Amazing 6 days safari with Lenchada and driver Abdul
The safari is amazing, they arrange very well. I saw all big five, lion babies, leopard eating on the tree, and cheetahs hunting even. The driver Abdul is so nice, he’s always trying to make us see more animals and always has energy. I definitely recommend them !

Excellent two day safari
I went on the two day budget safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro.
As a European it was a bit hard to get used to the fact that business was handled via WhatsApp. It was hard to initially accept the legitimacy of doing business like this. However, it’s seems to be the local standard.
I was communicating with Inviolata via WhatsApp and she was very quick at responding.
We paid the 20% deposit to reserve a spot on the tour and once we arrived in Arusha we went to their office to pay the remaining amount. Be advised that the address they give in Google is not the actual location of the office but Inviolata shared her location with me in WhatsApp and we found the office.
It was a little nerve racking to wait for the final confirmation for the pick up as this was only sorted out the evening before.
On the day of the safari we were picked up on time and brought to meet the rest of the group. What was a little confusing that the actual tour operator was another company and all of the other people in safari with us booked also through different companies. However, it all worked out wonderfully and our driver was fantastic!
As the arrived at the lodge after the first day we just saw a row of tents and we were really confused as we did not book a tent but a budget lodge. We contacted Inviolata and she promptly clarified that the property also had the rooms we had booked. (They were hidden at the back of the property). We really appreciated how fast she was able to help to clear up the confusion.
The lunch was great. We were expecting sandwiches but we had a proper picnic with tablecloths and cutlery. Both lunches were a proper meal. Dinner and breakfast at the lodge were great too!
The only mishap on the trip was that we were told that after the safari we would be brought back to our hotel and the tour company said they can’t get a hold of the driver to take us. This was a little strange as they knew when we were coming back from safari. However, our wonderful safari driver offered to take us back to our hotel.
And in all it was a wonderful experience!
We saw zebras, elephants, lions, hippos, rhinos and giraffes to mention the main animals.

Thoughtful, perfectly organised, unforgettable adventure. Totally recommend Moran Tours!
With Moran Tours we had a budget 2 days safari in Masai Mara for our group of 5 adults. They picked us up early in the morning, with big smiles and lovely, positive attitude and we headed straight to the park. On the way we stopped at the lookout point and had tasty lunch, nice conversations and a bit of sleep. Then we crossed the Masai Mara gate and we spotted our first animals! During the whole drive we saw so so many of different kinds of species, we had plenty of times to take pictures. Our guide Josh was really good in spotting animals and parking the car in the best spot to take amazing pictures. We only had one game drive and he was really trying to squeeze it like a lemon. We didn’t even expect that we will this many animals and different landscapes! It was amazing! They shared also a lot of informations about the park and animals living in it. We were almost last to leave the park before its closure, so sometimes we had to hurry but Josh was really skilled and safe driver. After the game drive we went for resting in Lenchada camp - really nice place with family ambiance. In the morning our crew picked up us from the camp, the part of us went to the Masai village and then we quickly passed through a piece of park (again we saw so many animals on the way) and we started to make our way to Nairobi. Due to the demonstration in capital and possible trafic jams, Josh offered to take us to one more adventure to Naivasha Lake, to buy us some times and bring us safely home after the protests. The Naivasha Lake was a big beautiful surprise for us, from the boat again we saw a lot of different animals and birds like eagles and pelicans. After that we were going back to Nairobi, Josh made his best to chose the best way in this crazy day, and we came back our Nairobi home safe and extremely happy! The trip was amazingly well organised, the crew really thought of everything, and gave us the best experience we ever had. We felt really taken care of, well informed about what’s going to happen next, and the most important thing - we had enormous amount of fun and good laugh! Don’t hesitate book them now!

Needs to be rated as a 10 star not just a 5 star
I wish I could give a 10!
From the start with the
communication from Cate planning the trip and organizing the 11 of us comming from 8 different locations in the US. Each lodge we stayed in got better and better. This was a trip of a lifetime for me. We traveled with 5 college friends and family.
We bonded even more during our adventure. Our guides Charles and Ananias have now become part of our family. As we ended the trip some of us were crying. Who cries as a trip comes to an end??? Our guides got us from one end of Uganda to the other and back with precision time and lots of extras.
Happy hour, banana hooch, jack fruit, craft shopping, and drum music. The food on the tour was amazing. Who knew Uganda has so much to offer. Felt safe the whole time. Already planning our trip back to explore the eastern side of Uganda

