Seamless and fantastic experience with Kaylan Tours.
From start to end, our experience was excellent. Victor Muema, the tour consultant was always very responsive, thorough and patient with all my many many questions. The planning of the trip went absolutely smoothly.
Our guide, Victor Kayugi, is top notch for many reasons. He is a skilled, assertive driver, but he is also very safe. He is very knowledgeable about the wildlife. His instincts are well honed. He knows when to take a chance and rush to a scene and when to patiently wait, allowing us to see rare sightings up close. He has a very accommodating and relaxed personality, making it comfortable to chat about all sorts of topics. He was willing to make changes to the schedule on the fly, depending on our needs and what might have come up unexpectedly. He is very well liked and respected by the other guides and was plugged into what was happening at the reservations. We were very impressed with Victor and highly recommend him as a guide.

Throughout the trip, the travel agency gave me a lot of detailed help, so that every problem I had could be solved. The travel agency opens 24 hours a day, so even my questions in the wee hours were answered right there.
The tour guide Stanley was very professional. He helped us find all the big five. Also he was very concerned about my health because I was a little unwell during the trip. Another driver John was also very attentive and kind.
I need to give special praise to Hotel Legacy for their professional service and warm attitude, which made my birthday an unforgettable one; and Susan, a staff member at Nyati camp, who, after knowing that I was not feeling well, always took good care of me and asked about my health every time she met me, which made me feel very warm.
However, there were some minor incidents during the trip. For example, the accommodation location on the first and second days was different from what was written on my voucher, and the accommodation location at Nakuru was also different from the voucher. Fortunately, I communicated with the travel agency in time, and the travel agency immediately arranged a driver to take me to the correct hotel, otherwise I would have missed my birthday surprise. Therefore, if you encounter this situation, please communicate with the travel agency immediately to ensure that your accommodation location is correct.
Besides, if you are a solo traveler, you may sometimes be asked to change seats, for example, if two people traveling together want to sit together, you may have to give up your original seat.
Another point is that as a Chinese traveler, I was asked some offensive and sensitive questions by other travelers on the road. This is not the travel agency's fault, but if you (especially Asians) also encounter such questions, please don't hesitate to scold back and ask for help from your tour guide and travel agency.

Great experience with Stanley and Oscar! Oscar was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver. The hotels we stayed at were amazing especially the lodge by the watering hole.

The booking and communication was very easy. They were always available. The lodges fit the price. Once i was staying at a complety different lodge then my group which wasn't that practical. A thing i didn't like is that when i got picked up by the taxi driver i had to tip him almost 2000 kenyan shillings. This driver was organized by Moraj Travel. I could have done it cheaper.

An open-minded, courteous, polite and all in all a very nice person.
We had a wonderful experience.
After initially being a little exhausted from the journey, every bit of tiredness disappeared the moment we got into the National Park.
It took less than five minutes before we encountered the first animals.
From then on, it got better by the minute.
We saw everything we had hoped to see, and that combined with the wonderful nature and the extremely friendly and very informative team definitely made the experience unforgettable.
We enjoyed every second of this experience and would love to come back.

One of the friendliest people I have ever met on my travels.
The experience was wonderful, we were able to observe three of the "big five" from a very close distance. We were also lucky enough to observe a lot of young animals. My favourite thing by far was the sighting of baby elephants.
But even beyond that, the safari was a wonderful experience that I will never forget.
The whole team was very nice and courteous. They were able to tell us a lot about the animals, the country and the history of the country.
All in all, it was a very successful experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
It was also great value for money.
