Our vacation was everything we asked for. The service from Serengeti Smile is amazing, responses in a few hours and flexibility to book the trip we wanted. Unforgettable 5-Day Safari
We just returned from an incredible 5-day safari with Serengeti Smile, and it was the trip of a lifetime!
From the moment we enquired, Godian made everything easy. He was always available on WhatsApp, gave us clear information, and organised the exact safari we had envisioned. His kindness and efficiency made planning stress-free.
Our guide, Hussein, was exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and the parks. He made us feel comfortable and safe, and his attention to detail turned our safari into something truly special.
While we did run into a couple of challenges — such as a return flight not being booked and a few lunches that could’ve been better — both Godian and Hussein went out of their way to resolve things quickly. Their care and dedication really stood out.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you, Serengeti Smile, and especially Godian and Hussein, for an unforgettable safari!

What an experience
Our safari with Serengeti Smile was nothing short of unforgettable! what truly made the experience special was our incredible guide, Champion. His knowledge of the wildlife, warm personality, and genuine passion for what he does brought the whole adventure to life. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw the best of the Serengeti and always felt comfortable and safe. Thanks to Champion, we didn’t just see the animals — we understood their behaviors, habitats, and stories. This trip has given us memories to last a lifetime, and we couldn’t recommend Serengeti Smile (and Champion!) more highly.

We had an amazing safari experience! Our tour guide truly made the trip unforgettable. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience with Serengeti Smile was - from start to finish! Erick was easy to work with and customize our itinerary which was very reasonably priced, especially compared to other quotes received for similar itineraries. The selections of lodging were all amazing, and our tour guide, Walter - or Wally we were calling him by the end of the trip - truly made our safari dreams come true! He was a true professional - safe driver, gave us a lot of L&D (learning and development - fun facts about the parks, animals, plants, etc), always had a knack of being in the right place at the right time, and was just generally fun to be with. You will not regret booking with Serengeti Smile to make your dreams come true too!

I’m going to start off by saying our guide was Walter, because our experience with him surpassed all expectations. This was truly a trip of a lifetime, and I don’t think it would’ve been possible without his experience, and innate ability to always have us in the right place at the right time. Each day we thought, “tomorrow can’t possibly be better than today,” and we were pleasantly mistaken everyday. We were able to get insanely close to elephants, lions, cheetahs, hippos, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, and plenty more. Anyone thinking about booking a tour to Tanzania, do it. And if he isn’t already booked by another fortunate traveler, request Walter. You won’t be disappointed!
