Greatest safari experience I've ever had!
5/5

We've just returned from the most incredible 8-day Migration Safari that Ernest Chiwanga of Worldwide Safaris led for our group of ten (which included our twin 11-year old grandsons!). I must say that given all the safaris I have been on over the past years (and there have been more than 15 of them!), this was by far the most incredible in many ways. The destinations they chose for us and the guides who patiently drove us for miles across the Tanzanian bush were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and engaging - especially with the young boys traveling with us. The array of wildlife and the unique sightings were among the most prolific and exciting I have ever seen -- among the highlights we witnessed were one active lion kill, the crossing of what must have been hundreds of thousands of wildebeest across the Mara River with 4 being taken by crocodiles (although I'm sure we saw over a million in total!), the immediate aftermath of a lion kill that attracted hyenas and vultures surrounding our vehicles, leopards dragging their kill up a tree, and lions sleeping in a tree were sights I had never witnessed before. And then there were the cultural visits that put many things into perspective for us -- our visit to a Massai community was enlightening, and our visit to a local school at the end of our safari was inspiring. Thank you for this wonderful experience -- and for accommodating the children as well as you all did. Your organization was impeccable, and your team, exceptional. I plan to return soon.

Nice tour, friendly & helpful guide. All expectations were exceeded, especially enjoyed the good time at the campfire with Andre! Definitely will book the next tour with Impala Tours.

Trip to Gcadikwe Island, Botswana
5/5

In July we spent two nights at Impala Tours’ Gcadikwe Camp situated in the midst of the Okavango Delta in Botswana. Directly surrounded by the impressive diversity of nature, one felt very comfortable sleeping in the spacious tents listening to the elephants and hippos browsing placidly next to you. The food was excellent and left nothing to be desired. Even in the peaceful seclusion of the bush some electricity was provided by a small solar station to charge a camera at the reception-tent if needed.
During boat tours we saw hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalos and all types of birds and antelopes at close range… and beautifully coloured sunsets.
The tour guides were competent and all the staff were more than obliging and friendly.
It was a fantastic trip and very recommendable, anytime again!!

Wonderful experience
5/5

from the time we requested a quote communication was excellent. Magda met us at the Airport and introduced us to our guide, Jackson who was a very good and obliging guide for the next 6 days. We especially loved the Safari camps we stayed at. the food was so freSh and delicious and the staff great. BUT best of all was the animals - we saw so much - just brilliAnt. Including the Big 5 and the tail end of the migration. Highly recommend Flash.

Incredible
5/5

Congratulations! You've decided to go on Safari where you will have the best trip of life - seriously. Now you have to decide what tour operator to go with. If you want some large commercial tourist shop to take you Worldwide Safaris is not for you. If you want a personalized adventure, with friendly, passionate and thoughtful guides/drivers then call Ernest! There are no guarantees on safari, but give yourself the best opportunity to see the highest quality wildlife by going with an operator that has true local knowledge and, despite seeing it all by now, still get excited by the simple joys of the bush like watching a giraffe drinking water, finding baby warthogs or watching a leopard nap in a tree.

Maybe it was luck, or maybe it was Worldwide Safaris, but we really saw it all: lion kill, river crossing, the big 5 (we had single day where we saw the entire big 5 in one day), big animals, little animals, birds, interesting plants, Masai village, etc... Whether you have a specific interest or your group has mixed interests you can relax and enjoy your vacation knowing that Worldwide Safaris will take care of you.

I will definitely call Ernest and Worldwide Safaris when I go back to experience more of what Africa and Tanzania have to offer.

I had an excellent hike in Aberdares NP, the crew took good care of me at all time.
4/5

I booked online from Norway and the communication was excellent. Everything went as planned. The pickup in Nairobi, luggage store, the hike itself and drop off at friends in Muhoti was preformed as planned. The crew was excellent company during the hike (I was the only client and could easily felt lonely) and took very good care of me. I can recommend Archtreksafaris for others.

A perfect package of safari experience for Botswana
5/5

From the moment we showed our interest in one of the safari tour packages offered by Roho Ya Chui, Ute was very efficient in helping us organize what we had dreamed of. Several questions we asked by e-mail over the first few days were immediately answered in person by her, and it was this responsible reaction which made us decide on the tour rather quickly. Being immediately convinced that we were getting a reliable package with the best itinerary, we didn't even search for any other operators or tours.

The safari trips itself in Botswana (Okavango Delta, Savuti and Chobe) was a succession of unforgettable experiences. Even compared with our previous safari trips in Kenya and Tanzania, this time gave us much more diversified animal and landscape sightings, and we were extremely impressed by the quality of the safari guides offered at each of the camps we stayed. We saw all the animals we wanted to see to our full content (except for a cheetah).

5-day safari trip (Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire).
4/5

We had planned a 5 day long safari. The prize was the best available. Arrangements were also good. We would begin our safari after visiting Mwanza. We would have to pay entry fees only once.
Organizer
The Organizer Mobutu offered a very good price for the safari. At first we were doubtful. Could someone offer a good safari trip so cheaply? Finding out that he was actually an old schoolmate of our internship supervisor Simon Kitereja, we gained the trust and paid most of the services in advance. We had some money transferring problems, but he kindly guided us through several banks and places for us to be able to pay for Ngorongoro and the company services.
Guide
Our guide Samuel was a professional. He knew everything we asked him. He even knew the history of the natural parks. With his eagle eyes he spotted various animals from sleeping lions to road-crossing tortoise.
Only negative thing we can come up with is the fact that our guide and driver got along little too well, sometimes forgetting us clients while talking to each other or on breaks. However, that didn’t happen too many times, and we didn’t miss any animals because of that. Other times he was very good at customer service. He understood our needs.
Cook
Our cook Suddy was truly a professional. The food was amazingly good. The food was also ready in schedule. We never had to spend the precious safari time waiting for food. It was especially unbelievable, how he could turn even the simplest soups into a delicious dish, which we will no doubt miss back in Finland. There was also never too little food. We could never eat everything he prepared for us, as there was so big selection of different things.
Driver
We knew our driver John beforehand. We had full trust on him, being driven around Arusha by him many times before with the Institute car. He was always willing to stop for us to take pictures of the animals and landscapes.

At the end we were tired but happy. It was unforgettable trip. Even the cheapest camping equipment’s were adequate. We can recommend this trip to others as well.
