Reliable Safari service
I took a 3 day safari tour and stayed in the Jambo Safari lodge. The pre-tour communication could use some work as I had to message them the day before to confirm my pick up was still happening as no one had reached out to me. They were quick in their reply to confirm my pick up was happening. I was picked up at my hotel at 7:45AM by Daniel and brought to the tour office to make my remaining payment for the tour. I recommend bringing cash or arranging to pay for the tour online somehow before coming as I had a 5% credit card fee which made me pay $40 extra. The transit from the office to the Maasai Mara was a bit rocky. There was an accident blocking the road for the route they were meant to take so all the tour companies decided to take another road which was actually quite dangerous causing 2 jeeps to flip over (not ours… our driver Charles K was pretty good). Everyone was okay. Our game drives through Maasai Mara were excellent. We saw 4 out of the big 5. The protests/demonstrations in Nairobi cut our time in Maasai Mara short as our driver had to leave early to ensure we made it back to Nairobi safely. My stay at Jambo Mara Safari lodge was also quite pleasant with hot water to shower and no insects inside my cabin and a diverse selection of food to choose from the buffet. Overall, i would recommend booking with Jocky Tours.

Unique experience with NGONI that you will always remember
Steven was our tour guide, he is an amazing person with full of life, knowledge and always positive despite the difficult journey. Steven filled us with a lot of interesting information about Uganda, wild life, many other things. We have done safari before but this one with Steven was the best and unique.
Ngoni is number 1 safari tour company in Uganda and there is absolutely many reasons for that.
Sedrick the owner was very quick with his responses, Ngoni is a true professional company and top quality employees. We meet other Ngoni tour guides along the way and they were all very friendly like all people in Uganda.
We definitely recommend you to come to Uganda and have this unique experience.

Well organized and customer friendly
Our driver James was excellent in knowledge of the road , he was very considerate of our needs and made a journey over some very rough roads bearable. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and got the most out of this trip.
If we were to do this trip again would want to have James as our navigator !

Splendid Vacations did an amazing job planning out our itinerary. Each park had its own uniqueness and charm. Roads are a bit rough….bring cushions to sit on…it will make the drives much better. We can’t thank James and the Splendid team in getting us to the airport safely and on time when the surroundings were becoming a little unpredictable.

Reliable and friendly tour operator
Serengeti Green provided a really fun and memorable tour for our group. We were able to do game drives every day and stay two nights in the amazing Serengeti national park which helped us to maximise our safari time. Kisali was a knowledgeable and friendly guide who made sure that we were one of the first cars to a major sighting e.g. of leopards and cheetahs. Davies was also very helpful and responsive when it came to organising and tailoring our tour.

Exceeded all of our expectations
I've seen "trip of a lifetime" mentioned a lot here in the reviews and honestly that is the only phrase I can think to use to express how amazing our trip with Lulu safaris was.
We visited Rwanda & Uganda on the 6 day Ultimate Apes Safari trip. The itinerary was made up by Elvis and sent to us for perusal. Elvis was very professional and prompt throughout all communications, and we always felt assured we were dealing with a professional company before embarking on our trip. Worth noting is that the itinerary was totally open to changes or tweeks, so knowing that the itinerary was flexible was great.
We began our trip by meeting our guides Audence & Ben at our hotel in Rwanda and instantly we felt their enthusiasm and friendliness shine through. Both Audence and Ben were so knowledgeable, accommodating and professional - we can't say enough positive things about them! We always felt excited, comfortable and ready for adventure in their company. Our time together was full of excitement, learning and laughter. We felt that they genuinely really wanted their clients to get the most out of their experience. We certainly did, and we will always appreciate that.
We are home a week now, and consider ourselves very lucky to have left with such amazing memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. And we thank Elvis, Audence and Ben for providing the amazing platform & outstanding service to allow that to happen.
10/10 would recommend this company to anybody considering a safari trip!!
