the reply was always prompt. Our guide Barnabas is knowledgeable and he knows everything about the animals. He also brings us to see different kinds of animals and helps us take good pictures. The accommodations in the tour is good. We chose mid range safari tour and we love every accommodations in the tour.

Too good to be true
First of all, the way I learned about the Serengeti Smile was through an online review. There were a lot of good reviews, so I trusted and chose it. There are times during a safari tour when you have to move quickly or get a good spot to see a specific animal, and the ability of a guide is very important. Including your ability to get to know about animals, including your luck, and all this, the champion was such a great guide! The champion is a professional who also tells a lot of pleasant and funny stories!

Great profession
The serengeti smile provided a very reasonably priced and good service.
