Kilimanjari, THE experience of your life!
5/5

With Noel as a Guide, I always felt confident.
He took the time to talk with us, taling about his culture, the fauna, the flora, etc.
Climbing Kilimanjaro is not an easy task, so when all you have to worry about is reach point B and enjoy the moment it's wonderful! He was always there for us! I will never forget this experience because of Noel! Thank you Noel!!

Great guide , fabulous driver with great guiding knowledge , good food and the holiday of a lifetime
5/5

The whole trip was very well organized . We were cold at night and that was our only complaint . We saw so much , had extra game drives , stopped for photos at every opportunity , and felt safe at all times . Our guide was knowledgeable and if he was uncertain about information would check and get back to us . His rapport with the driver and cook was fabulous and the three of them looked after us so well

In constant contact and very timely. Easy to set up everything. Phionah and her husband Rogers kept us safe and having a great time. The sites and sounds of Uganda were very interesting. The amazing views and friendly people is why I believe it is the Pearl of Africa.

Very well organized
5/5

Pick-up at the hotel in Nairobi, then transport to Masai Mara with a group of other people. One short Safari in the late afternoon of the first day. The second day will be Safari only and on the third in the morning again a quick Safari of about 2 hours. All in all the tour was well organized and we spotted a lot of animals including lions and cheetahs.

A very professional and friendly team, ensuring we had an incredible safari experience in Botswana
5/5

My friends and I booked a five day safari tour with Waterburg Safari.
As soon as we started speaking with the company about our plans for what we wanted out of a safari, we became very pleased that we had found a very professional, friendly, helpful and well organised company, who aimed to give us the best experience possible in Botswana, and we were not disappointed.
Over four months travelling through Africa, I was lucky enough to experience a wide range of safaris in different locations, including Etosha (Namibia), Serengeti and Ngorongoro (Tanzania), Queen Elizabeth and Kidepo (Uganda), and of course Chobe and Okavango Delta (Botswana). So in each of these different safari locations, I experienced different qualities of safari operators, different guides, different levels of organisation, different experiences.
I can honestly say, that out of all of these experiences, Waterburg Safaris really stood out as the best, most friendly, and professionally organised safari company I found in Africa.
Right from the planning stage, where we arrived in Botswana and met with Cally and his wife, who run Waterburg Safari, we found them both very friendly, efficient and understanding of what we were hoping to acheive. Everything was booked and planned through them at very late notice, and the whole safari went off without any problems. We were well looked after by our guide, Cally, who was an excellent and safe driver, had great local knowledge of the area and animals, was patient and adamant to answer all of our questions, he spoke excellent english and he always showed great enthusiasm and drive towards giving us the best experience possible of his country. We were extremely happy to have him as our guide throughout the safari.
Our cook, and assistant to Cally was KT. He made sure we never went hungry, and served us up a delicious variety of meals three times a day, and was always very organised at running the camp each night.
Cally and KT worked really well as a pair, and everyday went above and beyond all of our expectations of them.
I cant say enough of a thankyou to these guys, and of course, Callys wife for giving us such a awesome and unforgettable experience in Botswana.
I would recommend Waterburg Safari to anyone and everyone travelling to Botswana for a safari. They will look after you, and ensure you also get the best value experience possible in the country.

I felt safe, cared for and succeeded in reaching the summit thanks to the expert guides in the team.
5/5

I summited Mount Kilimanjaro with the help of McNoel G Ngoye, a guide who has a great attitude and a constant smile.

I wanted to do something special for my 50th birthday and my experience in Tanzania will stay with me for the rest of my life and the whole team, including the guides, porters and the chef went above and beyond to provide comfort, safety and success. The climb requires more than physical fitness, it requires mental strength and support to succeed. The team knew that and in addition to providing the right food and water, they provided the kind of support that kept you going. Jambo Bwana.

I am going to climb again for my 60th birthday and I want to go with the same team as my first climb.

From help in clearing Customs at JRO, to ground transport to all aspects of the actual climb on the mountain, Wild Root looked after everything. Porters & support staff were professional, friendly and always willing to lend a hand in the different aspects of camp life or the final push to the summit. You can't go wrong in choosing Wild Root as your partner on the Roof of Africa!
