Adventurous
They make time for you to see all animals that comes along and taking pictures. I’ve seen all the big five, some at closer distance. Be prepared for a bumpy ride which is kinda fun but also a little dusty and the food they offer is very good.

Exciting
It was very exciting, we got to see the big five. The guides were talented and very educated. It was also great service, they made time for us to take pictures, offered good food etc.

Recommended through a friend,We travelled To Northcoast Mombasa for Boyfriends Birthday in June 2024 and had the best experience with our selection of Hotel.
We had a tight budget and Joseph helped us navigate through and customized a package that perfectly fit our Budget
We stayed 2 nights 3 days at Neptune Beach Hotel ,located on the shores of Bamburi beach.I initially had less expectations but ended up liking it more
We checked in earlier that normal check-in time as we arrived early morning and the hotel was kind enough to allow us early check in
Later we woke up and requested for a better view hotel & to our surpise they agreed to shift us at no extra cost
The menu's fitted our requirements and we had access to an All Inclusive package that included unlimited alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks,beers ,food and snacks.
The Hotel Rooms were clean and equipped with all accessories including a blow drier,a kettle to fix coffeee and a fridge
The linen sheets were changed frequently and the Housekeeping staff was very kind with us
Pool area was well maintained with clean towels.We had full access to the beach and enjoyed beautiful sundowners in the evenings enjoying our cocktails
Staff generally were my favorite part - they were friendly and very committed to supporting us - big shout out to Joseph house keeping,Frederick at the bar,Lilian from the reception and the Chefs at the restaurant
Our taxi -Martin Luther was also in time both picking us and dropping us off.Thank you Joseph for making our trip super amazing and I definately look forward to travelling again with Royal Choice