Excellent face of Africa!
Safari Tour to Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater
Conservation Area and Lake Manyara National Park.
We were initially impressed with the service from the company and its owner Mr Hamadi Ningaa as we took this trip in the middle of an existing trip to Tanzania and had to change the normal
itinerary. Rather than be collected from the airport and transfer through their normal stopover hotel in Arusha we asked to be collected from and returned to where we were staying outside of
Arusha. Mr Ningaa was very accommodating, allowing last-minute changes to our agreed
itinerary due to the weather – everything was “hakuna matata” and our driver arrived on time to
collect us and our luggage. The vehicle was a large 4-wheel drive Toyota with a Safari cabin and 7 seats for passengers, for just 2 of us. It was clean and felt high spec. We especially appreciated all the pockets and shelves for items like water bottles, cameras, phones, and
sunglasses etc., and charging points. Another lovely touch was the provision of some bottles of wine in the cool box alongside the water and other soft drinks. The safari lunchboxes were also
good.
The drive to Tarangire is quite long and Sadi, our guide and driver, talked to us knowledgeably about the local tribes, cultures, and features en-route. Tarangire itself was fairly busy as June is
a busy month in all the parks. The way Sadi took us round the park meant that we saw lots of animals and their behaviour in depth. We never rushed and by staying in one spot for a while we saw the animals doing things that other vehicles missed as they rushed to an area took some pictures and rushed off again. The highlights were some male lions washing themselves, and a
family of elephants spraying themselves with mud at a waterhole.
We drove to the overnight accommodation (Baghayo Garden Suites, Karatu) where we were well
looked after with excellent food and service from the staff. There are some reviews of the hotel which mention the noise between rooms, and you can hear conversations in the next bedroom,
but remember that everybody has had a long day of travelling or safari and follows a pattern of getting to the hotel, showering, having dinner, and then going to bed, most people are asleep
fairly early and within 30 minutes of returning to their room. Face of Africa Adventures use other lodges in the area but we can only comment on our experience which was good.
Day 2 was Ngorongoro Crater and once again Sadi’s experience and way of navigating the park helped us to see everything that was on offer including a black rhino, lions, buffalo, hyena,
wildebeest, elephant, giraffe, gazelles, antelope, zebra, hippos, warthogs, monkeys, kori bustards, flamingoes, pelicans, grey crowned cranes and many more. We would not have
spotted the rhino without the sharp eyes of our guide, Sadi. It was lying down and looked very much like a large rock in the distance. With binoculars and camera zoom it was clear it was a
resting rhino. Sadi suggested after lunch we return to the same spot and we are glad we took his advice as the rhino got up and presented itself for some good photos after about a 10 minute wait later in the day. His knowledge of animal behaviour and patience paid off once again. We
were never rushed at any point through the drive and on our way out of the park spotted another group of lions and stopped for more photos.
We overnighted again at Baghayo Garden Suites and our schedule was arranged to suit us, agreeing a start time for our drive as it had been for the day before.
Day 3 - Lake Manyara is a much smaller park and has changed over the years as the lake has expanded and many of the larger groups of animal species have left. Despite this we were spotting wildlife within a few hundred metres of the park entrance as Sadi knew what we were likely to see and where, this included incredibly some very small crabs in the water channels alongside the road, monitor lizards as we crossed a bridge, trumpet hornbills, blue monkeys and many others. The
highlights were the families of elephants grazing in the bush, the large troops of baboons and a very large bull elephant disturbing soil to give himself a dust bath.
Sadi returned us home that evening, taking great care and using his knowledge to avoid heavy
traffic in Arusha town as he drove the 160km back to where we were staying.
We have been on safari in Tanzania several times over the past 30 years and have visited all these locations before. We felt this trip was the best guiding we have had, and we had a different
experience in each park to what we had before. Sadi’s knowledge and expert driving was vital to our enjoyment of this trip, he is a brilliant companion on safari and we highly recommend him
and Face of Africa Adventures for those looking for a Tanzanian safari experience.

Outstanding
I had the most incredible safari experience in Tanzania last October! We booked a private 6 day safari with Termite Tour Travel. Benji was the best, always sharing his knowledge and passion about the region, wildlife, culture and history… all while having lots of fun! We saw so many amazing animals and visited local communities. The best is that you don’t have to break the bank because the trip is tailored to your budget; accommodations were nice and comfortable, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this safari to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in Tanzania. 🐘🦒🦓🦏🦛🐆
