Very helpful experienced operators - value for money
Serengeti Smile were really great to deal with right from the initial enquiry with Baraka answering all our questions right through to meeting us at the airport in person. We booked a Ngorogoro/ Serengeti/ Migration/ Lake Manyara tour with accom before and after. He was so efficient and helpful.
From there we met John, our guide, who we would totally recommend. He was very friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem. John’s knowledge and experience was second to none and he worked with us to make our experience really memorable.
The food and accommodation was mid range and very comfortable totally meeting our expectations and more.
The roads are rough and dusty however all the drivers do a great job.
With John’s guidance we got to see so much of the wildlife up really close which was just an amazing experience of a lifetime.
It was a real value for money experience and we would totally recommend Serengeti Smile and staff.

Outstanding!
My daughter and I went on an 8 day safari with Easy Travel and it was AWESOME! I started planning the trip a year in advance and Hellen was there to answer any of my questions promptly. My daughter is allergic to garlic and Hellen made sure that everywhere we ate, the chef knew about her allergy and prepared a special meal for her. The lodges were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the balloon safari; it was magical! Our guide, Adrion, was kind, knowledgable about the geography, the culture, the people and of course, the animals. He had an extremely good eye and saw things that my daughter and I would have missed if it had not been for his keen sense of where the best animals were. We had a glorious time and i would definitely recommend Easy Travel.

Amazing trip from start to finish
We had an amazing time on our 4 day tour with Lulu Safaris. Elvis organized the trip and everything went as expected for lodging and for the gorilla trek and golden monkeys. The only minor issue was that sometimes we had to send multiple emails before he responded. We also want to give 5 stars to our tour guide/driver Samuel. He has a very welcoming personality and it was clear that he loves being a tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and pointed out many interesting things during our long drives. He is also a very skilled and safe driver, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our trip.

We went to Tanzania for our honeymoon. We did a safari for 7 days, then went to Zanzibar for 4 days.
To be honest, it was amazing from start to the end. Our guide, Joseph, was a special person : his kindness and his caring were exceptionnal. Not to mention his great knowledge of the park and all the different species you could find.
We managed to see the famous big 5. Actually, there is not any specie we didn't see !
This trip was way more exciting than what we expected ! Also the hotels choosed by LAPPET FACED were truly impressive in terms of confort and luxury !
I would recommend LAPPET FACED everyday and we made promise to ourselves that we would definitely come back in few years, with the same company !

Dennis responded very quickly and was very proactive in assisting with any issues. He was also highly flexible with the travel plan, adjusting it according to our needs. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodations arranged. Our driver, John, drove very carefully and safely, always making sure to get the best spots to see the animals. We were extremely satisfied with this trip!

Great guide, for a complete tour with all big five
We booked the 5 days, all-inclusive, private tour. Since the first moment, they showed us great flexibility. Our guide Peter adapted the schedule to our interests and necessities, without leaving anything behind. He, instead, suggested interesting activities and extras. During the 5 safari days, we saw all three parks, all big five and several other animals, also thanks to Peter's expertise. Food and accommodations were from sufficient to very good, depending on the place we were visiting, but we always found great kindness and friendliness. The only downside was the car, which needed some repairing during the trips (fortunately without interfering with our vacation).
In general, for the price we paid, the experience exceeded our expectations. Four stars to the company, five to our guide.

An unforgettable amazing experience.
We went in August of 2024 for a 9 days Private Safari with Soul of Tanzânia organized by attending Marta and executed by the guide Hibubu.
Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti Central and Serengeti North for the migration crossing of Mara River.
We saw an enormous quantity of wild animals and we loved everything - Safari, Guide Habibu, Baloon Safari, Lodges, Hot lunch and specially the river crossing.
Musts: Serengeti Central for a gigantic amount of wild animals, very close to the jeep. And for the Baloon Safari. Serengeti North, if in the right season - for watching the gnus Mara River crossings. We stayed 3 days at North and saw 6 crossings, including some with crocodiles runts. Amazing.

We liked than all a lot! The internet in Acacia is not good. A small problem in our opinion. The location of Karibu Camp in the North Serengeti is ideal for the Mara river Crossing. Is really amazingly near the best spot to see the crossing.
We highly recommend this trip with Soul of Tanzânia.

Magnificent experience
Great experience with Meru from start to finish!
No intermediaries from Spain so the price is more competitive.
The vehicles are maintained as well as possible worrying about your safety.
Our guide and driver Mudi speaks Spanish and knows the roads of the great extensive plains which made us always arrive early to see the animals in the wild.
We were able to see the big 5 (leopard and rhino from a distance as it is complicated and you have to be lucky) but the cheetahs that are more difficult to see we saw them very well, even a crocodile eating a hippopotamus! Highly recommended experience from the drivers Mudi Jackson Jerome Daniel... they will make your experience unforgettable along with the people from the lodges (we hired the luxury version) we do not know what the others will be like but from Meru they will make your stay a great adventure to remember.
