Professional service and flexible with regards to dates
I booked a three-day-trip from Windhoek to Etosha in April. As I had only those three days following a business trip, I was not flexible with regards to dates and I noticed that some other providers only offer certain tours starting on certain days of the week.
People Tours and Safari offered me the dates I wanted and as I was the only customer, it turned out to be private tour just for myself.
Leonard was my guide and he was a very professional, experienced and friendly driver and guide. I felt safe driving with him and he went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Once in the park, he connected online with other guides to find out about animal sightings and to make sure we spot as many species as possible. That way, we managed to see some lions early in the morning and we also spotted some elephants the same day. As my visit took place after the region had experienced some rainfall, it was not as straight forward to see elephants compared to the dry season and I was very pleased we managed to see some. We were also lucky enough to spot a rhino which was another highlight of the day. Driving in a closed off-road vehicle was more comfortable than the open vehicles used by the lodges and gave us the flexibility to spend all day in the park without having to stick to a tight schedule.
During the journey between Windhoek and Etosha, Leonard chose some nice places to eat lunch and I also had the opportunity to grab some last-minute necessities from a supermarket.
Altogether, I really enjoyed those three days with Leonard and I can highly recommend to book a tour with them.

Extremely organised, great communication and value
Arthur was incredible throughout the whole experience. From all the communication and timely reminders prior to our trip to our time at Victoria Falls - Arthur was very organised, extremely punctual (always my favourite trait), knowledgeable about the region from many different aspects. The activities that Arthur picked for us during our visit were of the highest quality, I feel like Arthur throughout the years managed to find the best service providers in the area and he never stops looking for the best value for his customers. This trip organised by Arthur was an excellent experience and I highly recommend ASM to anyone who wishes to come to Africa!

Very kind, helpful and sophisticated
I had safari with this group in March 2024 and Im very satisfied. They are a sophisticated group that could make a wonderful memory in Masai Mara. Ecerything was perfect during 2 and half days with them. The office manager, the driver, the car, the beautiful camp where we stayed 2 nights all were amazing. I hope to have another experience with in future

A memorable safari trip to Tanzania during calving season
We started our Tanzanian safari and it was like stepping into a wonderland. We traveled through wild places, visiting Tarangire, Ndutu, the grand Serengeti for a couple of nights, and the stunning Ngorongoro Crater.
Our hotels were amazing, each with its own charm. Gran Melia Arusha gave us a warm welcome, hinting at the luxury to come. Serena Lake Manyara had incredible views that fit right in with the surroundings. Melia Serengeti was a peaceful hideaway among the animals, and Serena Ngorongoro was a snug place to relax after our exciting days.
But the star of our trip was Justin, our guide. He knew the savannah like the back of his hand and found the Big 5 animals quickly—three on the first day alone! Other guides even followed his lead. Justin wasn’t just about finding animals; he knew all about the land’s history and the balance of nature. He was always there, happy to chat, and super professional. He made our trip special with his friendly attitude and constant kindness. One amazing moment was when Justin spotted a group of lions that we couldn’t see. He guessed they were getting ready to hunt. He was right—later, we saw over 30 lions eating a bison. It was an intense and rare sight, showing the raw side of nature.
Our visit was during the calving season, so we saw lots of baby animals. It was a soft side to the wildness we saw with the lions. We got to see the full circle of life, from babies being cared for to predators in action.
Our safari was a mix of beautiful views, fancy hotels, and the best guidance. Being part of nature’s flow was special, and Justin played a big part in making our trip unforgettable. If you want to explore Africa’s heart, this safari will stay with you forever.

Very friendly and customer centered tour operator
Meshack and the team are very friendly and quick to respond. I chose to do a multiple day group safari and spent a couple days on zanzibar. I was added to a group of people. Everyone booked through another company. Travel wise offers the tours for a budget price. You can get a more budget price at other organisations, but Travel wise really stood out for me because of their customer service. They take the wishes of the customer into account and build a travel plan from there. No request was too crazy. Also, a lot of things were included in the price, like transportation to the airport. I would choose this company again if i go back to Tanzania!
The group safari brings you to beautiful scenery and close encounters to animals. It is an amazing experience! Zanzibar is very relaxed and has stunning beaches. The combination Safari and zanzibar were a great combination!
