Very nice and serious Tour Operator. Amazing organization and seriousness
I was in contact with Midian and many more Tour operators from my country, Spain.
Something was telling me to take Midian as our conversations sounded from the beginning very trustable and serious.
For price points, the same. Since it was my first safari adventure, i was not willing to spend so much money and Midian ( African Cheetah CEO ) did a very good job to adapt my trip to the budget i was expecting to spend.
It’s more, he made our journey increíble and memorable. The hotels where we stayed were amazing ( lodges and camps ) - food was also VERY nice and whole organization with the driver he provided.
We enjoyed so much and we saw so many wild animals that we are already planing another safari with Midian for more time next year in Spanish Language this time with some friends.
Midian can organize tours with guides&drivers speaking : Spanish, French, German and italian ( aside of English obviously !! )

Basic itinerary elements were not delivered as agreed upon but nice overall trip
We did a 5-day safari with Simba Expeditions to Kidepo National Park in uganda. Although the trip and especially the nature were overall very nice, we encountered several issues with the tour operator, that left a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
For example, our itinerary and invoice clearly included a landcrusier vehicle but on the day of the safari we got a different car type (that was less comfortable and would usually cost less than what we paid for). When we raised the issue with Simba expeditions, the only solution they offered was to stop the trip immediately (after we have already been on the road for several hours) return to Kampala and get a full refund. Obviously, this was not an option for us, as it is impossible to organize another safari on such short notice.
Apart from a few if those issues, the trip and nature we experienced was really great.

Excellent 2 days of safari
They really are a great operator. We have hired the service from Spain online for 2 days in Massai Mara and it has been wonderful. Super nice and informing us about how everything was and helping us. Recommended 100%

Outstanding safari guide with knowledge of tracking and finding animals.
On safari with Jartan from Masai Mara to the Serengeti in Kenya and Tanzania, our group was able to spot several leopards and cheetahs and we'll over one hundred lions walking in close proximity to our safari vehicle, in addition to many elephants, zebras, giraffes, etc. He is an outstanding guide who I would travel with again on the future.

Very professional and people oriented
We spent 5 wonderful days exploring the wildlife and beautiful landscapes of Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Rose was incredibly helpful, fully grasping our needs and the type of safari vacation we desired. She ensured everything went smoothly by checking in with us at the end of each day or before transfers. Her patience was commendable as we adjusted our itinerary several times. Prior to choosing Janus Safari, we received offers from various agencies, but communication was lacking, and the prices were beyond our budget.
Thanks to Janus Safari, we are leaving Tanzania with wonderful memories.

It was not nice trip at all
The guides guy wasted time as much he could. He didn't pay attention to our question and
we didn't get a chance to find the male lion at the same day another car got this chance. We saw some animals from far destination coz of the bad coordinating with the others. He didn't make any effort to give us a nice tour . Finally he requested to get tip for the good job!!!

Best trip to Masai Mara
The safari was well organised and the Captains are very helpful and speaks excellent English.. Both Kevin and Johny made our trip most memorable and very reliable and humble during the days.. Definitely recommend for anyone who is planning to visit Masai Mara..
