Perfectly organized and guided tour
Reliable service and helpfull guide - Zack. Also he was a veteran driver and master in animals recognition. Lodges were comfotrable. Overall, good value for money!

Reliable tour operator with experienced guides
We have had wonderfull three-days safari. Everything was in accordance with in advance approved plan. Hotels were comfortable and there was enough place for six people in the car. Our guide Zak was experienced driver and told us many informations about animals and birds. There was no problem with our requests for extra stops and plans inside the park. From the organisation point of view was our trip well prepared. Entrance to the parks was smooth without our assistence. Everything was on time. Food in the park from the boxes was sufficient and there was enough places to take a brake with toilets.
Thanks a lot for was amazing experience.

We went on a five day safari with Serengeti Smile to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Patricia, at the office, gave us excellent service before the trip and customised the safari for us. Our guide Champion was the best. He showed us all the animals we hoped to see and always had a lot of interesting things to tell us. Overall we are very happy with our safari experience.

Unreal Experience!!
We traveled to Tanzania with Serengeti Smiles for our honeymoon, and it was a breathtaking experience from start to finish. We booked a 7 day safari with Baraka, and his service was impeccable. He allowed us to tailor the plan to our budget and adjusted the accommodations to match the exact experience we wanted to have, like sleeping camps in the middle of the Serengeti. Baraka built a plan that was perfectly efficient for both distance and sightseeing, plus was very communicative and helpful with all our questions prior our trip.
While the scenery, the accomodation, the game drive car and of course the animals were stunning, the absolute highlight of our trip was our driver, Simon. He truly made our experience! Serengeti Smiles is lucky to have him and we were lucky to be match with him. He's not just an average driver, you can tell he is a true professional guide. His knowledge of EVERY animal, even the smallest bird, is unbelievable. He taught us so much while maintaining an incredible attitude, always striving to get the best information or seeking out wildlife himself. His "eagle eyes" are unbelievable!! He spotted animals we never would have seen on our own, and his passion for nature, is contagious. Simon was also incredibly patient, funny, and shared the Tanzanian culture in such a way that we already want to come back. He is truly a credit to his profession. We hope when people in the future book their experience, that they have a driver like Simon! Serengeti Smile was friendly, flexible and accommodating
My Safari trip with Serengeti Smile was absolutely incredible. My wife and I visited Tarangire, Southern Serengeti, Central Serengeti and the NgoroNgoro crater. We had the opportunity to see all big 5, plus many more amazing animals up close, and learned a lot about the parks. The experience was amazing from start to finish. While booking, Baraka was very friendly and accommodating when we were organizing our itinerary! During our Safari we had Simon Samwel (Land Pilot) as our guide for the entire trip. Simon was awesome! He is great at explaining everything about the parks and the animals. He always gave us the best view possible, and he did his absolute best to find the animals. We saw everything we were hoping for. Also, he is very fun and friendly, so we learned some swahili and had great chats while moving between parks. Simon made our trip absolutely memorable. If you visit, he is the best !

Exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a journey this has been — our very first trip to Central Africa as a family of four. We discovered the tour through SafariBookings and reached out by email. Francisca responded promptly with three package options, and we chose the mid-luxury experience. Everything was organised seamlessly and our deposit was processed smoothly — we were incredibly excited for the adventure.
Unfortunately, our flight to Kilimanjaro was cancelled and rebooked before the trip while we were en route to Johannesburg, which meant we had to forfeit the first day of our 5-
day safari. Despite this setback, Francisca was exceptionally helpful right up to the last minute. She assisted with all the changes and kindly provided the necessary documentation for our travel insurance claim for the park fees at Tarangire National Park.
Our guide, Abia, truly made the trip unforgettable. With over 10 years of experience, his wildlife spotting skills and driving were outstanding. To make up for the lost day, he planned our game drives so well that we saw the Big Five across Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater in just three days — an incredible achievement. Beyond his expertise, his character stood out too. At one point he stopped to help a fellow guide (his own brother) fix a flat tyre, showing genuine kindness and professionalism in the field.
From witnessing a magnificent pride of lions, herds of elephant to the black rhino during calving season — the experience was beyond anything we imagined.
Despite the travel disruption, this safari exceeded our expectations. The organisation, communication, guiding expertise, and overall experience were exceptional. We would highly recommend this team to anyone planning a safari — they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make the journey special.

Incredible safari experience
Incredible safari from Serengeti Smile. This was our first safari trip and our guide, Libe, made the whole experience unforgettable!! He did everything he could to make sure that we saw all that we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and all the animals! A 5 star Safari guide!!
