Great Experience!
The organisation was good, and the answers to my questions came quickly.
However, I still had to ask about the tour time the night before, at around 21:00 hrs, as well as about the payment, which had already been received.
Benzo, my tour guide, arrived at 08:30 instead of the confirmed time of 10:30 hrs. Unfortunately, he had to wait, as I had been planning to visit Kigali beforehand.
Despite this, Benzo did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting and useful information throughout the trip. I was very satisfied with his service and enjoyed the tour.

Some guides like Tom were perfect {5 *) Some others like Raimon were rude and didn’t pay attentIon of us. But all of them tried to do the best for good spottings

Patient pre‑trip planning, excellent guide
The team was thoughtful and patient during our pre‑trip communication when planning our safari itinerary. Our guide was absolutely fantastic — we managed to see all the animals we hoped to spot, and he adjusted our schedule according to our requests. The price is reasonable.
Just a heads-up: be mentally prepared for possible power cuts when staying inside the Serengeti camps. Facilities there are limited, which is something we cannot avoid.
Good experience
It was a pretty good tour. The guides were knowledgeable and gave interesting facts. We saw 4 of the big 5. You have to get up pretty early to leave at 5:30 every morning. You get a packed breakfast which is Ok and you stop off at restaurants for lunch.

Very knowledgeable guides
We had a fantastic week of safari in Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorogoro. The density of wildlife was amazing and our guide Jordan was very knowledgeable and skilled. Great food too!

Great experience
We did a 5-day camping safari, in Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide, Jordan, was brilliant - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and a good driver and mechanic, which was needed on the road to the Serengeti! We saw the big 5 and many more thanks to Jordan’s experience and skill. He was patient with our many questions and good humoured to boot. The wildlife was wonderful with amazing landscapes as well.
Food was plentiful and decent (thank you Samson and James), and camping facilities were not too bad, although in Serengeti and Ngorongoro the showers and toilets were pretty dirty and hot water nonexistent. These were shared campsites though, and this is understandable given how remote the locations are.
The car was quite comfortable with good big windows for viewing the wildlife, and a fridge with plenty of water provided, even plugs for charging electricals. Felt in need of a bit of TLC though - in particular none of the seatbelts worked which felt quite unsafe on some of the roads.
Worth bearing in mind that the drive to the Serengeti is long, very dusty, and VERY bumpy, so spending more than a night in the Serengeti might feel like it is more worth the drive.

Jules was a knowledgeable, passionate guide who made our safari unforgettable.
We had a great experience with JungleRoam Safari! Everything was well organized, from the logistics to the accommodation and activities, making the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. We chose a good-value package and felt it was definitely worth the money. Jules was a great guide, knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure we had a fantastic safari experience. Overall, a great balance of quality, service, and price. Would definitely recommend JungleRoam Safari!

Decent company, excellent staff!
Pretty good food (looked better than other lunches we saw) and great driving and guiding from Jordan who is extremely skilled and patient!
The car could have done with more maintenance — critically working seatbelts, aircon to combat the dusty roads, and seats that aren’t beginning to fall apart. However the main thing we came for is safari, and safari we got indeed! Saw loads and loads of animals and birds, and impressively, Jordan could name them all.
Better communication and organisation would also help.
I want to emphasize that all the improvements suggested above are on the company/admin side. The staff with us throughout were amazing.
