Perfect experience
Traveling with Amshar Serengeti Adventures was amazing! A family trip with 2 kids was a perfect experience thanks to the overall organization. Excellent experience with Amshar Serengeti Adventures
Had a fantastic 5-day Safari to Northern Serengeti to see the Great Migration and Mara River Crossing (and everything in between).
Very smooth reservation process and fast reaction from Amshar to all our questions before the trip began.
We were picked up and dropped off from Arusha from places of our choosing.
Our guide, Charles, was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He made the safari and bush drives very enjoyable. He has an uncanny knack for figuring out how animals will move and positioned us in the best possible viewing spots.
All hotels/glamping grounds were true to form as described in the offer from Amshar. Food is excellent all around including the packed lunches to be enjoyed in the bush.
One practical recommendation - bring your own binoculars and know how to use them, makes a big difference.
Be prepared for lots of driving (10h per day in our case) through bumps and dust, but time flies quite easily in the Serengeti.

Our 5-day safari with Amshar Serengeti Adventures exceeded every expectation. From the very first inquiry, the communication was outstanding, every question was answered quickly, the booking process was smooth and easy, and we felt well looked after before we even arrived in Tanzania.
The entire trip was incredibly well organized. Every transfer, game drive, and accommodation was seamless, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the experience. The lodges and camps were fantastic, with comfortable rooms, beautiful locations, and delicious food throughout the trip. We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the accommodations and the attention to detail.
What truly made this safari unforgettable, though, was our guide, Stanley. He was absolutely exceptional. His knowledge of the wildlife, ecosystems, and animal behavior was incredible, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was both fascinating and easy to understand. He never rushed us and was always happy to stay longer so we could quietly observe animals and appreciate those special moments. It made the experience feel personal rather than just another game drive.
Thanks to him, we saw an amazing variety of wildlife and came away with incredible memories and photos that we’ll treasure forever.
The warmth and hospitality of everyone we met through Amshar Serengeti Adventures made us feel welcome from start to finish. The service, value for money, professionalism, and overall experience were outstanding.
If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, we can’t recommend Amshar Serengeti Adventures highly enough. It was truly a trip of a lifetime, and if you’re lucky enough to have Stanley as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!

Let’s see where to begin. This was a trip of a lifetime.And I am so glad I booked with Amshar. We had the pleasure with meeting to of your amazing drivers. The first one Obieday( I hope I’m spelling that right) met us at the airport to pick us up and take us to our hotel. And the next day he met us to take us on a tour of Arusha. He showed us all of wonders of Arusha and the history of the beautiful city. Then the next day our driver Aloyce met us to start our safari journey. We went to Tarangerie National park, where he told us all about the different species that was there and made sure to spot out all of the amazing animals that we could find. It was breathtaking. After a long day, he took us to our first stay at Njia Panda tented lodge where the locals made us feel so welcomed ( it was so comforting being so far from home). Such a beautiful place. The next day onto the Serengeti ( this is my husband #1 place of all time and the reason for this trip). Aloyce was Absolutely Amazing in making sure he could spot and find all of my husbands must see favorite animals. We saw cheetahs, lions, wildebeest, impalas, giseles , zebras, giraffes, elephants and much much more. It was Beautiful. We have saved for this trip for years and booked it a year in advance and it was everything we dreamed of and more. And that is only because of our driver who made it all possible to make sure we saw everything we could. The next day was our balloon adventure, Aloyce made sure we got in touch with them so we knew where to go in the morning for that. After that he met us for a continuation of our safari journey. We then traveled to the Ngorongoro crater where we found out that Rinos where up at the side of the road, a great find for us to get some really great pictures and rare I might add. Aloyce was amazing this whole trip and made it such a Wonderful experience for us first timers to really experience Africa and all its Amazing Beauty. Amshar, thank you so very much for helping me with the designing of the perfect trip for my husband, and for answering all of my questions ( for a first time international travelers). The places you picked for accommodations ( Arusha Summit Lodge, Njia Panda tented lodge, Tuckanoe tented lodge, Eileen’s trees inn) were all so beautiful, warm and welcoming. This entire experience was so Amazing because of all of you. I hope to come again and experience more of what Africa has to offer and I will definitely be in contact with you!!

Wonderful Tour Operator
Great communication in planning our adventure. Super responsive to multiple questions. We added a birthday celebration and hike up Mount Kilimanjaro. The tour company worked with us, and responded usually within hours of all our questions and requests.
The tour guides were all top notch. We had Aloyce for the majority of our safari. He was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the animals and various locales. We throughly enjoyed sharing our adventure with him.
The accommodations were all wonderful. We were a little hesitant about the camp lodging within the Serengeti but honestly it was our favorite. Watching giraffe roam right from our front porch was amazing.
I’ve traveled all over world, and Amshar Adventures were among the best I’ve experienced world-wide. I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering an African safari to go with them. I cannot see how you would be disappointed.

We enjoyed every experience because everything was perfect and very well organized. Incredible landscapes, a spectacular safari, and a lot of effort to make everything the best it could be. Zero effort, 100% fun.
We had an amazing experience doing a safari wifh Amshar Serengeti Adventures. They did all the reservations for us, talking to the hotels, so we didnt have to move a finger. The picked us up at the airport on time, and took us to the hotel. Afterwards, the safaris began, and it was AMAZING. The guide was really nice, and shared a lot of interesting information about the Parks and the animals. We saw a LOT of animals, and all the big 5. At the end, they took us to the airport, to take the flight back. We strongly recommend this company. Absolutely nothing went wrong. We had zero stress, and had a great time.

We were incredibly lucky to have Kelvin as our safari guide. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about wildlife and nature. His ability to spot animals from unbelievable distances was amazing, and he always made sure we were in the best position for incredible sightings and photos.Kelvin is from the Maasai community, and one of the most special parts of our journey was learning about Maasai culture directly from him. He generously shared stories, traditions, customs, and insights into Maasai life, which added a unique and enriching dimension to our safari experience.Beyond being an excellent guide, Kelvin is a wonderful person—kind, patient, and always smiling. He shared fascinating information about the animals, local culture, and Tanzania throughout the trip, making the experience both exciting and educational.Thanks to Kelvin, our safari became a true once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget.
