Unforgettable Experience with a serious Safari Agency
5/5

We booked our Private Safari from France with Lenox who helped us to customize the trip. Lenox had immediatly known what we expected and tried to help us with profesionalism. Lenox is not of those consultant with agresiv approach.
The safari was conform to our expectations and Lenox designed us Dennis as a driver. The relationship with the driver is important for a 7 days Safari. Dennis is not only a driver, his knowledge of Safari and characteristics of Animals was precious. Dennis's know-how is exceptional! He is a friendly guy with a good philosophy " i am happy if you are happy" he always take care of us all along the trip. We recomend you this Agency so serious!

Let's start by saying that respect for time is not the strong point of this tour operator. Our plan provided that we just arrived at Dar Es Salaam at 6:45 pm and we should leave for Selus Reserve. Instead we had to wait for another tourist at 7.30am. Then until 9:00 am in Es Salaam, because the driver had to pick up the food he needed for the cook inside the camp. Then we finally got off and half starada waited for about 1 and a half hour another driver who changed the way to ours. In all of this, we arrived at Hoppo Camp at 4.30pm. And as a lunch we were served a cold and black chicken thigh, a plate of cold fries and a bit of salad. At dinner, a dish of spaghetti with Bolognese inedible. The next day the safari went well even though the lunch provided another cold and black chicken thigh, a sandwich, a yogurt and a banana. On the last day, after breakfast, a short half-hour walk around the camp, another 5-hour trip to the airport. I absolutely do not recommend this tour operator.

Excellent first safari in Mikumi
5/5

We made our first safari with Usambara Expedition in Mikumi Park
It was a very nice and good time with Mike!
We had everything booked by internet, we were always in touch with the agency, very responsive and very serious: no worries!
They picked us up at the hotel in Dar es Salaam, then headed for Mikumi
Mike was an excellent driver and a very good guide! And we spent 3 lovely days with him
We were staying at the Camp Bastian, a very nice establishment 20 minutes from the park
Everything went very well, we loved this beautiful experience!
I highly recommend!
Thank you Usambara Exp and thank you Mike !!
If in the future, I return to make a safari in Tanzania, I will go back without hesitation by this agency !!

An unforgettable safari and beach holiday in Tanzania
5/5

We traveled to Tanzania with my two adult children and my daughter's boyfriend. We all really enjoyed our trip and had a wonderful holiday in Tanzania. Our guide was outstanding and did his utmost to ensure we saw everything there was to see, with excellent views always close to the action. He was also fun to be with and he got on well with all of us. The safari itself was amazing and unforgettable. Our accommodation was excellent and we especially loved the Tortillis camp which, although tented, was gloriously comfortable and exotic.

Thank you for all your hard work on our behalf and for helping to provide a once-in-a-lifetime holiday.

Uganda - spectacular country, diverse wildlife, wonderful people
5/5

We were extremely satisfied with our safari on every level.
Firstly, our guide Eric was a lovely person and very knowledgeable about gorillas, having undertaken gorilla habituation himself, but also about local economics, politics, social issues etc so we had lots of interesting conversations along the way. He was also an expert wildlife spotter and we are still stunned at how he managed to spot tree-climbing lions over half a kilometre away with the naked eye - whilst driving!
The standard of accommodation was above our expectations and we especially enjoyed the Birds Next Lodge at Lake Bunyonyi and the Kasenyi Safari Camp.
The variety of wildlife experiences was excellent with chimp tracking, games drives and birdlife on top of the gorilla tracking, whereas many safaris we looked at were offering gorillas only.
The country itself is spectacular and the scenery - mountains, jungles, tea plantations, deep red soil - it worth seeing in its own right.
Lastly, we found the Ugandan people to be extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and polite and made our trip a wonderful experience overall.
I strongly recommend this safari to those considering it.

to be in good hands, 3-days last minute Safary to Serengeti
5/5

We booked a last minute Flyin Safari to Serengeti. Mwajabu Sultan and her crew were very helpful and made our trip to Tanzania unforgettible. From the booking till the end of our trip to Serengeti they have taken care about us. We got picked up at the airport on the arrival day. Next morning a driver came to bring us to the domestic airport, we got well instructed in advance. Mwajabu herself was always in contact with us and is very well networked with Domestic airlines and Safari companys. Specially we apreciate the choice of a responsible eco-tourism company, luxury tendet camp on a beautyful landscape. Her arrangement for us was just great and well organized, we felt very safe and enjoyed as much as possible. By the end of the tour we got accompanied to our next destination. Thank you so much dear Mwajabu and team, you was the best choice!

