we loved the tour, it was well organized we had a great tour guide, William who was very knowledgeable of the area and the animals, birds we spotted. He did his upmost to ensure we saw the big five and we were luck enough to see an actual hunt of a lion and a wilder-beast !
Our tour was one of the few who had hot meals for lunch, many other tours had only sandwiches. our tour agent was also very helpful always just a chat away (we used whats app mostly).

Terrible Safari Partners Tanzania
Safari Partners is a third party booking agent. This means they will find other Company that will take booking. NO STANDARD and Less Service!
Our booking agent was Edward who was impossible to contact when we had a problem and did not do a proper job with booking causing a lot of stress on our Safari.
The 1) Safari vehicle used was not up to Healthy standards. After spending 12 hours traveling to and from Serengeti National Park, the vehicle was plagued by Dust and Dirt due to faulty windows, doors and no air conditioning which could help filter the air.
This resulted in an unhealthy air quality inside the vehicle, especially for senior citizens.
2) Moreover, communication with Edward became inadequate after he received payment for the Safari.
He also 3) failed to book the correct number of rooms for the duration of our Safari, leaving one night unbooked.
Edward also 4) Did not book our flight to Zanzibar correctly causing us to spend night in Dar es Salaam in a very very cheap and dirty Hotel. After we paid for Zanzibar Hotel and missing the first night in Tembo Hotel Zanzibar.
Edward also 5) promised a city tour of Arusha though the driver showed up an 75 minutes late allowing no time for City Excursion.
Edward should know his contract helper. Edward did not take responsible to his clients!
6) Safari Vehicle had many problems: windows and doors will not shut properly leaking in dust and dirt, loud noise after starting engine, seat belt and safety bar did not work properly, and finally Vehicle Broke Down.
In my life experiences, words are Cheap and often used by individuals with Questionable motives to shift blame. Edward did not offer any refund, just a bunch of red excuses and misleading statements blaming others.
My recommendation is to find another company to plan your Safari! Don't use Edward.

Outstanding service by Enkarewa in arranging my 3-night Safari to Amboseli National Park.
Nelly and the Enkarewa Team took care of everything. From hotel pick ups, flights and selection of an excellent lodge (Elewana Tortilis Camp Amboseli). They were very responsive to my various requests and email inquiries.
The price was incredibly competitive and I was happy to be able to support a Female owned Kenyan safari business which delivers first class service.
This was the third Safari I have booked through Enkarewa and I have booked a fourth in July 2024 in Masai Mara National Park.

We have just finished our 4 day 3 night Safari with Serengeti smile & what an experience it was.
I started researching safari companies for our honeymoon months ago and felt quite overwhelmed as there is so many. It's difficult to choose even from reading reviews. When I came across Serengeti smile, I immediately got a response from Albert the owner and felt reassured. Albert was so prompt with his replies usually replying in a matter of hours. He was so helpful with other tips such as visas & suggesting accommodation in Arusha. We got to meet him the morning of our safari and he was so lovely and genuinely thankful for our custom. He also organised the balloon ride for us over the Serengeti which again made things so easy for us.
It's hard for us to put into words what we thought of the Safari. It was everything we wished for and more. Libe was our guide & driver and he was the perfect mix of fun & chilled. He was such easy company and made our Safari ten times better. I was genuinely so sad saying goodbye to him yesterday which shows the impact he had on our honeymoon. Nothing was ever too much for him and he was so easy going & kind.
The accomodation and food in the places Serengeti smile use was amazing. We didn't have any real expectations for the food but Kankari lodge was like a 5 star restaurant with 4 course dinner and beautiful rooms.
Serengeti smile are very competitive with their prices. My only recommendation is to please book your Safari with Serengeti smile. I will be recommending them to everyone and Tanzania as a country to visit.

Great company that does everything tonmake the customer happy
We had a great experience, from the communication before the safari, the advise what to do and not to do, to the safari itself.
We had great knowledgeable drivers, they were nice and had very good communication skills while also staying professional. The camps and lodges selected were great overall, some better then the others of course. I would book again with Shanjoy if I go on another safari.

On time. Comfortable. On the way there it was great to get 15 minute break at the KFC in the middle of nowhere. Unforgettable 4 day safari with Bashir
4 day fly-in fly-out tour from zanzibar, all organized by wakanda tours. They arranged pick up from the hotel to the airport in the morning for the direct flight to seronera airstrip. Our guide Bashir was there waiting for us and we immediately decided on the game drive in the Serengeti park. On the first day we focused on predators, and we immediately spotted a leopard and some cheetahs. We spent the night at the sound of silence lodge which is one of the best in the park, attentive service and fantastic tents with zebras and antelopes sleeping just outside. On the second day we visited the western part of the park and followed the great migration of wildebeest and zebras, as well as many other animals. On the third day we left for the ngorongoro crater, where in addition to lions and elephants we managed to spot the black rhino, we spent the night at the tloma lodge, a beautiful resort in the middle of the jungle. On the last day we headed to Tarangire park in search of elephants. After having lunch in the jeep surrounded by a very large herd we were lucky enough to spot a leopard near the river. From here we headed to Arusha airport for the flight back to Zanzibar.
