ruben is very fast response and patience to answer my questions
5/5

I am satisfied of the tour in all aspects, chef cooked very nice and full meal on everyday (breakfast and dinner), transfer is on time to arrive the destination, staffs at campsite such as Great are well organized and detailed mind. the game drive at kruger or blue canyon private reserve are both amazing, saw a lot of animals even lucky to spot a leopard during the sunset game drive. The safari driver in kruger Eddie is very professional with animal knowledge but funny in the same time. also very patience to take care of all of our requests.

definitely recommend this tour to kruger. I wish I can have 1more day game drive at kruger 😀

a unique and personalized experience from start to finish
5/5

For 1 year we have been preparing THE Tanzania / Zanzibar trip for 3, 2 adults and a 12 year old Among the many safari agencies, our choice fell on Kimgoni and without regret. We took our international tickets CDG/DOH - DOH/NBO arrived in Nairobi we are waiting for us to transfer to the Kenya/Tanzania border then towards Arusha where our first accommodation awaits us. During all safaris (8 days with transfer) transport, accommodation, meals and water were included! The program was carefully judged D-1 Kilimanjaro D-2 Tarangire National Park D-3 lake natron D-4 Serengeti National Park D-5 Serengeti D-6 Ngorongoro crater D-7 Mto wa mbu A program that sticks to our skin in a bit of an adventurer mode, accommodation in tents (set up/take down the camp) The guide + the chef (Emmanuel + Julius) were able to take care of us and provide us with a lot of information, best of all... the guide speaks French which helps when our English is a little rotten In terms of meals, we ate really well throughout the safaris, local and hearty meals prepared on site with fresh produce! To finish…. Our two guides went out of their way to allow us to see the BIG FIVE AND THE BIG EIGHT! A real adventure! During our transfer to Zanzibar, there were a few kacks but totally independent from Kimgoni and above all they did not abandon us once their performance was over Our initial internal flight (included in the price) was to be Arusha/zanzibar, Finally it will be Kilimanjaro /zanzibar Then finally not the right time…. Good little increase in stress, you have to admit, but Kimgoni managed everything by phone, whether it was our accommodation in Zanzibar or our car rental. In short.. WE 100% RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY WITH EYES CLOSED ✌🏽

Brilliant
5/5

Ian is an amazing Guide. Very knowledgeable about the history and especially very passionate about the Rhino's in the Matopos which he knows all by name and treats them as if they were his kids! The day spent travelling in the old Land Rover was also a major highlight and unique experience as well as meeting the people from the local communities and supporting them.

Sabrina was FANTASTIC with our African adventure - professional and patient at all times!
5/5

Safari Online has been indispensable to us in planning all aspects of our first (but not last) African tour! Our operator, Sabrina, always answered our questions completely and quickly via email. She was also there for us as we changed plans (multiple times) and asked questions (numerous times). Always amiable, she stuck with us until we had the PERFECT itinerary - covering all aspects of the trip (travel, lodging, activities, financial).
The value that Safari Online provided us cannot be overstated! Our trip went off like clockwork. ALL drivers were waiting for us, super personable, and very proud of the service they provided. Our Cape Town tour included the colorful Bo Kaap neighborhood, Table Mountain, and a peninsula drive to see Cape Point, Cape Bay of Good Hope, and the adorable penguins. We then flew to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, for a remarkable sunset dinner cruise, and of course a tour of the waterfalls, including seeing a lunar rainbow! Next, we were driven to Chobe Elephant Camp in Botswana - nothing could top this!! Accommodations, gourmet food, safaris, and people who treated you like family. We saw the Big Five within 24 hours.
Each of us has decided to go back to Africa as soon as possible utilizing this agency, and Sabrina!

Kameraz provided a good experience all around from easy booking, accommodations, to good tour guide
5/5

Kendi of Kameraz was flexible in providing different options and itineraries as I tried to decide what would be best for our family. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted and finalizing the reservation was smooth and easy. We were happy with the accommodations throughout the eight full days - some were actually quite nice that we enjoyed taking a break from the game drives. I had been to South Africa two years before and understand that a good safari depends much on luck in animal sighting but also on your tour guide. We got to see all the animals more than once and even experienced some animals quite up close. Our driver and guide, Benna, was professional and very knowledgeable. He was efficient in getting us to places and found ways to help us get the best experiences. Benna seemed to know every corner of every park we went to sometimes helping other guides who were lost - these parks are huge with many sections of different winding crossing roads that all seem to look the same. He also had good knowledge on how these animals behave and what they might do next. With some luck and Benna’s good work we got to see some “really cool” things as my kids put it. It’s a memorable experience of a lifetime that my kids and I will look back on for years and decades to come. A couple of tips if you’ve read this far. One, book as early as you can to get the better accommodations as there doesn’t seem to be that many and all the companies use the same set of lodges and hotels. Two, be good to your driver and guide. Their knowledge and effort aren’t just to get you to places and help you enjoy the best safari. What I learned is they’re also there to help ensure your safety to the point that they will jump in front between you and a threatening animal if necessary to protect you first. Enjoy Kenya!

KingTomondo: care and professionalism
5/5

Our Safari with kingtomondo was magnificent. The agency was impeccable: punctual, precise and always very kind. Saidi our guide proved to be truly expert and thoughtful, always available and attentive to every need. We liked the three lodges that booked us very much, I couldn't say which one we preferred because they were all different but equally charming and hospitable. The price is decidedly competitive. Highly recommended.

Great Safari
5/5

We had a 6 day tour with our guide Joseph Temba.

We were really lucky to see a lot of animals in wild. Even spotted the BIG 5!
Joseph gave his best to get us in the front and best place to make the best photos!

The lodges were really clean, beautiful, friendly people and good food! Specially the tented lodge in the middle of Serengeti absolutely a highlight.
We really enjoyed it!

All in all we had a unforgetable Safari!

Excellent Service and perfect Star
5/5

I hired a 4 days tour in Windhoek, Sesriem & Sossusvlei. The suponer from Anja and Lilly was perfect, with quick response and resolution of any troubles/doubts.

Everything was correct, from the pick up in the AirPort to the hotels and shuttles.

Small things to improve:

- Londingini Guest House in Windhoek has glass bathroom doors, totally visible from the outside! Also this hotel also has a dinner option that is not worth for the offered price (330 NAD pp w/o bev).
- We chose the tent option in Namib Desert Lodge. The only thing to clarify here is that the tents are more than 500m away from the rest of the hotel and there is no phone signal or wifi to ask for a car. The walk is nice but not during the night. However, this situation is tottally compensed by the view of the stars at night as the tent is far from the hotel lights

No worry, book this safari compagny
5/5

We booked our safari a couple months in advance. We talked with John by Whatsapp. He answered every question we had and was very implicated! You can contact him very easily and he replies quickly (as much as before than during the safari).

We flew to Tanzania. Unfortunately, our luggage was lost during our flights… We were concerned because all of our clothes were in there.
John helped us like no one else! He contacted some friends at the airport, in airline companies… Finally, he managed to recover our luggage and bring it to us into the wild during our safari.

So, we went on with our safari. How to describe it ? Marvellous! Our guide knew all the good spots so we had the chance to see all of the Big five and even more!

The food was great and fresh! We slept on camp sites. It was a little cold but with some thermal clothes and the sleeping bag given by the company, it went fine.

John was very flexible with the organisation of our safari. He also provided us an hotel at the end of the safari and helped us with transports from and to the airport.

In summary, yes, it is a little expensive (like all the others safaris) but it’s worth every penny! You won’t find a better service in Tanzania, trust us 😁
