A trip beyond our wildest dreams! A trip of a lifetime!
Even at the very first conversation, Anthony has responded quickly, friendly and professionally to all our questions. Without a moment's hesitation, he helped us tailor this safari experience to our needs and thanks to that we had an amazing honeymoon. With a smile on his face, we met at the airport and we knew we were in great hands. Nothing but smooth sailing from that point on, from start till finish.
Our driver, Richard, was extremely knowledgeable about the animals. We could ask him any question we'd like and he'd be able to answer them. Richard even had a 'rule': "100 questions per day", which we obliged to. Not a single one he was unable to answer! Not only answering the questions about animals but spotting them while driving gained him the nickname "Eagle Eyes". He always knew when to wait for the best opportunity to spot the animals and how to position the car for taking the best photo.
All in all an experience that vastly surpassed our expectations, which gave us a honeymoon we will never forget. A trip of a lifetime.
We will definitely come back for another safari, and we will choose this tour operator within a heartbeat.

5 week safari holiday in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Tanzania.
Encompass Africa were superb in every respect. Being a lengthy safari trip in many countries our holiday had many moving parts including being met in each new location (18 flights), ground transport arrangements, tours organised, accomodation booked etc. The entire holiday went like clockwork, without a glitch. The selected safari camps were superb being a combination of tented and more permanent types and every single one of them have many positive points to recommend them.
The wildlife we were introduced to in all locations was absolutely mind blowing and the selected camps were exactlythe experience that was requested in every case.
This trip was the realisation of a 50 plus year dream for me and it lived up to its hype and then some - I am genuinely besotted by Africa and our experience was fabulous in everyway thanks to Encompass Africa.

What an Amazing Nine Week Trip!!
Clyde and Rob were both great to communicate with even though we are on the other side of the world in Australia. We used Skype mainly to talk and plan. Right from the beginning, we were very impressed with their wealth of knowledge for our destinations (Madagascar, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia) and how quickly they identified our needs and designed an itinerary that was within our budget. Their exceptional customer service and follow-up continued throughout our trip using Whatsapp and Messenger. We were provided with both hard copy documentation and electronic support using the travel key app. Their choices in accommodation and guides were excellent. Our four-week self-drive tour in Namibia was fantastic and we are very grateful to Clyde for recommending that we drive ourselves. Enjoyed our Ugandan Safari
We really enjoyed our 8 day Ugandan Safari. The accommodation was better than expected, meals were great, and experience even better! We had our own driver and it made getting around very easy. The only thing we wish was a bit better was communication regarding minor changes. Overall great experience. Thanks!

Love it. Masai Mara is incredible.
Masai Mara is beautiful. I love that Kenya is taking steps to protect its wildlife by taking a hard stance against poaching, against hunting safari, against eating / selling game meat. The animals in Masai are beautiful and abundant, you can see that they are living a satisfied life.
I love it, and I want to be back again.

Amazing once in a lifetime adventure!
I cannot say enough good words about Starluck Safaris, the operator James or our guide Kennedy. They are top notched and provided an amazing safari on short notice with excellent accomodations at a fair price.
Let me start with a little background. We originally booked with "Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris (KWSS)" in August 2018 for a safari to begin August 22, 2019. Exactly two weeks before our safari, KWSS sent an email saying they were no longer able to provide our requested service. Needless to say we were shocked and angry, and our confidence in booking on line shattered.
This was to be THE trip of our lifetimes, long saved for.
After deliberations we looked for another operator who could fit us in on short notice and conform to our prearranged flights.
It was such that we had the very good fortune to find Starluck!
Not only could Starluck fit us in on our original schedule, they were able to provide a customized 10-day safari superior to what we had originally booked.
Given our previous scam we were nervous until we met James in the lobby of our hotel and he gave us a copy of the agreed upon itinerary, our lodge vouchers, and an explanation on how it would all unfold.
We met our driver/guide Kennedy the next morning and left for what would be an absolutely wonderful and amazing experience. We visited Amboseli, Aberdare, Simburu, Lake Nakuru and Masa Mara parks and preserves.
The accommodations were first rate and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and the food excellent with much variety to choose from.
Kennedy was a superstar! He not only safely negotiated the chaotic and hectic Kenyan traffic and subpar roads with skill, he was very personable, friendly and courteous, and we learned much about Kenya and its cultures as we traveled.
Kennedy was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and ardently found the wildlife even the harder ones to find such as leopards.
Starluck, James and Kennedy saved our dream trip of our lifetimes and we are deeply indebted to them.
