An exceptional experience with a guide giving every effort to exceed our wishes and expectations
Serengeti Smiles from our first inquiry were very speedy answering our questions. Options given to us were helpful. We feel it was good value for money. We chose midrange but it was very comfortable both vehicle and accommodation. Our guide Champion however was top of the range. Couldn't fault his ability to find animals for us and remain courteous and kind and delightful company.

An amazing safari with Serengeti Smile that exceeded my wildest expectations!!
We selected Serengeti Smile for our Safari based on a number of things but in particular the response we had from Baraka. Numerous emails over a 10 month period always answered promptly and no question was ever too small. Baraka helped us to develop an itinerary that worked perfectly.
We requested Champion as our guide and were so lucky to have him. His knowledge and understanding of the environment and the animals was amazing. We were lucky enough thanks to Champion to have 5 leopard sightings really close, many many lions from tiny cubs to full grown males, elephants from huge bulls to tiny almost newborn and more than one sighting of the remaining two of the big five- buffalo and rhinos. We saw 2 wildebeest Mara river crossings and also an elephant Mara river crossing which is not so common. Champion looked after us very well and we were happy with the accommodations and food provided through our 8 day safari. Serengeti Smile you are truly the best safari operator in my opinion!!

We have just returned from an amazing trip to Tanzania where we were able to experience a magical Safari through Tarangire, Central and Northern Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater followed by a relaxing few days in Zanzibar. We are so grateful to Patricia who helped us with planning the trip months in advance and personalizing our itinerary to fit our needs. She suggested lodges and luxury tents to meet our needs and found us a wonderful Safari guide to help us through our adventure. Patricia was also available to us throughout our trip and was very accessible throughout. We also enjoyed day time tours of Arusha, a coffee plantation, and visit to a Massai village. We had a wonderful trip and made countless memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to Serengeti Smile!
An Unforgettable Private Safari Experience in Tanzania
We had an amazing 5-day private safari with Serengeti Smile, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From the beginning, everything was well organized and professionally arranged. Our guide, Joshua, was one of the biggest reasons our safari was so memorable. He was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about Tanzania’s wildlife and nature. He always tried his best to find the animals we wanted to see and explained their behavior and the ecosystem in detail.
During our safari, we visited Tarangire, the Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater and were lucky enough to see the Big Five as well as many other animals. Every day offered something different, and the game drives were truly unforgettable.
We especially appreciated Joshua’s safe driving, excellent wildlife spotting skills, and flexibility throughout the trip. We never felt rushed, and he always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience.
The communication and organization from Serengeti Smile were also excellent from the planning stage until the end of our safari.
We would highly recommend Serengeti Smile, and especially Joshua, to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories!

We had the privilege of spending ten incredible days on safari in Tanzania with Deo as our guide and driver, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to accompany us on this unforgettable journey.

Amazing
We had a short stay for a safari, with only 3 days available, but Nicholas managed to accommodate all of our wishes perfectly. Always in a great mood, he made each day even more enjoyable.
Nicholas also has an incredible knowledge of wildlife and enthusiastically shared many stories, facts, and interesting insights about the different species we were lucky enough to see. It was a truly enriching and memorable experience!
