Unforgettable life experience with excellent guide
We had an unforgettable safari tour with our great guide Libe! He was quick of the mark when a sighting was in range and he provided interesting information and stories in-between sightings, we could not have wished for more! Communication was clear and relaxed, the service was great, and our guide was very reliable. We had a 6 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and lake Manyara. We spent our nights at lodges that had all the necessary facilities, super service and incredible views.
Strongly recommend Serengeti Smile, good price, professional guides and great lodges/camps.

Champion found us the river crossing everyone else missed. An unforgettable safari!
We just finished our safari with Serengeti Smile and I can only say thank you. From the very first contact Jeremiah was amazing. He answered every question on WhatsApp almost immediately and was very flexible when we wanted to change parts of our tour. Nothing was ever a problem for him.
The lodges were very clean and the staff everywhere were super friendly. We visited Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater and every park was special in its own way. We saw so many animals including all of the Big Five. There was so much lion action that we stopped counting!
The highlight was the Great Migration crossing in the north. That day many guides believed there would be no crossing so only a few cars were around. Our guide Champion did not give up. He spotted the crossing and brought us there right on time with no waiting at all. We watched thousands of wildebeest cross the river and even saw a crocodile take one of them. It was one of the most incredible things I have ever seen.
Champion is very hardworking and always goes the extra mile. He knows the parks inside out and has a great network with other guides so he always knew where the best animal activity was. He was always available for us and so much fun to be with. He made our trip truly special.
Thank you Jeremiah and Champion. We highly recommend Serengeti Smile and we would love to come back!

Safari in Tanzania - always with a smile
From the beginning to the end we had no headache and totally trusted the organisation. This contributed to the trust which is needed as a guest in the foreign country doing a safari. All promises were kept and even exceeded. Our guide Champion was our guiding angel, always doing the extra mile. I would book it again and recommend to my friends.

Welcoming and knowledgeable
We had a guide named Reggie. He looked after us and made sure we were able to get the best wildlife experiences. He also sat down and talked to us each night over dinner and we had a good laugh together.

Recommended tour operator - good experience overall
Everything went smooth from the planning of the itinerary to the coordination on the day of the trips / experiences. My sales coordinator was Godian.
They were also flexible to adjust the itinerary on the day to fit the remaining time we had due to flight and other delays, in order for the experiences not to feel rushed.
My tour coordinator was Gudluck who was knowledgeable of the terrain and hospitable. He made sure my partner and I were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the 2-day trip, and through the very long drives.
The Safari experience itself was good, could have been better if wildlife movement was more active, and we got the chance to see the Big 5 as anticipated reason why we chose Ngorongoro crater. Unfortunately the animals and not paid actors, so their movement is unpredictable :)
Maasai village experience was insightful, was good to see how the community lives, dress in their attire, watch them perform and also join in the performance, and purchase some of their crafts to support the community.
Arusha market experience was also interesting, although it felt very heavily like a tourist trap as prices were over inflated by the vendors, I would not recommend this tour unless there is something specific you’re interested in getting in the market.

Welcoming, hardworking and helpful
Our safari in Tanzania was an absolute dream from start to finish! Everything went perfectly throughout the entire trip. We visited Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, and each park offered something unique and spectacular.
A special mention to our guide, Samuel, who was top-notch from start to finish—attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. The ultimate highlight was managing to spot all of the Big 5! From the iconic elephant herds in Tarangire to seeing lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffaloes in their natural habitat, every single moment was unbelievable. The organization was seamless, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
