a first class service built on knowledge and intelligence
Justin is an incredible guide. he is so knowledgeable and passionate in his craft. I was constantly amazed that he would spot animals in the distance whilst driving around the serengeti. In relation to that, he is a great driver and also knows the best spots to stop for lunch and where the best views are. Justin also put up with and answered my various questions over the week. the lunches were also very nice. top marks!
Serengeti smiles were also incredible in the planning of the trip before we left and we are grateful to Patricia for that. the organisation knows all of best places to stay and we thought the value for money was excellent. thanks so much!

Great safari
I would recommend this safari to everybody, booking was smooth thanks to Jeremiah assistance and the guide Simon was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about parks and animals. We had a great time, slept in great lodges, felt safe all the time and saw many animals, including big five. Thanks a lot !

Professional and flawless
We had an amazing experience with Serengeti Smile thanks to Musa, our guide, helping us to enjoy this awesome country. His experience and knowledge made the real difference, e.g., spotting all the animals and solving all the challenges. Huge thanks to Musa!
Also the hotels are very good, including the camp site at the park, and the food is awesome!

Our safari guide, Amniel, was truly experienced, professional, and kind. He drove very cautiously, especially in challenging conditions—such as the day we encountered heavy rain and many other cars got stucked in the road. Over five days, he guided us through stunning Tanzanian parks, where we saw breathtaking landscapes and an abundance of wildlife.

Very well coordinated
We have had wonderful experience with Serengeti Smile. They coordinated airport transfers to Safari and timings of everything were all so perfect. I would highly recommend Serengati Smile if anyone planning for Safari. Our Safari guide and driver Zack was an expert driver and very knowledgeable about animals and jungles. Zack made our African Safari so special and memorable experience.

Attentive and knowledgeable
Amniel is a very careful and attentive drive. I feel it is important to highlight it as we have seen many cars stuck in the mud or broken down, and even one accident in Serengeti.
He is also very knowledgeable and had a keen eye for the animals. But I feel most of the tour guides will be like so, as people from all companies communicate and give tips to where to find them.
Outside the game drive, the accommodations were really good. I didn't expect this level of comfort for a safari.

We spent six absolutely unforgettable days in Tanzania thanks to our drivers, Simon and Libé. From Tarangire to the Serengeti, via the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara, they made a dream come true that we will never forget.
Thanks to their perfect knowledge of the parks, the wildlife, and the terrain, we were lucky enough to see all of Tanzania's iconic animals up close and often several times, including the rarest ones: lions, cheetahs, leopards, rhinos, and many more. Honestly, we couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
Simon and Libé are extremely professional, attentive, patient, passionate, and always ready to answer all our questions with a smile. Their presence greatly contributed to the magic of this safari, both in terms of the human connection and the quality of the wildlife sightings. We can't imagine this trip with anyone else and recommend them without hesitation. They told us we were very lucky. We feel we were especially lucky to have them as our guides.
