We had a great time on our 6-day safari,
5/5

We had a great time on our 6-day safari, which included stops at Maasai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli. We received tasty and safe food, a friendly and knowledgeable driver and guide, and wonderful service all for a reasonable price. Of course, there is also an abundance of amazing wildlife experiences in this lovely nation. Additionally, we went to Naivasha, a lake that was well worth our time.

Perfect self drive Namibian itinerary organiser
5/5

Allison organised an idyllic 14 day self drive itinerary. My husband and I knew very little about Namibia and found it very difficult to plan our trip until discovering Great Explorations Namibia. The booking process was very straightforward and Allison replied to enquiries very promptly. Our accommodation was varied and always well located, clean, comfortable and safe. Some of the lodges and camps were so gorgeous I felt like a millionaire and yet the cost was very reasonable.

Namibia itself was so much more than we expected. The landscapes were dramatic and stunning. No one can take bad photos in Namibia. And the animals... We encountered animals and birds everywhere. I was moved to tears watching a mob of elephants interacting with each other at a waterhole in Etosha. I could have stayed forever.

Our itinerary was very well judged with appropriate driving hours. Everyone we met was friendly, courteous and professional. All activities were interesting and very enjoyable.

Our 14 days went by in a flash and we have so many wonderful memories and photos to cherish.

Great Explorations Namibia made our wonderful holiday possible and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

One day safari trip from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi.
5/5

It was a real pleasure to deal with Plex Africa Safaris for this one day trip to Mikumi national park and back. The communication was easy and efficient. The driver was on time and very knowledgeable of the park and its animals. If you are up for an extraordinary adventure, I strongly recommend Plex Africa Safaris.

Great experience with Safari 2 Gorilla Tours
5/5

I had a great experience during my 4-day trip to Nyungwe National Park for chimpanzee trekking and to Kahuzi Biega National Park (DRC) for lowland gorilla trekking. Everything was well organised and I was really lucky to see the animals!

A local Masaai with a lot of knowledge about the environment, nature, animals. Off the beaten track!
5/5

Roko Safaris is concerned with almost everything you can think about. Your best holiday experience is the start of their day! Very very reliable personnel too.
We did a trekking at the Ngorongoro highlands (Olmoti crater, Empakaai, Lengai, Engare Sero) with tents, cook, guide and donkeys.
After that we travelled along lake Natron to a beautiful remote tented camp at the hot springs.
Along the way we hd very nice visits to a school and local communities (Masaai boma and villiges). Roko is a local Masaai and knows the do’s and dont’s.
A wonderfull experience for those who want to experience a down to earth holiday with a lot of contact with the local way of life.
We are experienced Africa travellers and this is onde of the best we ever had in years! We are dutch and love also the the very high value for money.

Very flexible and reliable
5/5

We had two very special days with Going Green Safari! On our first day we headed to Mikumi National Park in the early morning from Daressalam with Lenard, our tour facilitator. Lenards car was very comfortable and we could still get some sleep before arriving for our game drive. At the park, we saw lions, giraffes, elephants, hippos and many other animals. After a successful day at the park, Lenard brought us to the small town of Morogoro (Soweto Village Hotel) to stay the night there. Our hotel had good food and was clean and comfortable and is only a 20 Minute drive away from the starting point of our hike on day 2. The hike itself leads through luscious green landscape and is guided by a very nice tour guide. You get to meet the villagers of the Uluguru mountains when passing by on your way to a waterfall at the top. That was definitely one of the highlights for me. It was offered to us to swim in the waterfall but we did decided against it as the villagers are sourcing their drinking water from the river that springs at the fall. The way to the waterfall is mostly providing shadow. However, keep in mind that under the sun, it can get quite hot. You will be rewarded though when reaching the falls.

Thanks again for the great experience, Lenard!

I can highly recommend Land and Lake. Very well organized trip. We had great experiences as a self-drive safari. The rental car Toyota Hilux that Land and Lake provided us with was very, very good. Communication during the trip worked perfectly and quickly via WhatsApp

A Namibian safari we will never forget - amazing landscape, animals, culture, perfectly organized
5/5

Initially we did not really know what to expect, so we bombarded Kubwa Five Safaris with what might have been considered to be an unreasonable amount of questions - where to go, what would we see, where would we stay, and who would travel with us. Every time we asked a question the team responded incredibly quickly and were happy to answer the many follow-up questions that we had. Ultimately, we decided to travel as a couple with one of their local guides who would accompany us and drive us from location to location over the course of our 12 day trip. The Kubwa Five Safaris team were happy to customize the itinerary to make the absolute most of our time in wonderful Namibia (even when we asked them to add a last minute game drive before going to the airport to fly home). Our guide Angelo did an amazing job looking after us. Not only did he take the pressure away from the daily driving on unpaved roads, but he was our nature/cultural/city/history expert, and with him our unforgettable trip exceeded our every expectation. We started on a high at a private game reserve, before spending a further three days in Etosha National Park. After having spent two interesting days in Damaraland we moved on to Swakopmund with the German history before tackling the dunes in a 4x4 around Walvis Bay. Our final couple of days were spent in Deadvlei climbing "Big Daddy", overnighting in the Kalahari, before returning to Windhoek for the flight home... twelve amazing days filled with experiences of a lifetime and we cannot thank Kubwa Five Safaris enough for being with us every step of the journey. We are already thinking of where to go next with this amazing agency :-)
