Big 5 with Damien
5/5

This safari was truely the most amazing experience! Suricata was an amazing company and I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone. My partner and I did the 5 day safari and had a great group and met some lovely people along the way.

Our guide Damien was amazing and always got us great spots to see the animals from. He worked really hard and we managed to spot all of the big 5 on our trip. He was friendly and very informative, and had a great sense of humour!!

The camping was a great experience and it was amazing to camp in the national parks. Chef James’s food was exceptional and I was blown away by the quality of the food. The whole team was very accommodating and I was impressed that the safari cars were washed down at the end of each day.

The whole team was always punctual and very professional. We had the best time and will 100% be back and would love to do another safari with Suricata!

Great 11 days trip
5/5

I had a great experience with Native tours. The trip was organized in an excellent way, all activities and tours were planned perfectly and everything was smooth. The selected hotels and lodges were also of a great quality. Our guide and driver Chris went above and beyond to make sure our Uganda trip was one to remember and he definitely succeeded! I would not hesitate to recommend Native if you plan to visit this beautiful country.

Fun, very friendly, insightful and reliable
5/5

Had an amazing time on our Safari in Uganda with Kange Safaris. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. We visited Queen Elizabeth and Bwindi. We saw a variety of animals, even more than we expected. Watching lions, elephants and a family of gorillas was incredible.

We also got to learn a lot about the local culture. Dancing with the locals was a happy highlight and made us feel really connected to the people there.

Our guide was fantastic, very friendly and had plenty of information to offer about whatever we saw.

I highly recommend going for a Safari with Kange Safaris. It was a heartwarming experience that we'll never forget.

Way beyond our expectations!
5/5

Our dream come true trip started with the help of an absolutely amazing agent -
Mirene S Bishikwabo. She helped us to cater our trip to our needs and wishes.
It was 11 days Safari and 3 days of resort in Zanzibar.
Her meticulous preparation was put in absolutely perfect action.
We are in awe of how seamless our journey was from the beginning to the end.
It was a private Safari for a family of 3 adults.
Meeting our guide Joel Thobias was a blessing on its own. His heart, care for animals, knowledge of animal behaviour and his driving skills were absolutely outstanding. Our 11 day journey wouldn’t be the same without him.
Seeing the Big five wasn’t our priority, it was just part of our out of this world experience, but we’ve also seen and heard so many birds and insects, small mammals, we experienced the bush fires, the most remarkable sceneries.
I knew that we would be late for the famous wildebeest migration, but mentioned to Joel anyway and he brought us to the last few thousand still migrating…
Thank you Joel!
I don’t know how it is possible, but the people in all the lodges were so amazing!
In Lake Manyara, the lodge where we spent three nights we felt like we were a part of the family. It
Coming back to Serenity Ilona lodge was like coming to your long lost friends.
The Maasai Boma accommodations were absolutely amazing.
Food was plenty and fantastic!
The Reef and Beach resort in Zanzibar was great end to our trip.
We are still counting our blessings that we chose Paradise & Wilderness as our Safari company.
We will come back again soon!

A Trip of A Lifetime!
5/5

Ranger Buck Safaris arranged a most amazing, memorable trip for nine family members in ages ranging from 20 years old to 75 and every single one of enjoyed every single moment that was crafted for us. Maria paid attention to every detail of our requests from accommodations to deviations from planned daily activities during the planning process. She was responsive and thoughtful in all of the recommendations she made for us and her choices did not disappoint. She was even quick to come up with a backup plan on the fly when weather impacted a planned activity. We enjoyed varied experiences from a most impressive, luxury safari to a sidecar ride along the southeastern coast; while also experiencing zip lining, hot air ballooning, a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls, a cruise down the Zambezi River and a hike up to the top of Lions Head just outside of Cape Town. Our hand-selected, local guides provided great insight to the history of the areas we visited and the culture of the beautiful people of South Africa. I wouldn't hesitate to utilize Ranger Buck Safaris for future trips and I will recommend them to others without reservation.

They shared there passion and love for Uganda throughout the entire trip.
5/5

I had never been to Uganda or Africa for that matter and had no idea what to expect. I knew Nick previously and knew of his taste for adventure so I knew I would be in good hands. The trip started well in advance of the arrival date with discussions of what I would like to see and experience and what I wanted to get out of the trip. A few Skype calls and exchanges of information and the dates were set. I arrived and was picked up at the airport and directly to the guest house for the first evening, dinner at the best Irish bar in Entebbe and an early start the next morning with Nick as our guide in the 4x4. Our trip was conducted over 8 days, and started with Lake Mburo Natioanl park full of wild life on every turn. Next day was on to Bwindi Impenetrable Forrest passing through towns and villages, and a visit to the gorillas which was booked in advance for us. The following days rolled on with river and park safaris accessed by dirt roads, some right off the beaten track, amazing view points, and wonderful wildlife encounters. Our nights were spent either camping in luxurious roof tents, some opted for ground tents and some nights in lodges, mostly in National reserves so super safe and exciting. Overall I have to say Nick brings a wonderful insight to this amazing country, with his in depth knowledge of its history and its nature. It was more like a road trip with an old friend, discovering this wonderful place. We did a clockwise trip passing lake Edward and lake Albert, experiencing Muchinson Falls and wildlife park and cutting across to Ziwa to see the Rhino sanctuary and crossing the Nile at Jinja. There is so much to see an do and no better person to go on this adventure with than Nick and the Meanda Uganda Team. Our overlander vehicle was incredible well equipped, with a fridge and freezing, cooker and shower, so meals were a joy, and nothing better than enjoying a sundowner with ice and lemon in absolutely the middle of nowhere. Thank you again.

We cannot say enough good things about Kange Safaris. Our trip to was well planned, fun-filled and adventurous. We visited multiple parks like Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth and saw many different animals including elephants, lions and gorillas. We also had a chance to interact and dance with the locals which was a very happy experience.

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything we saw.

We highly recommend Kange Safaris to anyone who is seeking adventure and an unforgettable experience

For a true African adventure I would definitely recommend Meanda Uganda.
5/5

Fabulous seven-night camp with Meanda Uganda. The “Northern Circuit” trip departed from Entebbe and included walking with Rhinos and then wilderness camping in Murchison Falls National Park observing Lion, Leopard, Water buffalo and Elephant then a visit to the famous Murchison Falls itself which was truly spectacular. Then it was up North to a two-night camp at Kidepo Valley National Park filled with game and with fabulous unrestricted views of mountains and plains under a vast sky, before heading back south via Pian Upe Wild Life Reserve, Sipi Falls at Mount Elgon and a final camp at the “source” of the Nile just north of Jinja. Each camp was carefully chosen by Nick, arranging Park Rangers as required for the truly wilderness camps and each evening Nick offered his signature G&Ts followed by dinner produced from his specialised unique safari vehicle incorporating fridge, freezer and cooker and for the wilderness camps – a hot shower facility. Well done and thank you Meanda Uganda! – I will be back to do the Southern Circuit!