15 Day Safari Arranged by the Best Company!!!
5/5

Our family went on Safari with World Air Travel and Tours in June of 2017 and we can't say enough about the professionalism, responsiveness, and care that Elias and John put into making our trip, a dream come true.
I started working with Elias in the planning of our trip for over a year, and he was always prompt to respond to my multiple questions, and offered many suggestions to better accommodate our budget, our time, and what we were hoping to accomplish.
John, our incredible driver and guide, after spending 11 days together, became part of our family! he is extremely knowledgable of the region, the animals, the history, and he is very patient and friendly.
We had the time of our lives, and everything in our trip went just perfect, all thanks to Elias and John.

Memorable Experience in Kenya and Tanzania with Seven by Far
5/5

In Jul-17, my husband and I completed a 14-day, 13-night safari in Kenya and Tanzania with Seven by Far Travel.
Our itinerary was Nairobi (1 night), Lake Nakuru (1 night), Masai Mara (3 nights), Serengeti (2 nights), Ngorongoro Crater (2 nights), Lake Manyara (1 night), Amboseli (2 nights), Nairobi (1 night).
We enjoyed every minute of it. We saw so much .... Leopard feasting on its kill up a tree, black and white rhino, lions feasting on wildebeest, tree-climbing lions, many close encounters with lion, leopard, elephant, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, hippo, Impala, various gazelle, and birds of all types and size. A fantastic experience!
Our communications with Sylvester Sala, manager of Seven by Far were impeccable. We had many, many questions which were always answered overnight or earlier with great patience. We were met at Jomo Kenyatta Airport by Sylvester even though he was married the previous day and should have been on his honeymoon. From then on we were looked after by Seven by Far until they dropped us at the airport for departure.
Ours was a private tour ... Just the 2 of us in a 4x4 Landcruiser with our driver. This suited us just fine as I am a keen photographer and we could spend as long as we liked at each sighting. This is consistent with Seven by Far's motto "touring for like-minded people". I'm sure we were the envy of those packed 6-8 in lodge or camp vehicles. The land cruisers, though not always the newest, were the best option (better than a minivan I'm sure) as we spent many hours negotiating bumpy, dusty dirt roads.
We had 3 drivers ... Pascal for Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara; then Cosmos for the Tanzanian section; and finally Moses for Amboseli and back to Nairobi. All were different personalities but all were very good spotters and extremely knowledgeable about the animals, birds and flora. We learned a lot ... Thanks guys!!
For our level of tour all the accommodation was very acceptable and the service outstanding ... The 5-star Sarova Stanley at Nairobi, the Sopa Lodges at Lake Nakuru, Serengeti, Ngorongoro; the Serenade Lodge at Lake Manyara; and the de-luxe tented camps Ilkeliani at Masai Mara, Kibo at Amboseli. We found Seven by Far to be flexible as far as accommodation offered ... Within reason one can choose between budget up to to quite luxurious accommodation.
Overall I have no hesitation in recommending Seven by Far for a safari tour in this part of the world.

Terrible experience, safaris not as agreed on at all.
1/5

We had a very bad experience with Wildebeest safaris and Noah. The safari was not as promised at all. First of all, we had agreed on 4 hour gamedrives on the both first and the third day. Both these days we only spent only 2 hours in the national park. Secondly, our guide, Anthony, did not interact with the clients at all and did not treat the animals with respect. He went off road very often, which is prohibited, and disturbed animals by getting extremely close. Third, our 'semi-luxoury camp' had no electricity and no running water most of the time and if there was, the water had a brown colour.

When we emailed Noah to express our disappointment after our safari, all he did was offer us to go with his company again on our next trip, which is something I would never do again. Noah said he mixed up the itinerarys of a private and a joined safari, however, the itinerary he sent us before was named joined safari and he had confirmed about lengths of the gamedrives after I had specifically asked him. When we insisted on a partial refund for missing out on half of the safari time on two days, Noah simply ignored this and stopped replying.

I won't recommend anyone to ever use this company for a safari.
