Smile Serengeti is reliable, and our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Our experience with Smile Serengeti was very positive from the beginning. Godian was always quick to respond to our questions. Our guide and driver Paschal was vey friendly and knowledgeable on everything about Safari. He not only knows the names of all the animals but also their behaviour and information about the parks we visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. He always try to find a way to position the jeep for us to get the best view to watch the animals. He was also quick to help his fellow safari drivers when they needed help. Lodges and camp we stayed in were excellent: Kankari Lodge, Serengeti Classic View Camp (in Serengeti) and Planet Lodge in Arusha. Will definitely recommend Smile Serengeti.

Incredible Journey with Serengeti Smile
This was an incredible safari. First and foremost, I'd like to thank our agent, Baraka from Serengeti Smile. We discussed itineraries and hotels for over a week, and he provided me with seven drafts, ultimately helping me perfectly finalize my itinerary for Kenya and Tanzania. Baraka was also incredibly skilled at securing hotels. When other agents told me the Sarova Lion Hill Hotel was sold out, Baraka assured me they had a room. His reliability is undeniable. Our guides for the Tanzania safari were Champion and Dominic. I can't express how exceptional they were. Since we'd already seen the Big Five in Kenya, we had specific requests for hunting, river crossings, and black rhinoceros, and they made it all happen! Furthermore, during the safari, they didn't just show us the animals; they also explained their habits, lifestyles, and history. In just a few days on safari, I learned more about animals than I've ever learned in my entire life. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend Champion and Dominic as your guides in Tanzania. Believe me, choosing them will ensure an incredible, wonderful, and unforgettable journey. These uniquely African memories will remain in your mind and heart forever. Walter is the best! Gold standard
Serengeti Smile took such wonderful care of us. Walter as our guide was 10/10. We always felt safe, setting up the trip was straightforward, planning what we wanted to see was flexible. All the lodges they selected for us and with us made for a complete experience we will never forget.
We first went to the Serengeti, and saw more animals that we would have wver hopes for: cheetahs, cheetah cubs, lions and packs of lioness with cubs, leopard with a kill, lioness with a kill, elephants and giraffes 10 feet away, hippos, zebras, jackals, crocodiles and more wildebeest than we could count.
The most important thing this company brings is experience, eapecially with Walter. Knowing where to go, how to navigate the land, who to talk to, and handling any situation that comes up priceless, and a crucial part of a successful time. THANK YOU to Walter and Serengenti Smile

I was so pleased with this trip! My guide, Simon, and I embarked on a truly remarkable journey! We saw every animal I wanted to see, and the scenery was breathtaking!
