The excellent experience & The best guide
This was my dream trip and the kids' most unforgettable destination so far. We met the best guide, Shafino, who showed us many rare animals and sights. The kids absolutely loved him! This trip was to celebrate their elementary school graduation. My son hopes to come back when he turns eighteen and find Shafino as his friend and guide again!

Jennifer went above and beyond our expectations.
My friends and I could not have asked for better tour guides for our first time in Uganda than Jennifer and Abdul! We picked the “budget” tour and was surprised that it came with all that it did since it felt luxurious to us. The lodges Jennifer picked had ideal locations for the sights and animals we wanted to see. The staff were also very accommodating, and the food served was healthy and delicious. Jennifer and Abdul brought us an experience that we will truly never forget - from seeing the lions and leopards hanging out in the trees of the savanna, to the gorillas in the rain forest, and even meeting and sharing a dance with the Batwa people. Jennifer and Abdul went above and beyond for our group of friends and I can’t recommend them enough.

Customer friendly
We went on $360 per person experience for a 3D/2N trip to Masai Mara.
A huge shout out to Ms.Monica who handled every tiny query of ours with much patience.Her approach was precisely the reason we went ahead with Axis Africa.
Our stay was super comfortable but with a few issues such as the leaking toilet floor which eventually got sorted out to a certain extent.
The local food was great.
Our driver Saddam was very courteous and respectful.
Our trip to the Masai village was the highlight for our daughter as she loved interacting with the locals.

I customized group tour and it was terrific
I am so pleased with this tour. It was far beyond my expectation. The drivers made great efforts to be able to see animals up close. It was a lot of fun. This is my first safari and I am so glad I did it.
By the way, I CUSTOMIZED the GROUP tour. Yes, you can do it if you wish. I did 8 days group tour(Masai Mara 3 nights, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli 2 nights). It was a great choice for me.
But, there were problems. At Masai Mara, I was not connected to the next jeep because it was full. I asked for the next game drive, then I was given a private jeep which was nice. But there were no further tour. So I asked the lady at Lenchada camp to call the tour company and ask for the next tour. She did great job and next day I was transferred by a private car to the next destination Nakuru. Then I joined another group but the tour ended at Naivasha. So I asked the driver to connect me to the Amboseli tour. Then I joined another tour to Amboseli. So, everything I contracted were given, but I had to ask for it every time.
I think this is a rare case. Customized group tour was not on routine work, so it caused problems.
Even after considering these problems, my honest rating is five stars. The safari tour was once in a lifetime excellent experience.
Lenchada Safaris and Jocky Tours are the parters and they do safari tour together. Both of them are very reputable and I do recommend them.

Nice morning on Pretoria
We were picked up in a very timely fashion by Sello our guide. It was nice to see home again after our recent tour of Soweto. We were then driven off to Pretoria which as about 1/2 an hour away. Sello gave the perfect amount commentary on our tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the Afrikaans history and some of the political history of Pretoria and South Africa.

This Kenya tour with Meektrails was very enjoyable, the itinerary was very well organized and our local guide Sam was very experienced, we saw a lot of wild animals. The hotel was very satisfactory throughout. They offer very reasonable prices too! (We compared a lot of them and Meektrails was the cheapest and had the best hotel!)
Since it was our first time going to Kenya at first we had some worries, but in fact these worries were unnecessary, Meektrails is very reliable, our agent William helped us coordinate the whole process and did his best to help us solve the problem, if we go to Tanzania next time we would like to work with them again.

Smooth safari experience for an excellent price point
Despite being one of the most inexpensive safari offering for the Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha on this website, everything went smoothly. Booking the safari worked quickly and reliably via Whatsapp with the provider. The pickup and drive to the crater with the other participants was seamless and the guide was generally knowledgable. We had a great day in the crater and I would recommend Aquiline again.
