1. Excellent sales Erick. He is the most professional and patient among all the operators we contacted. Always respond quickly and politely.
2. Excellent guide Champion. He has much knowledge of animals and is willing to help us catch a nearer photo of the animals. Also he is patient about finding them, we go back to lodges until sun goes down.

Really good guidance through out the entire time
The tour is a must! Definitely one of the highlights of Johanesburg. Our guide, Prince, was really nice, polite and knowledgeable.

Great customer service
This was my second safari in Akagera nations park with Lion Safaris and will continue to use them in the future (I live in Rwanda, so great to have a company to recommend when friends and family visit). Gerald made sure our interactions and encounters with people were authentic. Of course his passion for and knowledge of the animals was a highlight but learning about the local culture/customs was the most memorable part of the trip. Gerald expertly took care of the needs of my teens up to my 81 yo mother!

Knowledgeable and Friendly Tour
Lion safaris' Emile took us for an overnight ride in the Akagera national Park.
