Booking with Eliad was super easy, he's incredibly professional, helped make any changes we had to organise and was in contact throughout our trip. Champion was an absolute superstar!!! Such a great driver and incredibly knowledgable about the areas we travelled and all animals. He felt like one of the family after 5 days. We would definitely recommend Smile for a fabulous safari experience.

Serengeti Smile provided outstanding, professional and friendly service from the booking to the delivery. The communication from Eliad (travel consultant) was clear and nothing was too much trouble to amend and create a tailor-made private tour for a family of 7. Champion (driver/guide) was knowledgeable, reliable and good fun. He was passionate about wildlife and eager to provide his guests with the best experience of Tanzania's flora and fauna. I would highly recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone. In addition, Serengeti Smile are a Tanzanian company unlike many others, which may be factor in your choice to support the local economy.
Accommodating, knowledgeable, and excellent driver.
Serengenti smile went above and beyond to accommodate us and customize our Safari package. Our time in Arusha was limited and we had specific requests. For example, they coordinated a balloon ride during our 3 day safari and did not overcharge us. Most importantly, they were great in communicating with us on updates and changes.

A dream come true
Serengeti smile is an excellent company. With 24/7 availability. My husband and i went on our honeymoon and they made sure we will get taken good care at our hotels.
The company also does other trips and helped us with building our dream trip.
We had Champion as our tour guide. A brilliant young man with so much knowledge about the wildlife surrounding us and the african culture. He was so great at spotting the animals (from a far distance as well). He made sure we dont leave until we find every animal we hoped on seeing!
He was patient and a great company to be with.
Make sure u ask for Champion when u book your trip!

A calm, very thoughtful and very smart guide with fantastic driving skills
Our three day tour was very well taken care of from start to finish. We had great preparation through WhatsApp in the weeks running up to our trip. In Tansania, we had a really great time and our high expectations in terms of hotels and sceneries were met.
