The roof of Africa
I faced this journey alone and it turned out to be well above expectations, I can say that it was one of the most beautiful and exciting journeys of my life thanks to the AAA express adventure that organized the kilimanjaro trek and 3 days of safari.
This agency was recommended to me by some Italian friends. It immediately started well with a warm welcome at the airport by the Italian speaking guide Clemente and by the owner of the agency Jalala Ndossa who was always careful to satisfy my requests.
During the trek my guides Joseph and Clemente and the whole team that accompanied me have always been very kind and attentive to my needs. I have never felt alone and importantly, I have always felt safe. Thanks to them I managed to get to the roof of Africa and realize my dream !!
The wages were also excellent, where I was able to see so many animals thanks to the Emily driver who accompanied me throughout the Safari with his experience and professionalism.
I highly recommend to all AAA Express adventure for their professionalism, cordiality and availability, they will let you know and experience the authentic Tanzania.
Tanzania is a wonderful country.

Not recommended by travel professional
I honestly wouldnt recomment this company. We booked the Kilimanjaro climb and the safari with them for family of 3 people. We requested german speaking guides, which was promised, but in reality they didnt provide german speking guide, so communication was not possible.. The worst thing was, that during the kili climb the guide decided to shorten the climb by 1 day withou asking - reason was that the climbing team wanted be at their homes for Christmas.. So instead of planned hike last 3 days was rush and run on the mountain.. Ongoing safari was OK, instead of vehicle in very poor condition, even for african standards. Apparently this company doesnt have many own cars or guides - they subcontract from other suppliers, so they dont have much controll over quality. After journey was finished, they refused to compensate us for the missing german guide and the 1 lost day in Kilimanjaro. Jan

What a relief to have had Natasha help us from start to finish. Truly a star. To highlight key points:
1. Very considered and thoughtful approach. I went back and forth with Natasha over dates, price range, and general 'experience' we desired to find our lodge. We cycled through 3-four before finding the right one
2. Natasha thought about all the things we didn't think of such as transport to the lodge, food allergies etc. She then checked in periodically to make sure everything was on track. It allowed me to feel comfortable and relieved that the trip was soundly planned
3. Overall just a cheerful and positive person to talk to and exchange emails with
Strongly recommend. If you want to escape to the bush to just relax and immerse yourself in another world, let someone who knows the area and has done it before take care of all the worries for you!

Amazing Trip with UBON Safari
We just got back from our Amazing 20 days trip to Dar-es-salaam,Serengeti,Ngorongoro and Zanzibar.Wow what a life time experience.
Firstly I would like to Thank Umang and Beena from UBON safari for creating such a nice itenary for us.we enjoyed every hotel they recommended the drivers the guides everything was so perfect.Amazing thing was Beena was in constant touch with our drivers as well as us checking if everything was ok. I would say that’s the service we appreciated.

Friendly & reliable services for individual travelers during our 12 day Rwanda tour
Just completed a 12 day tour of Rwanda/Uganda, organised by Golden Rwanda Safaris. Thank you so Much Frank B. Kanyamutara and your team for your professionalism!
We spent 2 of the 12 days in Uganda to see the gorillas with the rest of the time travelling around Rwanda.
Golden Rwanda Safaris were quick in answering questions we had regarding possible tours, including budget and type of activities we were interested in.
We were originally going to climb Mt Nyiragongo in DRC but this was not viable shortly after we booked the trip due to security concerns. Golden Rwanda Safaris offered a different hike as an alternative in Rwanda.
Our trip went incredibly smoothly from the outset with zero issues. This surprised me actually. We were in good hands our guide (Emile). We paid the money via their online payment gateway and needn't have bothered with caution really. We paid the final installment during the trip.
Our trip included:
Gorillas ( Rwanda & Uganda), Batwa pygmy Community (Uganda), Golden monkeys
Mt Bisoke hike, Visit to 2 cultural centers (Iby'iwacu), One day at Gisenyi (including boat ride), Chimps at Nyungwe, Nature walk + Canopy walk at Nyungwe, Couple of game drives and a boat ride in Akagera
If I were to do it again I would try to do gorillas in Rwanda (looks easier) even with the higher cost
Only go to one of the cultural centers if pressed for time.
It is very important for me to find reliable service providers while travelling, especially if I am travelling by myself. Three years ago, Golden Rwanda Safaris helped me get to the National Park in Uganda, Musanze and back to Kigali in a very efficient and uncomplicated way. Now back in Rwanda, they helped me in the same friendly and reliable manner -with very short notice! Thank you Golden Rwanda Safaris Tours for assisting me again.
I had indeed a marvelous stay in the National Park and surroundings.

Nice people and great trip
Easy communication. We are kind of spontaneous and make our booking a day before our trip. But they still manage to take us to safari. The driver, Abdul was great! Experienced driver in the safari. Unfortunately I got sick in the safari. Abdul also took me to the hospital. Very grateful for that. At the end of the trip, they also asked us for feedback and get to know things to improve.

Well organized tour. Our driver Richard was carefull and reliable. His experience and knowledge of the area made it possible that we even saw the big five. It's a very nice company where by everything was planed well and we were handled well.
Their guide was so equipped with the information about the park and he drove us well, had a lot of fun with him and show us a lot of animals which we didn't know about.

Extremely Rude Guide for Gorilla Trek
I cannot begin to express how disappointed and frustrated I am by the way our guide, treated me. I was very polite to him until I could not take it anymore. He made constant misogynistic jokes that were clearly a poor cover for his personal insults about my appearance and when confronted with his behaviour then made frequent jibes about 'mzungus' (whilst complaining about previous 'racist' clients). He only seemed interested in whatever meal he was going to get next. There was almost no communication except on the night before the trek and insinuated I would not be able to do it (after carrying on about requiring expensive equipment that was not needed anyway and not bothering to let me know when I could have bought it on the way). He then continued to repeatedly laugh and humiliate me after I achieved the trek. This man is a disgrace but he appears to be highly valued by his employers because he was training another guide. We were also taken back to our accommodation extremely late because my companion was talked into going on a very expensive walk around a resort in a national park. Avoid this organisation at all costs in case you are stuck with your dream of encountering gorillas being potentially ruined. This organisation gets 2 stars because of the accommodation chosen which was lovely.

Great value for money, friendly, helpful staff, incredible experience.
We originally booked the safari for 4 people and the team were great about giving us all the required detail. OUr booking then changed to 5, and then to 6 and they were great about accommodating this. Having done safari in Ngorogoro Crater, and Chloe in Botswana, I was really hoping this would be a good one - and it did not disappoint. Everything ran seamlessly, the driver (Richard) was fantastic and very helpful - but without being overbearing/invasive as some drivers can be. We also was felt very safe with him and the whole experience was excellent for everyone (me, my sisters and brother (24 - 24) and my parents (63)).
