Dreaming safari
An unforgettable safari with Serengeti Smile! Everything was perfect from start to finish. A huge thank you to Piniel for the excellent organization before the trip. On the ground, we were lucky enough to see the complete Big Five thanks to the expert eyes and incredible knowledge of our guide, Nixon. Thank you also to our driver, Nicolas, for his very safe driving and perfect control on all tracks. This is an amazing team that we recommend 100%!

An absolute 5-star dream safari in Tanzania!
From the very beginning, Pignel did an incredible job organizing everything perfectly and answering all our questions before the trip.Once we arrived, our guide Nixon and our driver Nicolas made this experience truly unforgettable. They are incredibly passionate professionals who went above and beyond to show us absolutely everything we wanted to see. Unforgettable experience
What a wonderful journey! We were picked up from the airport by our warm and knowledgeable driver Aminiel and taken on the trip of a lifetime! We saw all the animals we wanted to see even the rare black rhino even if they didn't want to be seen.
The staff at all the stays included in our package were incredible and so much fun. Highly recommend this to anyone.

We had a great time all thanks to our tour guide: Champion. Champion was helpful, reliable and made sure we saw so much in the 5 days we were on safari. He made sure we saw up close, got to things on time and always left us with a smile on our faces. couldn’t have asked for a better tour!

Excellent service and communication. They lived up to my expectations.
We chose Serengeti Smiles because of a recommendation from a friend. The tour turned out to be one of the best travel experiences ever. Champion, our guide, was fantastic. He really made an effort for us to see the big 5 and many other animals. He was very knowledgeable about the Serengeti and very communicative. He helped us with translation and questions about everything. I would recommend him, especially for younger travelers. We were a family with two teenagers, and he managed to entertain them. The accommodation was top notch as well as the food. Staff at each lodge were friendly and accommodating. I would come again!

They really deserve the 5/5 stars
Omar is the best guide, he was so dedicated to show us everything, he saw how eager we are so he did everything he can do, we saw twice a hunt, 5 times a river crossing, and a leopard show and much more!
Their choice of camps are so good, the food was so tasty, hot water, and very good staff.

The complete package!
Serengeti Smile exceeded my expectations of a complete safari package. We did an 11 day action packed experience. From the moment we landed at the Kilimanjaro Airport we knew we were in great hands when we were greeted at the exit of the airport. They did a great job at explaining the expectations of each day. They have some great connections with lodges that will make sure your well fed and cared for after long unforgettable dusty safari days. I cant recommend them enough.

Superb safari experience
We did an eight day safari in Tongariro, Lake Manyara, central and north Serengeti, and Ngorongoro.
We saw everything we wanted and more. Our driver Said was excellent and he made sure that we had an opportunity to see everything that was possible. We got to see the great migration and an exceptional river crossing, the "Big 5" times five, white and black rhinos, all the cats in Serengeti and more... Said gave us all the time we wanted to spend photographing and also made sure that we didn't miss anything.
The whole experience was exceptional and we enjoyed every minute! Highly recommended.

Dom was fantastic, very knowledgable and professional at his job.
Dont really know where to start on how much of an incredible time me and my partner had whilst on safari going through the serengeti, taranguire, lake manayara and ngorongoro crater.
A massive thankyou to the tour coordinator mr frederick, he was outstanding, quick at replying to emails and always giving the best advice and reccomendations.
We wouldnt of had the experience we did if it wasnt for our tour guide dominik. From the get go he was professional in every way and giving useful information as we was enjoying our safaris. Having an unexpected cancellation of flight it would of meant missing the crater but somehow dom mamaged to squeeze it in such a small time frame. Dom also played a massive part of finding us the most incredible spot of the serengeti for our engagement he went above and beyond and we couldnt thank him in enough, if anyone was going to want an experience like we did i would definately recommend him!
Overall we had the most incredible time with serengeti smile they wouldnt of made us feel any more welcome so thankyou to you all.
