Everything was organized at a high level.
I liked everything very much. Everything is clear and coordinated. We booked the tour with a 30% prepayment, paid the rest just before departure, there were no problems. We saw all the animals, including the leopard and the black rhinoceros, thanks to our guide driver. We took a lot of cool photos! The loggias where we were accommodated for the night and the food we were fed were very good.

Very attentive to customer wishes
This was our first safari. We were at 3 national parks, and every day we were exploring something new.We saw all the big 5, and other wonderful animals. The guide was very attentive and tried to do the best for us. We are grateful for such the wonderful experience. We can confidently recommend the safari operator

Great route ,nice accommodation and friendly guide
1. The whole trip gave me the feeling that it was worth the money. Not only the animals everywhere, but the scenery is also amazing. Even the long car drive did not make us boring. We were very impressed by Ngorongoro and Serengeti.
2. The sales manager Jeremiah often replies quick and friendly. Our Guide Mr. Pius is friendly, enthusiastic, professional and very good at expressing, he could also make good time planning.
3. Accommodation is cozy and comfortable. Arusha Planet Lodge has unique houses and garden. Marera Valley Lodge impressed us by its beauty and nice service. Kon Tiki Serengeti Camp is very worth a try. We saw a very beautiful sunset and got close to wild animals!
4. It was an unforgettable trip and I really recommend it.

The tour operator was excellent!
We had an amazing safari experience. Our tour guide Jon was very experienced and knowledgeable. He helped us spot animals and gave us wonderful opportunities to take photos. He also shared a lot of information regarding the animals and the habitats. He was also so kind and he made sure we were comfortable.

Great experience in the wild
Serengetismile has brought us amazing experiences thanks to the joint work of the team including the sales Jeremiah, the safari guide Pius, the Zanzibar guide Amis, the captain, and drivers. Jeremiah made us a detailed itinerary and the daily activities and accommodation are very clear. He is always there online with quick responses. Pius, our safari guide, is kind and friendly. He knows every creature we saw not just their names but their habits and moves. We were able to see many wild animals including all big five thanks to him. The last days in Zanzibar were also good. Amis guided us through the stone town and introduced the history of it. The captain took us to snorkeling. The sea in Zanzibar is fascinating. Though the weather was not perfect, we still enjoyed our stay there. If I were to come back to Tanzania in the future, I think I would also choose Serengetismile for their profession, attitude, price……

Doing Safari is and incredible experience! With Serengeti Smile the tour was very well organised, with beautiful accomodations.
Our guides were perfect, both very kind and always helpful.
Fadhil Is the best driver! We never felt in danger with him, he can afford everywhere with jeep to catch hiding animals :D
Eric Is a very quite gut, he can speak English and also Italian. So, as Italians, we felt like at home with him :)

Very professional operator and we had an amazing experience
Our tour is amazing, we got to see a lot of wild animals close by and visited local tribes with cultural experience. Champion is our tour guide, he’s very professional and experienced, helped us see the greatest amount of the animals and planned our day perfectly. The schedule Serengeti smile provided is very well-planned. Accommodations are nice with great food & living condition and friendly staff. Highly recommend this operator and our tour guide champion.

Serengeti Smile is a great tour operator and provided us with an excellent experience, very comprehensive tour and great time all around. Champion is a great tour guide and answered all the questions we had, made sure to make our program very enjoyable! Overall we really enjoyed our time with Serengeti Smile and the tours throughout our stay in Tanzania and definitely recommend Champion as the tour guide.
