Professionalism
We had an amazing safari with Balu Travel through Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, and Amboseli. Everything was perfectly organized, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

Masai mara
Excellent safari expérience. Our guides ( samwel and tetu) were very dedicated to getting us the best experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we could see all the big 5 and other animals with amazing views every time ! They also managed to find beautiful spots for breakfast and lunch on site and always offered to take nice pictures ! They were always patient and accommodating to our needs.

An Unforgettable Safari with the Best Guide We Could Have Asked For
Our safari with Balu Travel was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and the communication before and during the trip was excellent.
The biggest reason our safari was so special was our amazing guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and determined to give us the best possible experience. He worked tirelessly to find wildlife and made sure we had the best viewing opportunities. Thanks to his dedication, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, and many other incredible animals.
The lodges, vehicle, and overall service were excellent, and we always felt safe and well looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience.
We highly recommend Balu Travel to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. Thank you for giving us memories that will last a lifetime!

This tour gave me a truly authentic safari experience and I was extremely satisfied! The guide was friendly, and the other tourists on the tour were also nice people, which made it a lot of fun! A Perfect Adventure true Kenyas Nature
Our safari in Kenya was an unforgettable experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We spent one day at Lake Nakuru and two days in the Masai Mara, and everything exceeded our expectations.
We were incredibly lucky to see all of the Big Five, which was an amazing experience. A huge thank you to our guide, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible safari. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked so hard to help us spot as many animals as possible. Thanks to him, every game drive was exciting and memorable.
The accommodations were excellent, with comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. After long days exploring the parks, it was the perfect place to relax.
Everything was very well organized, and we felt taken care of throughout the entire trip. We would absolutely do this safari again and would happily spend the money again because it was worth every single cent.
We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Kenya. Thank you for making our safari so special!

We saw an incredible number of animals and always had enough time to observe them properly and enjoy the moments – it never felt rushed. Our driver James was excellent: he always asked about our preferences, listened to what we wanted, and thanks to his experience and knowledge of the Masai Mara, we even managed to find the animals we especially hoped to see. You could really tell that he knows the area extremely well.
At the beginning, there was a small challenge because our first accommodation was closed and we had to move to another lodge, which unfortunately we did not like. However, this was resolved immediately the next day and we were moved to a much better accommodation. Balu took great care of everything and handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Overall, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful safari with many special experiences. Thank you to James and Balu for the great organization and support!

Amazing knowledgeable and fun
We loved our safari with Balu. From start to end everything was very well organized, and our driver and guide were the best people. Our guide Junior could spot a cheetah laying in the grass from miles away with his naked eye. Kish (if that’s how you spell it) was also doing a great job providing a lot of info about the wildlife. Definitely happy we upgraded to the landcruiser because the roads on the savanna are bumpy. Would definitely go with Balu again next time.

Excellent, great value and attentive
My mother and I did the five day safari to Amboseli and Masai Mara. Our driver Meshack was amazing, he picked us up at 7:30 on the first day and looked after us very well for the whole period from Nairobi. We chose the 4x4 jeep, and would absolutely recommend to do, for comfort and convenience.
Meshack drove like the wind and got us from A-B faster and any other car on the road. He was incredibly kind and worked so hard for us, he wanted us to see everything we could in the time. When we told him that we didn’t like being around all the other vehicles of safari, he listened and went out of his way to give us a really special day away from most other land cruisers. His knowledge of the Masai Mara was amazing, but we would recommend learning about the animals beforehand or taking guides. He loved watching the animals, which made it even more special because you could tell he loved his job and his home in the Masai Mara. He was incredibly proud to be Masai, and that made it special as well. Would recommend going to the village as well, but be wary not to be pushed into spending money on things that might not be as authentic as they say - but it’s a great experience. They were kind.
The value for money was very good, but the food probably wasn’t as good as other parts of Kenya that we have experienced. Sangura was incredible and they were very attentive and kind, Simba Oryx was ok, but probably wouldn’t choose it again.
