Great service and experience
It was a great experience dealing with Bushtop Kenya Safaris. From the booking stage when tour manager Denis came up with a well-planned programme meeting all my requests and facilitated at each stage; to the game rides themselves where James (the driver) managed to get me into the elephant orphanage and to find all the animals I wanted to see: I saw 5 lions on 1 day, which is very rare. James was also helpful at all stages and it was pleasure talking with him as he told many interesting facts about the animals and Kenya. Definitely recommend this tour provider!

I highly recommend William J. as a tour guide. He was great at discussing the animals people and culture with us. The service provided was immaculate. Tortelis was an amazing experience, I wish we were there longer. William ensured that we had enough time at all locations and explained plans and processes thoroughly. He worked diligently to ensure we were able to see the animals we wanted to see. We visited Tanagire and The crater at Ngorrogoro

Very good price basic service
I booked with them the Kilimanjaro and 4 days safari.
Everything was fine there, I only would have preferred to feel more reassured during the reservation and during the whole process. Nelson is nice but makes everything easy, while you're 5000 km away and have no idea of what will happen.
The price is very good compared to other companies but for this reason every service is ok but not amazing.
Still a good deal for me.
The guides, the drivers, the cooks and everyone else there have to chill about tips. It's not mandatory and they become aggressive and annoying if you don't tip.
Very bad, this thing have to change, not just for them but for the hole country.

Perfect tour ever
I do believe Lion King Adventures is a professional agent who deserves every bit of recognition for their hard work and enthusiasm. During the negotiation process, Rose has play an important role as my ‘guide’ to give directions of my safari and accommodations. When our flight arrived in Tanzania, we instantly felt the hospitality and enthusiasm of local people. As for our guide, I have to say Benjamin is AN AMAZING GUIDE. He is a refreshingly down-to-earth guide who tries to care every part for his tourists. We are not just a group, but more like a family. Not only is he a professional guide in this regard, but also a fun person to be around. Plus, he talks in a way that benefits everyone involved, being absolutely delighted when I asked for questions involving almost everything. He impresses me a lot in terms of his profession and enthusiasm. Also, he is extremely hospitable, who tells me lots of tips and advice on wildlife and local people’s life, food, tourism attractions and other things that made me have a deeper and better understanding of this stunning country. His being super friendly, professional and hospitable impressed me a lot the first time I saw here. Certainly, we saw the big five and also leopard as well, which fulfilled my expectations of Africa safari. If you come to Tanzania, choose Lion King and if you decide to travel with Lion King, stay with Benjamin Thomas, I am sure you won’t regret!

Timely, Detailed and Respectful

Discover Africa planned our 10 day trip across Botswana and Zimbabwe. From the very first call, Vihann at Discover Africa was hugely knowledgeable and communicative and understood our brief perfectly. Vihann was quick to send us a first itinerary and responsive to any comments we had to help us create the perfect trip. In the run up to the trip, Vihann remained on hand for any questions. During the trip itself, the organisation was seamless and the lodges that Vihann had chosen were exactly what we were looking for - relaxed luxury, close to nature and small-scale. Great and affordable Safari
We hired the 6 days safari. It started really good. They were genenerous to give us another hotel night since our flight arrived at an inconvenience time. They picked us up at the airport and our safari guide was Ricardo, he started explaining life in the city since we met him. He was very friendly and very informative. We had a problem with our bags and they were very helpful with that as well.
During the safari, Ricardo was very eager to show us all the animals. He gave us a lot of information about the animals's behaviour, tanzanian culture and also about plants. He was an excellent guide and driver.
The food was very tasty, we really liked it.
If I have to say something negative, it would be that in many hotels we didn't have hot water to shower. And some days it was hot during the day and we didn't have a cold bottle of water. They were always warm. We didn't have sodas after day 3 so that sucked. And the last thing to improve, you should definitely have more binoculars. We were 4 in that car, including the guide and the cook, and we had to "fight" for it.
Overall, it was a great experience. We saw the big 5 and lots and lots of animals.

Fabulous safari!
We took a three day safari to Murchison Falls and it was fantastic. It was so well-organized and our guide, Eric, was the best! He was friendly and so knowledgeable! We saw more animals than I ever imagined we would, largely because Eric was so good at his job!
I highly recommend this tour!

Kerry Ririe Planned a Fabulous Trip
My husband and I want to recommend and thank Kerry Ririe for planning our best trip we have ever taken. This says a lot as we are very avid international travelers. We visited Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Cape Town SA recently. We live in the USA and even with the time difference Kerry was always quick to reply to any questions we had during the planning stage. She listened to our criteria and planned an adventure which far exceeded any of our expectations. We saw so many animals, (The Big 5 by our second day), met wonderful people, visited a village, saw Victoria Falls, ate delicious food, had beautiful accommodations and received outstanding service. We truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. Everything about our trip was seamless which alleviated any stress traveling so far to experience new countries. This was due to the expert planning by Kerry and the excellent reputation of Pembury Tours. We hope we can one day return to Africa and we will certainly use Kerry again as our planner. Until then we are singing your praises to everyone we meet with an interest in traveling to Africa. Thank you again!
