Paul is very friendly, responsible, and can speak Chinese. I highly recommend him.
The driver was very experienced and took us to see the animals up super close, we were lucky enough to see cheetahs and leopards, and the driver also told us the story of the cheetah brothers.
The operator speaks Mandarin and uses WeChat, which is very convenient for Chinese tourists.

They make it easy
So you find yourself in Rwanda and maybe you want to see gorillas but have no idea how to proceed? That was me and I just happened to find this company on the internet. Don’t worry about anything just contact Frank and he will take care of all the details. Frank was very responsive and virtually everything he promised came true plus more… from the hotel to transportation even being able to arrange the gorilla trekking to be an easier trek. I know it’s a lot of money but this is a bucket list thing you should just do it , our driver Mohammed was more than courteous. My opinion is that you need a company to help you organize the details and if I ever come back to Rwanda or have any friends I will definitely use Golden Rwanda Safaris again. Thanks Frank and Mohammed.

The best experience in Africa with the best
We booked the Safari with Wakanda after a very exhaustive searching and after comparing many companies and it is the best decision we could make. Wakanda is a company that takes care of its customers, communication with them has been close and attentive from the beginning, they have attended to all our requests and questions without any problem. We arrived in Arusha and they came to pick us up at the airport, we also booked two nights in Arusha with them, they chose the Karibu Heritage House and it was a very good choice, we didn't have to worry about anything.
I would also like to remark that we lost our suitcases on the way so we did not have clothes or toiletries to do the Safari, but both, the company and our guide, helped us to buy everything we needed.
Our tour started from Arusha, and we did Tarangire first, the second day a cultural visit in Mto Wa Mbu (very worth it), then two days in Serengeti and finally the Ngorongoro crater and back to the airport. The Safari experience is incomparable, the accommodations were all very good within the category we chose, even the last day when we decided to sleep in a tent camp was great, an unforgettable experience.
Regarding the guide and the cook (we had a cook just for us) it has been the best part of the trip. Benji and Dullah, thank you very much. Benji speaks Spanish very well, he has taught us everything, answered questions, helped us and made things very easy for us from the beginning; Dullah has cooked us an excellents meals, it is not right to compare with other tourists, but seeing what they had on their tables we felt very lucky.
Thank you very much Wakanda and your entire team, we are lucky to have been able to count on you. It is an experience that we will not forget, we take a little piece of Africa to Spain in our hearts.

The tour was amazing. Everything was as advertised. The lodges selected for us were really nice All the guided tours allow us to see all kinds of animals. Birds and the guides were very knowledgeable.

Incredible and unforgettable experience. Amazing safari guide.
We had an incredible experience on our safari with Jocky Tours for our honeymoon, thanks in large part to our exceptional guide, David. He was not only amazingly kind and professional but also demonstrated an impressive ability to spot animals quickly and brought us to the parks very early each day so we could optimise our time and opportunity to see all of the animals. He was very punctual every day and great to chat to during the long drives. His keen eye and extensive knowledge of the wildlife made our journey truly unforgettable. He is an excellent driver and we felt completely safe throughout. Throughout the trip, he ensured that we were comfortable and happy, always ready to answer our questions and share fascinating insights about the animals and their habitats. David ensured we had a unique experience which involved a trip to a Masai village which was unforgettable, a boat trip on Lake Navaisha and a cycle and a hike through Hells Gate national park. We got to see the Big 5 and many many more. It wasn’t just the Safari we enjoyed but the whole experience and Jocky Tours are great to deal with and at a very reasonable price. All of the accommodation and food was great. We highly recommend David to anyone looking for an outstanding safari experience!

Professional guide makes an excellent experience!
Firstly, thank our driver Julius for his professional skills of Safari and kindness.
JungleRoam made a comfortable communication before we started our Kenya trip that they patiently listened our request and demand about itinerary and accommodation etc. Though it is busy in July for migration, JungleRoam provided us of much valuable advice.
The most important thing of this experience, is our driver Julius! He is a humor, kind, experienced and professional guide, that everybody knows and likes him. We learned at least one thing new everyday, that taught me that it is important for a safari driver to Have the characteristics of keeping learning and passionate. What impressed me the most is, Juli is always willing to share his knowing with people around him, such as location of animals in the wild, explanations of what we saw and everything we wanna ask~
Fortunately, we saw the lioness at the first day we arrived Amboseli, met the wildebeests crossing the river, and had a witness of lions enjoying their buffaloes dinner. For these lucky things, I wanna thank Juli again for his passion and experience. BTW, Crossing Fingers can bring good luck really!🤞

Memorable experience
The safari was a unique experience for our small group of three. We were traveling together with Augustine, who always went out an extra mile to make our trip unforgettable and to meet all our expectations. 7 day Sagari tour
Tubale has been absolutely incredible in organising our 7 day safari.
Annette was incredibly quick at replying in any interaction. When I first contacted her (on a Sunday) we received a detailed option within 2 hours. We decided to trust her judgment, and we couldn't have been happier.
The payment was secure, which was a big concern for me, and Annette didn't even chase us for the 2nd payment and was very chill.
She also provided incredible guidance on the clothing and other stuff we should bring. What a life saver that was, we always had what we needed to carry out the activities in a safe and pleasant manner.
At the end of the trip, Annette was adamant to meet, and that was so gracious of her. Showed that she really cares about all her customers, even if she lives far from where we were staying.
Regarding the details of the safari, we had Shafic as our guide. He went above and beyond, so if you book with them, make sure to see if you can have him as your guide (and tip him well!). Not only could he find the animals, but he was a safe driver and we had the greatest conversations about Uganda. From the food, to the people, customs and any socioeconomic topic you could imagine. He was also super interested in learning more about Europe and this made for the best conversations during drives and meals.
During the 7 day trip we did the following activities: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls trek, Murchison Falls game drive, Kibale Chimp trek, local village experience (highly recommend RestInBanana man!), Queen Elizabeth game drive, Bwindi Gorilla Trekking.
Whilst all were incredible and we learnt so much, I must say that Gorilla trekking, Murchison falls and Ziwa are absolute musts. You cannot skip them.
I wish we had more time so that we could do a more extensive tour of the country which we absolutely loved. We will certainly be back to see what we missed (and probably do the Gorilla trek again!), and when we will, Tubale will be certainly who we ask to organise the trip.

A wonderful experience
We organized an 8-day classic safari with Nature Travel Namibia. The management of the trip and any necessary customization was made very effective by Amber's availability, always ready to respond to our every request. The trip was very well organised, our guide Colandri was very knowledgeable and friendly, a nice person full of enthusiasm who showed us many secrets of Namibian nature. All in all an experience to be highly recommended.
