What an incredible experience we had exploring Namibia! From the moment we started planning the trip with Johan, we knew we were in good hands. He really listened to what we wanted to see and experience, and put together an absolutely perfect two-week itinerary.
The lodges and camps they organised for me and my partner were all top-notch. We stayed in so many luxurious places in Etosha, Damaraland and Swakopmund and could not fault any of them. The service was outstanding and if you're worried about the food don't be because it's stunning, some of the best we've had anywhere in the world.
One of the reasons we booked with Secret Namibia is because they seemed to offer so many different activities and we weren't disappointed.
Seeing the desert-adapted elephants in Damaraland was magical, and climibing the dunes of Sossusvlei at sunrise was surreal. Etosha is everything we thought it would be and we spotted everything from lions to massive herds of elephant and zebra. A special mention to the guides as well because they really made the trip and were so knowledgeable and friendly.
The booking process was also effortless and Johan and his team really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It was also very reassuring to know that they were available to contact 24/7 on safari and it's clear that this company has lots of experience and incredible connections across Namibia to craft such a seamless high-end experience.
Our only regret is that we never booked for longer as there was still so many places we wanted to explore! Hoping to return to Namibia in the near future and would 1000% book with Secret Namibia again. Fantastic experience.

Wonderful Safari experience!
They made it very easy to book our Safari to Aquila Game Reserve! It was great value for our money! We got notified about everything & even got a call the day before confirming our transfer time! Our transfer driver was wonderful & everything at Aquila Game was amazing! We were so happy we chose the Premier Lodge room. It was big with a view overlooking the Reserve and we saw numerous animals as we sat on our balcony! Each Game Drive was different & we saw the animals in different areas of the Reserve. Beautiful scenery while on our Drives! The wine & snacks midway through the evening drives was a nice touch! I was nervous about this booking & if it would live up to our expectations. But, it exceeded our expectations! Thank you for everything!

The customer service was top notch and our driver/guide,Rocky is a total rock star!
The chef,Tito and Maleo were also exceptional.They went above and beyond throughout our safari.
We could not have asked for a more attentive team or staff.

The staff, wildlife, adventure, and stars were absolutely incredible! I enjoyed problem solving and immersing myself in a more rugged yet fascinating world of lifestyle and culture. Would definitely recommend it!

Kind, seamless service
Even before we arrived, they were in touch to make sure that we were coordinated. Even though we had to cross borders, it was smooth and easy. They arranged an incredible Chobe National Park tour with one of the top guides in the region. The safari was the trip of a lifetime! We plan to come back again!

Excellent service from start to finish
All staff at Ozon light tours were always very helpful. Issa is the best guide one could have! We could not have asked for a better guide. He took care of us at all times and made sure we are safe. He always tried his best to make our dreams come true during the game drive altough sometimes it was out of his control. He is very kind, responsible and knowlegeable. He made our vacation in Tanzania unforgettable. We will miss him and will definitely ask for him again when we return to Tanzania. Thank you Issa & Ozone!

What a wonderful experience! Nuhu and Winfrida from the office have been of a great help whilst planning our holiday to Tanzania and Zanzibar! They were very informative and planned everything to our expectations and beyond! They corresponded via emails with me in a very short time after requesting information. To top everything, they deployed Issa as our guide for the Safari experience and the two day town tour, which was exceptional! Issa was very kind to us, made sure we were comfortable and made his utmost to make our Safari experience an incredible one. Really helpful staff from start to finish.
It is a lifetime experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives for sure. They were very helpful from start to finish. I cannot not mention the guide we had. ISSA is a great guide with a lot of experience. He makes the holiday especially the safari 10 times better ! He gets into detail about every animal you see and gets out of his way to make the client happy. We really recommend ISSA to anyone who is traveling to Tanzania with Ozone Light Tours.

The experience with tall masai was incredible. We wanted budget safari tour for 6 days and we got awesome experience, that was the same or better than other expensive safaris. We received authentic safari car with excellent and very skilled driver. Communication with tall masai was excellent. They wrote me every day how IT was going. They even helped me to buy a train ticket (which is nôt that easy for Non kenyans.

Impressive trip perfectly organized
We were travelling as a couple in March. Friends had recommendet My Kilimanjaro to us. Max advised us there and put together a seven-day migrationsafari. We saw a lot, including the Ndudu region and the Ngorongoro Crater. We did a walking safari in Tarangire National Park. We were allways led by Reggie, a great guide. He knew his way around perfectly, was able to answer all questions and allways tried to
show us new highlights.
The lodges were well chosen. The nights in the tents were impressive, when you could hear the lions roaring almost „on the doorstep“.
Although it was in the wilderness the tents were comfortably eqipped. The food was very good and varied. We were also axcellently supplied on the way with lunch boxes that were constantly being new put together by the lodges and with tea, coffee and water.
All in all, an unforgettable experience. We would travel with this operator again and again.
